    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @Optus @vibesonthefloor @Optus - poor internet forever. Contacted Optus 27/1/23 to raise the issue. Many calls, Many messages, Optus attended address and said modem faulty. Many calls, 3 modem sent, none arrived, Spoke to 2 seperate store managers - Still not resolved WTF!!!

    @noplaceforsheep Dreyfus is corrupt af. Surely you know that - he's got financial investments in legal firms which he can decide **** on. He did his incompetent Optus thing and then Maurice Blackburn Lawyers immediately made it its prime grift (and the both are linked through Roxon) so on and on.

    @Optus no longer servicing customers, instead dictating that customers must pay via direct debit. Maybe fix the stupid app and go back to paper bills. Remember you are being paid to “service”
