If your MiL is old school PSTN customer, it could be thermal induction. Daytime temp warms = copper expands. Night time temp falls copper contracts near joint. TI 1/-

I was told they will delete all past customers details when this is all sorted but as it's an ongoing issue they don't know when that will be. Fanfuckingtastic

Ditched them as soon as I could. Outsourcing your IT has negative impacts on your business as demonstrated recently.
