    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    So many spoof callers recently. I would get a call saying I've called someone and they're returning a call, when I never called them in the first place. Most likely someone is making calls for nefarious purposes and using random numbers as cover. @Optus is this being looked into?

    @troyhunt I got a similar Message in Au (Optus). I honsetly thought it was a phishing attempt. I received it without signing in to my account and I did not see any activity on account sign in.

    @Optus Phone is fine but useless with earpods or headphone, person on other end hears their own voice echoing. Just got mine 4 weeks back, took it in and of course nobody cares now that I'm contracted they don't give a toss. How about some customer service?? I'll wait...

    @bigstiffwood Tpg has never steered me wrong the times I’ve been with them. Only ones I’d probs steer clear of is Telstra/Optus.

    I am now fully vaxxed. Took a lot longer this time as they said they have changed systems so had to go through all forms again. And I guess a lot more people due to current situation. Unfortunately, my phone reception still sucks. Thnx Optus.

    @HeathLyons I was at Optus Dream time game, Martin gave him a hell of a rough night off the ball.Umpires Did Nothing!One elbow to his stomach so bad he remained bent over for an extended period. Seen him next morn at Perth Airport he looked like a he took a fair hit to the eye area too 🥵
