    Optus we scraped through,never been a customer, now Medibank hacked.... Needs to change,companies holding personal data. Why do they even need to ? After validation the only detail they should store is for payment, no licence, no passport, birthday...

    @Asher_Wolf @pully8 @OAICgov I had a free month, the following day after it expired Optus was compromised. I wanted to cancel my account prior to the day before the free month ended. So I took my modem back, but was told I could only cancel the account if I bought the used modem. If I had a faulty modem YES!

    After 25 years, & yet another data breach, this latest was the final straw... Goodbye @Optus ... If you can't even bother with basic protection of my data, why should I continue paying you for a less than stellar service? Just an hour to port everything to a more reliable telco.

    Seems like @Optus is going to avoid the repercussions of a data leak. Maybe a good chance to look at their offering and price it accordingly to their network quality. Lower prices to add customers.

    Online licence replacements are now available for affected Optus customers. Effective immediately, South Australians affected by the Optus data breach will be able to apply for a replacement licence online via their mySAGOV account - without having to attend a Service SA Centre.

    @StanSportFC Started my trial today and not going to continue after 7 days. No pre match and post match program. Absolutely inaudible commentary. Horrible service and annoyingly high price. Not going to pay $29 to watch handful of games. Give it back to Optus

    @StanSportAU the worst stream service of live sports iv seen ever. Games keep lagging or buffering can’t watch the champions league without and issues . Also please reframe from blaming my device because I didn’t have this issue with Optus sports .

    @StanSportAU you better get your act together if you expect paying customers to fork out $10 extra a month x 1 million plus customers paying. Should have kept it at @Optus I pay $80 a month no issues with a full phone service. You give me **** all. Not happy !
