    I can sorta understand an email server blacklist Digital Ocean. It's annoyingly general, but I can sort of get it. But blacklisting an Optus mail server? That’s just stupid.

    @amaysimAU There's nothing to check. I simply don't use the data allocated so it "banks". Reasons are a) I'm at home more often than not and b) @optus network at my house is pitiful so I use WiFi instead.

    @backupbear Nah I sent the photo to the ABB support guy, and bypassed all the troubleshooting I’m sure Telstra or Optus would make you reboot your modem though

    @Optus’s financial hardship line cannot be reached by Optus customers if their phone has been disconnected… get through on another phone to find out that “oh, your particular service cannot apply for financial hardship”… wtf?!
