    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus Flaky again,especially the home wireless internet.Also our mobile services seem to be suffering as well.Issue seems to be frequent over the last 2 weeks.The network status page does not render.

    @Telstra please tell me this is a nightmare. My mother is locked up in a nursing home without Telephone coverage since 24 January. Optus just left and said it’s a Telstra problem. Urgent help needed. She is locked up and unable to communicate.

    @BelongAU For two weeks (that I know of) now I haven’t been able to receive calls on my mobile (could be longer I only was made aware of it recently). Logged a Support Ticket. Almost a week later still no update from the support team. Should I go back to @Optus? Thoughts?

    @patrickhogan4 Weird. I didn't get it. The only one I have from you is "Ronny kept?" from the last 4 hours. Could be an Optus issue I guess.
