@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@suthernx @somewherein84 @Optus No different. I am with Optus and still have to press numbers and listen to a computer for ages, then put on hold for ages as they are very busy. Once I finally get through most problems are addressed.

@ItsBouquet It pays to fail. Bloody bizarre system where we have a useless NBN and then private for profit entities ( Optus, Telstra and an alphabet soup of providers ). Though technically " provisioned " to be connected via NBN I was informed that it would cost 20K plus. 🙄

@Optus wtf is going on with your mobile network, in the middle of the city or suburbia different locations side by side with Telstra same webpage takes an extra 30 seconds to open or times out? Even if I swap the sims to other phones. #4G #5G

@Optus Hi, I just got off chat with one of your technical support staff who have informed me that there’s an unplanned outage in my area and that’s why my internet is crippled. There’s no ETA for fix. I feel some compensation is in order.

@ConkyOCE I have no idea, I had the worst ping on the server for some reason, I’m with Optus and that’s what I was told was probably the issue, I’m even paying the the @Optus Game path so I can redirect the internet connection but did nothing. Legit waste of money.
