    I am getting so frustrated with @Optus. They emailed me on 4/11 telling me that my phone that I preordered on 10/09 was on the way and it is now 20/11 and I still don't have it and I'm on their chat feature again trying to sort this **** out - just give me my new phone 😩

    Anybody experiencing issues with @optus network? Signal interruptions are regular and ongoing. I often get dropped out of important meetings and seminars because of network issues. This is beyond annoyance #Optus

    Optus is ******, I got a Fetch box like at least 4 years or so ago and they’re still charging me $5 a month even tho I asked to cancel my service last month, didn’t tell me I had to return it, now they’re saying if I don’t return it they’re going to charge me $150?????

    Go out of the house get good internet coverage on my phone!! Come home & have terrible internet coverage!! Hopefully Optus hurry up & fix the tower near us & give me decent coverage 😭😭

    @Ericairns Amaysim uses the optus network, has just REDUCED it's prices, and is User friendly..

    @Optus Thanks for replying Tigs, will do, I'm not so much mad about the money being taken out—mistakes happen. It's more that getting hold of someone was so difficult, hope you can help point me to a person who can sort this out!
