@Dr_p455w0rd @calibandog @CindySailor2 I ditched optus for TPG back when TPG was brand new. They were 1/2 the price of optus at the time except their plan was ACTUALLY unlimited... I've stayed with them 28 years now. Never had a problem so glad I "moved on" and my ph is vodafone for 25 years also no issues.

@purdij I was with Optus for 6 years. As many people have noted, it is not great in wilderness areas (low down at least) - but I never had any issues.

@StrayDog67 @calibandog @CindySailor2 Not sure I would say I'm happy. I've had my issues. I use to receive great discounts. It stopped. My mobile moved to Vaya, Aldi, Belong and then Optus came to the party. So now with Optus and Belong.

@smh @zoesam93 Gotta love how Optus has calculated that the only ppl dumb enough to use their service are prob the same ones who think Binchicken is some sort of warrioress martyr, & not just totally & utterly depraved & corrupt They prob use the same focus groups Scotty plucks out of thin air

@Optus Binchicken. Corrupt right-wing ex polly. Oh Optus, hopefully the news cycle washes this away, but I’ve gotta admit, I’m tempted to cancel my account. I’m sure every corporation needs corrupt right-wingers to trawl in the profits, but sheesh, this one is so infamous. Good luck

@CindySailor2 @Optus I bet all the arsehole salesbro douches who scoffed at me when I asked them to fix the problem "we only do sales" at the collins & elizabeth st branch were Young Libs. >6 weeks trying I got one local call center worker who would fix it. Unlike your finance dept in India .@Optus

@Optus Your new executive resigned because she is facing corruption charges. Why on earth would I remain an Optus customer?

@CheekyGran70 @CaraMia200 Yep. I always tell anyone. You have an issue with Optus (or any telco or finance company), take it up with the ombudsman. Usually gets resolved properly that way.

@CaraMia200 I'm not surprised. It took my fighting with Optus for 6 months to cancel my contract with them. They wouldn't even provide a number or email that I could complain to. I had to threaten the Ombudsman before it was finally resolved. So in short, Gladbags will fit in well
