    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus For the extended outages, I would hope Optus would reimburse customers for services they are not delivering. ACL. My experience is such that a week long outage still attracts a full undiscounted bill from Optus.

    @Optus Phone and Internet both dead suddenly whilst locked down and WFH, now I have got slow 4G/3G connection sometimes on phone but no NBN still after almost an hour
