@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

It’s just stressful when you use the internet for so many different things and then when it’s not working it’s super annoying, like even that cyber attack on Telstra and Optus was bad enough 😭

@Asher_Wolf I was an Optus customer in the long distant past when I had a different name. However my drivers’ licence and passports are continuous in pointing to my current identity, but owing to the name change I have no confidence I would have been contacted if affected by the data breach.

@MortyAUS I'm not an Optus customer and I'm not going to bat for them, but Optus did not "share" her data with the hackers. It was accessed without permission.

We are playing matches at Optus, MCG, Adeilade and Sydney. Apart from MCG game which might be 165-170 par surface (likely to be wash out) Optus, Adeilade and Sydney are really good batting wickets. Ben Jones pointed out with washouts the SF spots might come down to NRR 1/2.

Now I’m overseas again and my roaming won’t work at all. I’ve tried to contact via the app again this morning and now the app is having “updates” (not through app centre). I’m guessing I’ve been blacklisted from contacting them. @Optus sort your ****.

@Asher_Wolf And whatever id you showed to Optus, you probably showed that id because it was the best/only id that you had. But it's not Optus' problem or cost to fix. No, no, no! Nor is it the government's. It's yours to jump through hoops to work around the problem they created.
