    Ever since @GladysB went to @Optus , service levels have gone through the floor! Seems Optus forget a lot of things these days.. like an updated address! Ordered two phones and @Optus manage to send the phones to different addresses!

    @Optus went into your Nothcote store today for assistance and was told my particular photo ID proof of age card is no longer a valid for of ID and they couldn’t assist me with an upgrade of service even though I’ve been a customer for years!

    @kurlykatiek @Optus It's not just Optus! It seems when a phone tower is "upgraded", it has half the power of the old one! In other words, doesn't work 75% of the time, instead of 30%! Forgive my bush maths. 🫣
