Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

Guess what. No @Optus callback when I was promised one. That's twice in two weeks. Honestly? I'm just awaiting the callback to terminate all contracts. That's not just me. That's the seven other businesses whose mobile, data and landlines I co-ordinate.

@Optus Tried restarting phone, resetting network settings, cleaning the sim contacts. Still taking ages to get a text sent and over 10 minutes to send an image. iMessage working fine, message programs over the net no problems.

@Optus Aron, case number is contained in screen grab. Restore my ability to make outbound calls is what I simply asked for across the last 11 days. I don’t care why or how issue occurred. I simply want my service restored particularly given I am being charged for this.

@Optus took over 4 hrs + visit to Optus shop to fix. It should not happened as it was all because OPTUS mailed me an actual SIM rather than an eSIM code which I could have sorted out easily. Then OPTUS did nothing for 30 days-until yesterday when the simply switched off my mobile

@Optus I really don't see how 2 phones and a wireless modem ALL, SIMULTANEOUSLY suffering from terrible internet performance can possibly be "my individual connection". Following up on "our network is fine" is the constant avoidance I get from Optus every. Single. Time.
