    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @angelgabe6 Oh no! That’s so ****, Optus! Honestly it got great for me when I realised I wasn’t being asked to sympathise with these rich gadiyas and that it’s some of the greatest comedy and character acting ever, especially mother one Moira!

    @optus have the most unreliable mobile network i’ve ever come across. And their customer service is no better. Full bars of 4G in brisbane CBD and it won’t load a thing 😒

    @Optus we will send a technician out to fix your internet ... goes to old address 800kms away from where i live .... optus relocated my service !!! How do you even **** that up ???? How many phone calls, tweets and live chats will it take to get what i am paying for !!!!!!

    @davidould Ah. I've found that several providers which aren't Telstra/Optus are generally much more superior in quality of service and general support.

    Irritating when your @Optus Mobile service says you have bars and a signal, yet people say they tried you 4 times and couldn't get through. Black spots with drop outs deeper in the apartment are annoying enough without that frustration as well
