    @Optus And yet still....Optus can’t solve a simple NBN issue that has kept us offline for over a week at home and now dragging your feet and asking us to take time out of our days/off work/cost us financially to stay home and be present for tech. #worstcustomerserviceever #goelsewhere

    @Optus Two weeks we have had to wait and Tech came out today and did what? Didn’t connect NBN so is this booked job now complete? And Optus accept this on your end we can only presume. Most customer service levels would be trying to rectify ASAP if not delivered on promise.

    @Optus No misunderstanding on this end Casey, just crap customer service, no care factor, big company that doesn’t care about customers only profits and from what I have experienced Optus keeps gas lighting me. Got it 👍🏼

    @Mattys123 I have Fox, and happy there not going work then, will get Stan $24 bucks a month isn’t bad and can watch in 4K. Would have loved Optus as it comes with my Optus plan. Just happy it’s not Fox tbh they have neglected the broadcast for years now re cameras, shows and on air talent
