@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

It’s like I have to cancel my credit card to get away from them & then there’s no guarantee! It’s basically “Unconscionable conduct”. @GilliantheGP This could end up being the largest class action lawsuit in Australian history, the scale of the damages from this event is almost limitless, it would behove Optus to spend a lot of money right now to do damage control
