    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    Replying to @Optus Thanks for your reply, however 2 Optus stores have told me they no longer sell Tablets or Phones outright, only on a monthly plan, i can afford to buy outright, so being a loyal customer of 25 years counts for nothing, in fact they advised me to buy at JB HiFi.

    @RonniSalt @simonahac @Telstra Optus sorted our problems, gave us a new modem and monitored our service for a week to make sure it was all working ok. Never had service like this before

    @RonniSalt @simonahac @Telstra I left them 21 years ago because of their customer support. Went to Optus and been there ever since... night and day!

    @Optus internet down since about midday in 2023 and Web site just says "under investigation". Can you give any more info?
