@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

Finally got a letter from @Optus. Name, Address, DOB, email, ID Docs deets, all exposed. Why are Optus keeping my personal information after I stopped being a customer? In fact, why did they keep my ID details any longer than it took to validate them? Class action time. *******.

@OMGTheMess I must be getting too old for all of this. Never known such intrusion and interference in our lives. Shame some of these companies can't get back to being customer service instututions. I spend way too much time doing everything myself. Now we have the Optus debacle. No care!

@pengyy_ Bro I use Optus as well but when I use wifi to play cod it’s rlly bad (80-100ms like every game) compared to when I use data which I get around 30-40ms

@Optus The case morphed into being unable to correspond with the case manager because there was a different issue with me being unable to log into the Optus app. The Optus app being the only way to correspond with case managers. This was not working until today.
