    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    New phone, @Optus. Don’t have in stock. Tell me it will take a few days. Doesn’t arrive. StarTrack says never left depot then, can’t do anything without Optus. Optus starts query then no contact. A lot of back and forth. We get a bill for new phone. DON’T EVEN HAVE MY NEW PHONE.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia we have lost our home internet twice in the past week. we had a technician over to fix the problem Tuesday and two days later it has stopped working again. this isn't really acceptable

    @Optus Yes, 24 hours ago. I got off the bus today and heard people complaining about @Optus and having no service in Drummoyne. I talked to them, exact issue i was having from the same time. Then the guy in the shop I went into complained he couldn't pay for his items thanks to @Optus
