I've been trying to connect to #NBN with #Optus for a week. I'm an existing customer yet cannot add a service to my account. The online chat is so slow. Which #ISP wants my business? Clearly Optus doesn't.

@Kermitron they just do not give a ****. I mean, they're not the worst & at least they're not telstra or optus, but goddamn... I wish there was an alternative mid-range provider, but they're all owned by TPG

@Optus This is the worst service period. Have been no help and have the nerve to turn it back on the customer. It's been a difficult experience and tommorow is a working day have to deal with with ****. Keep been giving these useless statements and to give time to get back.

@mickjamessport Hey Mike, sorry to see the trouble you're having with the stream at the moment. Have you been able to restart the app to see if that will play for you? If still no change send us a DM with your Optus Sport username and we'll take a further look. Rob

@Telstra Nope and will gladly tell everyone how poor your service is and how you treat your customers. Happy with Optus. Why are you now going to do what you have previously promised?

@Optus What am I seeing here? Everyone else having issues with optus? And I need to explain the whole story because it seems like optus wants to play around and lie. This has been going on for days and kept getting inadequate answers. Becoming a legal matter if I can't work.

@Optus And then get back with rubbish and put it back on the customer like fault is on our side. @NBN_Australia @Optus. Worst experience.

@conceravota I am seriously tempted to sue him for breech of privacy and I am angry that @Optus - as my service provider - has enabled this.
