@sallyrugg Sunday I received a txt saying that "Only my License Number had been accessed" & that I'd have to contact the Govt. to see what action I needed to take. WTF?! Optus passing the buck. Sign up for the Class Action!

How does a previous customer confirm if their details have been leaked? When I sign into the customer portal, it sends the onetime code to an optusnet email that I no longer have access to. @Optus

Things I’d love to know: why does @Optus still have my ID (drivers license number) on file when I haven’t been a customer with them for nearly 10 years? Seems highly unnecessary 🥲 #OptusHack

@JohnLutge Not just of Optus, of every company. They add zero value and do zero work. They leech off everyone below them but then blame them for mistakes instead of taking the responsibility they are being paid for. They are parasites which only cost value and never add.

@samanthamaiden @liammendes The Optus chief has to be the worst public speaker I’ve ever heard. She sounds like a nervous child how did she get such a high profile job?

@Harclubs1 @pixie53957035 It should never have been privatised, neither should telecommunications! It is a no brainer that government should control energy supply to control costs and emissions. The Optus scandal has shown the dangers of private enterprise in communications.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 The CEO of your company needs to step down if OPTUS wants to regain the trust and respect of its customers. What procedures have been put in place to prevent this from happening again? Telecommunication companies would always be the most likely companies to be hacked, poor conduct
