    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    Last time I had financial fraud it was because someone called Optus, pretended to be me and get my phone service moved to their phone, and used that to drain my bank account using careless cash withdrawal. @Optus why would anyone trust you after this?

I was directed to my local optus store for contract cancellation and the support guy said "they will talk to you about compensation". I'm going to demand an immediate end to my contract and waiving the payout fee.
