@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus upgrade modem, an existing phone & broadband bundle customer and account. 3 months, multiple phone calls later & STILL unable to achieve this simple feat. Seriously WTF, its unacceptable & ridiculous!!! @ASheridanOptus

@MHJeffrey027 I’ve sat in a heap of different spots in Optus and honestly I hadn’t found a bad view. It’s all personal preference though yeah? All that said, Optus has just started using paper cups and it’s making the beer taste different… that’s losing it points for me now

Ooooo, while I was annoyed tweeting at @Optus the connection came back! The issue still remains, loyalty isn’t rewarded and it’s just new customers that are treated with any kind of deference. Should find me a new provider.
