    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @DeadBeardTV Optus will tell you theres no issue until you've hounded them enough times that they send out a technician for the NBN and discover that while they were upgrading the lines, the just damaged all the cables...#askmehowiknow

    @LegacyFlan Hey, we're aware of an issue with customers trying to access Slack on the Optus Network. Our Network team are currently investigating the problem as a priority, Ref : 24170885. If you have a VPN service, please use this in the meantime - Steven

    @MattFortniteDad @exetel Same for me with Optus we have been trying to get them to fix our internet one of the power cables is messed up it’s so bad the internet freezes everyone I stream and sometimes mid tourney just conplete freezes I hate it

    @Optus So today I tried to get a new phone. I am stuck in Victoria and have been for 3 months and can’t into to QLD - today I was declined because my ID was insufficient as I am living with parents and I have a VIc address and no one could help me in. I’m now going to Telstra.

    @Optus 8 hours of waiting, 4 hours of hold time, 3 hours of talking to support engineers, 30 mins of talking to supervisor, Visiting two optus stores, 3 failed callback promises later....I am still unable to get an eSIM activated on a mobile phone. Great service #optus #yes

    @AlanKohler @abcnews Like to hear you're view on the purchase by AustralianSuper of 70 per cent of the company owning and managing the Optus phone towers. Do you think it makes sense. Why not new vaccine technology Coming down the track. Seems a strange investment to me.
