    Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

    @TracyBsays @amaysimAU @Optus I’m not in Sydney but honestly I’ve had such shocking reception on Optus in Qld, not receiving calls, constantly dropping out of service etc. I just switched to Telstra and no issues now!

    @MUFC_redarmy99 Dude I watched it on Optus sports and my own mobile phone provider I don't need MUTV ********. I'm in Australia I use optus Sports which has no affiliation with MUTV. Get your facts right before bulling me mate you don't know me. So I'd shut ******** up if I was you

    @Optus May be? For half the morning I only had 3G coverage. I have an issue with your service. I have 3 more days to find out if your team has managed to resolve the problems. Delays in receiving text msgs. Missed calls. Extremely slow internet access. Not impressed

    @Optus I want to speak to someone on the phone! We don’t know what the issue is. Rang Optus 4 times. Given a non existing phone number and disconnected twice. Appalling service. We need our internet urgently for work and accessing documents. Why is there no technical support after 5pm?

    Hi @Optus - before upgrading plans I could also see a prepaid service on my account. I just logged in to check on that prepaid service but I can’t see it. How do I add it back?

    Btw I’ve been on the @Optus chat now for more than 30 minutes and still no explanation. Just that they’ll email whoever was supposed to call. I arranged a call back because they had delays and only had late night availability to deal with my issue and I needed to sleep.
