    We are done. Between @raejada and myself we have done everything we can to assist @optus in fixing their blunder. They have done the bare minimum and we are still without service. No more. That’s enough #optus #optusfail #wehateoptus

    Optus didn’t call me 🙄 Phoned them & Lewis sorted it all out after 40mins of multiple resetting at the Optus end & the phone line is working Thank ****

    @Optus Been advised there will be an ndn outage in my area on Thurs, 8th July from 12.01am to 4.00am AWST. On the 8th at 3am AWST, the semi final of the Euros is on, which is a premium product you charge for, and viewing will be impacted. Can this be postponed to another time?

    @Optus I have had intermittent email access for the past 3 days. I haven't problems like this over a few days.
