@OptusSport We'd love to enjoy @OptusSport however our @Optus nbn is down for 24-48 hours 👍

  • ollie_bo Ollie Roberts (@ollie_bo) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

  • CountessAu Countess 🍸 (@CountessAu) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

  • She_Noob_ SheNoob 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 | Bad Luck Charms 😏 (@She_Noob_) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

  • BrisketInTexas Chris Paul's #1 Fan (@BrisketInTexas) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@Adelaid_H Oh **** that's nuts. I work at Optus and all the pros are listed as backorder atm

  • ivanjcunningham Ivan Cunningham (@ivanjcunningham) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@Optus Can someone from Optus Australia please assist me with an ongoing issue. I'm WFH and continue to loose internet.

  • ollie_bo Ollie Roberts (@ollie_bo) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Optus @mytribeof55555 You need to **** them off, their incompetence is next level

  • phocks Joshua Byrd (@phocks) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

tbh private health insurance shouldn't even exist (neither should private telecommunications - looking at you optus) and should be shut down immediately as they've proven they can't be trusted with our data, but that's another story /rant over

  • Cate83988775 Cate (@Cate83988775) reported

@Optus @kbrspace I can only assume Optus can't send emails? U only send online forms asking for more data. There is no service to actually reach out to customers. And the late fee you made up isn't waived unless I give you more data. There's a customer account email.

  • 427_Impala Megan ((Abortion is Healthcare)) (@427_Impala) reported

It's taken me all day, but I have activated my Telstra SIM. Instant port. Goodbye and **** you, Optus.

  • TheThomEmpire Thom Newman (@TheThomEmpire) reported

@Optus Hi Robyn, no offence but after speaking with the general team, no one is authorised to make any compensation or offer a resolution other than constant "you will be called". 10 days after complaint, still no call.

  • AmyMarksMyWords Amy Marks (@AmyMarksMyWords) reported

@Optus I need to port my number to a new sim, I can't do it online or over the phone due to the hack and I have a physical disability so I can't go to the store I sent my support worker with ID documents and he also got turned away due to not having power of attorney. What now?

  • Cyberkite1 Cyberkite (@Cyberkite1) reported

"No customer account information was included, we believe it's been made available now in an attempt to profit from the Optus breach," the Telstra spokesman said.

  • jay3004 JJ (@jay3004) reported

@Optus do you think your customer resolutions team could actually get back to me in a timely manner, sorry for being overseas and not contactable by phone, but seriously is it that hard to write an email?

  • TheThomEmpire Thom Newman (@TheThomEmpire) reported

@Optus your customer service still hasn't addressed my issues and is shockingly bad so after the next bill I am cancelling my service after years of being a loyal customer. Only question is as a non-Optus customer, how much is Optus sport for the EPL p/month with another network?

  • leeland leeland (@leeland) reported

@kathy_skidmore1 @redruby17 @Optus I use boost, it's good to be on the Telstra network because I'm in the bush a bit

  • Kendo468 Orange 💉💉💉💉 (@Kendo468) reported

@Jeremy_Kirk @medibank One of the interesting things about the Optus issue is that we are given codes to activate identity monitoring through @Equifax. You go there & enter all your sensitive info; then find out their system doesn't support MFA...
