@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus Had no nbn service in 3190 since last night. Your site says it’s ‘under investigation’. Any idea how long the investigation will take? I’m having to use my Telstra mobile as a hotspot to get any work done..

Ok. I’m seriously sick of @Optus Your service is rubbish & your automated service doesn’t work. Your staff don’t listen (but that’s probably because they’re not in Aust!) & your shopfronts are filled with staff with no people skills! I’m completely fed up.

I’ve spent 6+ hours on the phone with @Optus since Thursday pleading for a simple relocation. Only for them to disconnect my internet and generate a new order after insisting on several occasions that I will not be without. 👏🏼 bravo. Customer service on a whole new level.

Dear @Optus, I stopped using your service last month, after you had GUARANTEED me you stopped auto recharge on my account -- yet you STILL ******* CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS MONTH. Get your **** together
