    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    So you're in the middle of sorting out an issue with #Optus via a chat on the app, and suddenly the app kicks you out because they are upgrading. Its 8pm on a Saturday night. There isn't a better time to do an app upgrade?? @Optus

    @baltoria @Optus It's weird how phone carriers put more emphasis on highways than commuter railways - I guess you're more likely to **** up big time and need to call 000 driving a car than travelling by train.

    @Optus i did try port 80, which is working for now. i can fix the issue with 443 not working by restarting my router, but doing that multiple times a day isn’t really practical. is there anything i can do to fix the issue?

    @Optus you just sent me a survey about my mobile data purchase but you didnt ask how satisfied I was. Answer: it was appalling and unusable and I will never use Optus again. Your coverage outside metro is shameful.

    @Optus You turned our internet off on the 2nd you sent a guy round to fix it on friday - he said it just needed to have a code at their end - it would be done monday!!! - its Monday - I am 65 I could get covid vaccine but I need to register over the net - total incompetence

    @Optus I've had enough of your crappy mobile reception. I can't believe in 2021 I still have issues I experienced when I was a teenager. Looks like I'll be moving to @Telstra again, the lesser of two evils.
