@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Optus I have ordered my iPhone 12 pro and was told 2-4 weeks...now 22 day’s later Optus is not able to give me an offer and the rep i was talking to simply offered me to cancel this and order a different model!

@Optus I can imagine the large number of orders however I was specifically told 2-4 weeks over the phone when i ordered. Now 22 days later NO eta and been told to cancel the order and order a different phone that is in stock! My orders section since the 12th Nov is showing as submitted.

When I navigated @Optus’ toxic phone-maze, I was finally transferred to an half unintelligible off-shore “retention” agent (both impenetrable accent, which is saying something with me, as I can deal with pretty thick brogues & odd dialects, & poor call quality at fault here) 2/

@Optus The troubles are from day one two years ago and it was never fixed it was always work on progress ..now you are telling me that it is still on the 1/12 work in progress the vague reply of outsourced support instructed to only give limited responses.
