    @Optus I’m absolutely beyond disgusted with the so called customer service of your company. You give out my details when wilfully not securing my data. Then you dont help when your enfuriatingly useless app goes in a loop demanding the same info over and over.

    @chrismsia @paramountplus The A League deserves what it gets after moving to Paramount. So many soccer fans have either fox, optus or kayo not Paramount which does a poor job of it too say the least. Ratings must be at all time low.

    Well! I rang Optus, I was waiting for long time! and when I got to speak to him! he talk and pretent,he cant hear me before, he then hanged up! Bad service! it show how some of the Optus customer service are behave! I think! it is easy to find out who it ,if he took a lot of call

    @GumLeafWhistler @abcnews that's pretty normal. Drive from Bridgetown to Boyup Brook you lose Telstra and only get an Optus signal - not exactly remote. Wife has "optus service" I have "telstra service" so we can get a signal if on exists. Use a dual sim phone & get a cheap resellers service ($9pm).

    I have been an Optus customer for more than 4 years now and yet there is absolutely horrible customer service provided. When I told I need to make calls and my work is halted they suggested to port my number in to different service provider.

    @Optus why the heck there is no signal at darcy road coles and entire building? Such pathetic coverage for years without any improvement.
