@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@googledownunder The only time I've had an issue online is when my data has been hacked because a company has poor cyber hygiene. Maybe make sure you're 100% secure, help out @optus and then hit up other companies

@MortyAUS @Optus @GladysB My whole career was in telecommunications with Telstra and the Vodafone 4G network is all Huawei and some Optus equipment is Huawei. Sorry mate but don’t try and tell someone with hands one experience that they don’t know.

@meggsy46 @AlanBixter I'm sorry, I don't know the answer. iPrimus is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on the Optus Network, which may explain it. I don't know if that means they share customer data. Maybe ring iPrimus?

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Optus Customer's, Immediately change your Bank Passwords... and App Pins! Secondly, Register - annual fee, with a Major Credit Reporting Agency! Then you can regularly Log-In and check if any Credit/Loans have been opened in your Name! Notifications can be set too!

@drdavebond @Optus I got a #databreach email too and today I noticed 4 fraudulent transactions on my credit card. Could be related to the #databreach. I switched to Telstra in March this year due to poor customer service.
