    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @MMMNightShift re Facebook, Dept Fire Emergency Services WA has been restored so to the BOM, Harvey Norman. Optus Stadium is still down, Western Power the state government power company is still down. Clearly Facebook are up them selves for deleting essential pages

    Are you kidding me??? I ring optus to activate our nbn and i get told the department is experiencing "technical difficulties" Optus you're not the only ones with problems here!!!

    @Optus My fetch set top box stopped working so I contacted support. They after much discussion finally agreed to send a replacement unit for the faulty product. Now I have a $100 bill for it. Please explain

    I'm a new @Optus customer, have to say it's not going great so far. Been trying to set up number share for Apple Watch since Feb 10, cst rep initially set up my acc to a Samsung device (?!) and told me to factory reset to fix. Requested my third callback on Monday. No call yet.
