I do hope that @Optus will match 1:1 the amount of data #Optus customers have donated generously this #Christmas to help drive positive changes in our community. LH

Nothing like spending your spare time in an @Optus store because the customer service call centre are so inefficient & haven’t cancelled two numbers, one dating back to October 2017, despite being asked to on more than 2 occasions. $120 p/m charges need to be reimbursed, too.

You just have to love @Optus. 2nd time in a few months they have cancelled our work email. Whole account system is attached to it. No warning. Just cancelled. Thousands of dollars at a stake. Service response, ‘nothing we can do’.

@Optus I cancelled my Optus adsl connection at the end of January after significant problems and more than a week without service & now I’ve had my previous direct debit used to take funds out on 17 February. There is no end to the terrible service by optus.

@yodaberg @Optus I’ve had alot of problems with them lately & the only thing that worked was going into a store. Chat is probably the next most helpful & you can get a transcript of what they’ve promised to action.

@Haydztweets @Jacko_GFreak @Telstra @Optus @iiNet Well no, some POIs have a higher capacity then others and it comes down to if they can actually support the speeds. If you're on a POI that is at almost capacity then the chances of getting higher speeds are limited, which is why people hit that 7pm slowdown.

@Optus I had two wireless broadband plans and as soon as I terminate one my speeds slow to under 1mb/s. Been two weeks with no solution from your tech support.

A week later and still no resolution. Just infuriating comments from people on the Optus messaging service who have clearly not read the case notes. @Optus you need to fix this…

Another risk assessment should have been done when connecting this API to a test network that was Internet connected. Again, Optus’s fault no matter how you slice it.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 In a crisis, communicate with your customers. You haven't emailed me to, you know, say sorry or what has happened or like anything. Did they literally steal all the customer emails so that you are unable to send out emails to your own customers?

If laughable that @PeterDutton_MP suggests the #OptusDataBreach is a problem for the government. It’s an Optus issue about a breach in Optus customer data. Let Optus sort things out and investigate first. #auspol
