  • leedswoman Kristen Desmond (@leedswoman) reported

@Optus it is appalling that I was on hold for more than hour in store because u have stopped my service from receiving and making calls because I had to re add voicemail. Offering to call me when I have no phone service is ridiculous as is the 24hr wait to get my call access back

  • PerriW2345 Perri Winkle (@PerriW2345) reported

@leaveforthecup @jaybay23911 @Optus Heard a few people say Optus told them no one's reported an outage to them. Clearly something's wrong if everyone all over Brisbane are having this issue.

  • LISATATTON2 Kunderdog 🐾 (@LISATATTON2) reported

@Turdface70 Optus outage in south east Brisbane from 10pm last night to just now! Zero warning. Only had SOS for 13 hrs 🤬🤬🤬 Useless!!!

  • Baramundis Piotr Skwarski (@Baramundis) reported

@Optus If you can’t wait at least give your paying customers some quality. I stopped watching EPL on here for ages coz your 720p max is basically 480p. 6 months later I jump on because yes I pay for this crap and again it still looks like crap. How can you not do better in 2022 ?

  • ppendoppo paul voermans got a shed (@ppendoppo) reported from Lorne, State of Victoria

@InsidersABC, an IT expert, or even someone with eyes, will tell you that if all our Telstra and Optus routers are made by Huwai, there is no point locking them out of the 5G network.
