    @Optus not only were by personal details hacked and it took a gov dept to notify me, I now can’t get into my account w/o driving to an Optus store. I am told by your so called customer service that I need an email address sent by letter 4-5 years ago to access my account.

    @TheWorldGame @SBSSportau @SBSSport please fix the audio sync for the World Cup, vision is coming later than the audio which completely ruins the experience. Also, take note of how Optus Sport edit their mini matches - smooth transitions without having to resort to sudden cuts.

    Also, so many ads Jesus Christ, such a poor quality of broadcasting overall, I miss Optus Sports, they did so much better 4 years ago.
