  @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

  @kbrspace @Optus Tech support is not willing to help, I’ve been given lots of fault numbers almost each week for Dulwich Hill, NSW. I trust @Optus service and quality, but unfortunately it’s actually a joke.

  @ozlurker @Telstra Had no internet and basically next to no mobile reception all day. Only reason i'm tweeting this is because i'm down at lake haven. Telstra says no outage yet optus is saying there's a problem with the mobile tower but no ETA on restoration

  @Optus Had one through spinntel, horrible, max speed was 2~10 mbps,, thanks to them it took me back to my dial up memories with the long waiting loading!
