@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@JennyEjlak @MelanieTait Yes us too. Aldi $35pm no lock in contact with good data allowance which rolls unused data over. We made the switch last year from Optus which was always $90-$100pm. Telstra network a bonus.

Today i spent two hours resolving the address a modem will be sent to by @Optus. Absolutely ******* garbage service. I should have stuck with @Telstra

@sofistic8ed I own my phone and get 60 gigs for $49 a month with free talk and text and 300 mins overseas calls with Optus. It is my only internet. Vodafail doesn't work where I live.

@Optus Lol. Clearly you have read this thread closely...I am thinking of changing services TO @Optus. Am starting to wonder if all AU providers do is blanket responses rather than customer service.

@MelanieTait WOAH! I pay $18 a month through Circles Life. Was $101 a month with Optus for device + service before I paid out my device. I'm never signing up for a phone plan (device and/or service) ever again.
