    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @MichaelFenech1 i have been having the same problem with optus for months. i used to have full coverage in my local area, now i get 1 bar if im lucky, no idea if they are reducing the power of the towers or are simply decommisioning towers without informing us ?

    Heya @Optus are you getting calls about people sending email from Optusnet addresses to Hotmail, and they're not arriving? Not bouncing, not ending in the spam or other folder, just ... not arriving? I have two clients with this issue.

    @Optus Thank you. But I have since raised it thru your website's chat system. Gave them a list of numbers. But since then I have got a few more calls now. Now using 07xxxx xxxx numbers... It never seems to stop....

    @Optus Aha! I have discovered it's a common problem - I have an Outlook account and obviously an optusnet account, and mail from my Optusnet account does not get to my Outlook account. If you could check on your end, and I shall do so on mine.

    @Optus Hi for the past week my HFC NBN is terrible from midnight to about 6am. Upto 50% packet loss and always buffering. Any idea on what's going on. I'm in Croydon 3136 Vic

    @Optus @optus I have registered a consumer complaint with the relevant WA Government Consumer Protection body. I should not have to put this much work into getting a replacement for a phone you sold faulty.
