    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    So I left Optus and now I can’t pay my handset balance until I go into arrears, apparently. Called them. Chatted them. Same answer. ****** my personal info, now **** my credit. Never again hey.

    @MikeJonesPhD @Optus What I also find a bit weird is there is no other mention of the other personal info such as address? dob?? Was that info exposed or not? we will never know. Yep I also received the same email today.

    @hugsrgood @Optus I know an @Optus customer who still has not been contacted at all regarding the data breach. Not to say 'you're all good' or 'we ****** up.' It's so bad.

    Acc to my mum the Optus staff pretty much had a tone like "bye", inviting them to change over to Telstra LOL. And was rather displeased about the lack of customer service from Optus. Watch your customers flee Optus - If not for the data breach mess, but the pultry service.
