    @AntoBeck @Optus lucky. I dumped the data they had on me and my DL number was defs leaked. Problem is, it's very difficult to get a new DL number, but easy to get card number changed. lots of confusion between people and how media are reporting. What a mess.

    @SenPaterson @Birmo Another moot point !…Your colleagues in NSW are doing the same with the driver licenses as OPTUS will reimburse customer.     @karenandrewsmp admits that under her government telcos including Optus were not required to meet the same national security protections standards as other critical infrastructure providers. Telcos said too costly. Another Morrison policy fail. @SkyNewsAust

    I know what's happened with this Optus breach is frustrating for people. However please don't take it out on us working in Service NSW centres. We have instructions at the moment of what we can and cant do in regards to updating your licence.

    why is my former account to be credited with my licence replacement fee, if I'm no longer a customer? I never asked to have my personal information breached, it's your responsibility to keep it safe and you have failed me and millions of Aussies; Shame on you Optus. #OptusHack
