Optus tried to offer me new iPhone 11 with unlimited mins/texts & 10GB data for 24 months for $125 a month or something stupid. Crazy to think how much I’ve spent in the past on contracts, from now on.. I’m paying cash out right. So much easier no hassle not tied in..

@Optus What's wrong with your network? We have ongoing issues with the internet speed & network connection especially in Western Sydney. Spoke to few of my friends.
@johnnmoise @Optus Fixed it ? No way! They just ask you to DM them some details, then they want you to go to their website which shows that there are no problems with the network, then they suggest you look in some forum where other Optus customers are searching for solutions. But they won't fix!

@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@Optus Don’t do it. The staff will change your contract just to hit targets and you will pay for it. Customer service is abysmal

@optus tech support reported no outages and the usual turn off and on etc fixes did nothing. Back to normal today.
@Optus @LesStonehouse How about just getting me a reliable signal. Am unemployed and aren't receiving incoming calls,just a message I missed a call. Also terrible internet for last month.Oh, that's right, already in a contract,so don't care. You're only interested in getting new customers.
