    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus what’s going on with internet again? All day no connection except being told that someone is going to check the problem at 3 PM.Are you guys flying someone in to fix it? Resources cut so that a poor bugger has to drive hours to go around the state ? I don’t care. Fix it

    @Optus internet has not worked at our place 5 out of days. All outages were known to optus and shown on website. Have tried to get help through your online help after asking the same question to 3 people told to wait an hour. Waive my bill or I’ll find new ISP.

    @smoonjuice @redruby17 Oh and of course due to having no connectivity, even Optus' mobile service was down by then, I had ZERO way of finding out where an evacuation centre was.

    Waiting at @Optus shop listening to a idiot guy say I'm exempt from wearing a mask I feel sorry for employee. Guy now explaining how easy it is to get a exemption. Masks don't work he's saying what an idiot. #Covid spreads easier with people like this around. #CovidIsNotOver

    @Optus is there an end in site for the on and off again nbn service in St Clair NSW? Can't watch more than 5 minutes at a time then nothing, frustrating when you also pay for Netflix, Stan etc and can't use any of them, it's been happening for the past week
