    @ServiceNSW Optus have been really bad at communicating who & what has been compromised. Ironic as a communication provider. I had over 2 weeks 3 different texts which added extra info. NSW Service was very helpful & cancelled my licence & issued new one.

    @Oztronomer @Optus I just queued up and had my drivers licence number changed , drove 240Km's round trip with diesel at $2.21 a litre when i asked for compensation from #Optus i was told sorry we gave you 12mth equifax , i mean wtf good is that **** to my wallet. @Optus suck arse

    Interesting that as an @Optus customer, and following the data breach, they have decided to increase the cost of my mobile plan. Tried calling them this morning and after being on hold for 10 mins, was told they could not take my call. 😞😞

    @NUFC360 I have Optus as my phone provider in Australia 🇦🇺 and get free Optus sports package, all games live to watch and can watch any on playback.. pretty **** that this is a standard service outside the uk 🇬🇧

    Looks like after a week of me ignoring their calls regarding a complaint I never made, Optus finally got the hint to leave me alone. Obviously Optus dont check their Customer Resolution emails, otherwise the call and email I got today would not have happened.

    3. It would be a nice parting gesture if Optus provided free a forwarding service for injured customers. In fact it's the least they can do for disaffected customers.
