    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    How bad is Optus? I thought Telstra in the early ‘90s were bad. This is next level of treat your customers like fools. Tried to cancel in early December. Still being charged and they say they don’t know if they can stop it.

    @Telstra @matteus_janis I’ve done this twice now and been told to check if Optus or Vodafone are an option. They’ve never been an option here. I would very much appreciate a service technician checking our towers as I have reports from more than another 6 homesteads with the same faults.

    @Optus My complaint (1001663909) was raised through to a 'Customer Resolution Expert' with no resolution to the issue reached. At each level of the process, I've received different, false and misleading information. Offering to upgrade a plan to fix the problem? with an auto-pay plan?

    @AngryExile @TheShovel Funny story, right after the Optus hack, I was in AU; I called their support line and a woman based in Philippines was asking for all my personal details. How could they think their data is secure when their staff aren’t even in the same country?

    @9NewsAUS That’s nice. I personally give up. Optus, MediBank, Twitter. As long as the BANKS still can protect my data I’m good. Also why my social media stuff is an email account I can delete without issue

    @VodafoneAU Hi Vodafone, been a customer of yours for a long time . Recently realised that there was an aggressive push to sell the 5g wireless device and other plans . With the Optus breach I believe more customers were migrating. I just spent 3 hours sorting a billing issues
