@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@justinrwlynn @xssfox I had a similar experience minus the fraud, and so I became an Optus customer. Being employed by Telstra at the time didn't make sorting it out any easier.

@Optus Hi. I’ve been having issues with my Wifi internet ( Mobile Broadband) with it being slow and dropping out. I know I live in a *blackspot* area. I am toying with moving across to NBN. Will this eliminate the blackspot issue If I do? Does it cost to move across?

So @Optus have just told me YET AGAIN it will be 24-48 hours before they will do anything about attempting to fix my internet. I would make this a drinking game but I don't think my liver can cope.
