@shaun_moshniki @Optus It’s a LARGE amount. In an effort to cut down monthly bills, I cancelled a iPad contract meaning I had to pay out the iPad. No worries, $800 on top of bill. But @Optus also cancelled the ACCESSORIES (I didn’t ask for that) adding $400 on top of the $800 to pay out!

@Optus I keep getting multiple calls saying people have had missed calls from my number, went in store and the staff suggested a scammer is using my number, is there anything that can be done to help me? Getting abusive phone calls at 8:30 a night for a week isn’t fun

I would absolutely love to return to @amaysimAU. I only changed to Optus for number share for my Apple Watch. Has number share been added or is it still unavailable? I’m itching to return to amaysim!!! The service is incredible and I miss it dearly!!

Hello @Optus, I’m having a serious problem with my modem. Whenever it’s a warm day my modem has a problem with only green power & wifi lights on & red mode light on which is supposed to be blue. No internet connection. Could the modem be faulty? Thanks.
