    @troyhunt Was it worth the problem is the right question. However, to whom? Cost from this point forward will be to those whose data has been breached. As this won't cost Optus... Why should they care? Potential profits from hoarding data are huge. Costs of breach negligible to Optus.

    @Foilalan_ @Optus Mine was hacked and I got no response from the support team so I contacted @247cracktech and they got my account fixed. It is promising that you’ll have yours fixed as well

    @charlietech @Optus They had all my details from the Virgin takeover, I left Optus for an Optus MNVO (unaffected) 18 months ago, got an email Saturday about the breach. Very piss poor response, barely worth reading.

    @Optus It’s actually not good enough at all Optus. I have been in contact with your customer service team and needles to say they have no idea what to do. Offering customers 12 months free subscription to #Equifax is just not acceptable. Our data has been leaked. Real compensation.

    @annalaverty @Optus Poor form that I continued to receive bill reminders, but it was crickets for days before I was contacted about the data breach.
