I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Telstra would have been a big slow behemoth that got pants’d by Optus and Vodafone. Our gas wouldn’t have been developed - it took 15 years from sale to production. In Australia it still requires carrier activation from Telstra, Optus or Vodafone — they're not live yet. Rollout still looking like mid-to-late 2026. Toggle should appear in Messages once your carrier enables it.
