    @redtwitdown @lizthegrey @Optus Yep, go with Amaysim. Easiest provider to onboard with and they use the Optus network anyway.

    Do I know anyone at @Optus on the billing engineering teams? I've stumbled into 2 bugs that have the potential to eat tens to hundreds of dollars of customer prepaid funds, and y'all's customer support team has just thrown up their hands and told me to issue chargebacks.

    I get signal, lots of bars actually... but I guess you use @Telstra or @Optus for your backhaul, and it’s the same ******* story all over regional, Telstra and Optus are useless as well!

    @AjaanMark I agree - Optus Wi-Fi has been very slow this week. I was considering resetting my modem in case that was the problem.

    @billygraveslfc @Optus Oh, and they never stopped charging me the $130 a month whilst it was all happening. When they finally agreed to send out a technician for FREE (because I refused to pay the extra $$$), he knocked on the door at 6am on Boxing Day! 🙄

    Hey @Optus, I’ve been a customer again for a little over a month and your service sucks. My Optus app not working, having to re-visit the store I signed up at to solve account issues, incorrect information given by call centre staff and your new plan with “AutoPay” is terrible.
