@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus @NetflixANZ @optussubhub I’m having problems with my app too - it keeps freezing … can’t add payment details or purchase roaming as although icon is there it keeps freezing! Very frustrating!

@Optus I got a few sms from Optus saying my area will have internet outage Sunday, Monday and now also Tuesday from 7am-4pm. Now this is a bit of a concern for me as I don’t have Optus mobile hotspot and need the internet to do my work these next few days, what are my options?
