@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

@Optus I'm moving overseas (Ireland) for 3 years. I want to keep my mobile number. While I'm away I need to receive text messages to authenticate bank/mygov/etc. What's the best way to do this? Instore/cust service call and chat on app all gave me different/conflicting advice.

I had to switch to Vodafone because of the text message issue. I am now receiving text messages again. I'm trying to get a refund from Optus though for the credit I still had on the phone.

@RalphyHeraldSun Ryan lined him up from full back, came in at full speed downhill off 70 meters and essentially bottled Jake Bowey. Chandler gently eased his opponents face into the soft Optus oval grass and was apologising in his ear on the way down. This is a travesty.

@Aussie_BB it's what happened.. my partner spoke to someone on the phone and apparently someone from optus was able to cancel my service with you. i was so confused by it all.

@Optus @NBN_Australia Yeah I've done all that. This is not a new issue. I'm going to go back to the Ombudsman and try and light a fire under the NBN. It's an infrastructure issue.
