    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH #Optus. @Optus With its rotten service, and after ripping me off, #Optus simply alerted me to start shopping around. Now I know it is not even close to offering competitive value, I will be very happy to take my company's business elsewhere.

    The constant message I've received from each @Optus expert is that this is outside their expertise but the NEXT person would definitely solve the issue. In the end, turns out they were all incapable and now I have to call in tomorrow. (3/5)

    @Optus is there a major issue with your phones? My number is calling random numbers all over the country - i'm getting about 3 missed call replies a minute!!!!! I can't use my phone - fix this ****.

    IF YOUR BUSINESS HAS A CHOICE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS #Optus. @Optus With its appalling support service, #Optus – thank you, Jun, ref 153 609 189 95 – seems happy to let its customers walk away, and I will now be happy to let me take my company's business elsewhere.

    @epistemophagy Yay! Overdue phone bills are the worst. I have mine set to direct debit just over half of my monthly bill, each fortnight. So that when I get stuck, Ill be in credit. I got in the hole last year with Optus and they charged me a $15 late fee each month, it sucked
