@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Mrwhosetheboss Arun, I'm surprised you didn't mention the Optus data breach in your newest video. Millions of their customer's personal information we're leaked, including passport numbers! It's so bad that it's considered one of the worst cyber attack in Australian history.

@brettadam_23 @mariewalsh18 @Ogregator Sure Optus has had an issue, but I expect mostly what they’re referring to here is some kind of Two-Factor authentication process where you’re sent a verification code to your phone/Email and use your password as well. It’s a good idea and you should do it
