    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus It has been 7 days now and the network status for Noble Park Vic 3174, still says under investigation. Can't stream anything, can't browse anything, and now emails won't even download. Speed test shows at best 1mds.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia why did neither of you care to contact me ( the customer) to let me know this morning's technician appointment had been cancelled? Ive wasted a morning waiting. This had better not happen for the rescheduled appointment..so much for customer service, hey????

    @shaun_moshniki @Optus It’s a LARGE amount. In an effort to cut down monthly bills, I cancelled a iPad contract meaning I had to pay out the iPad. No worries, $800 on top of bill. But @Optus also cancelled the ACCESSORIES (I didn’t ask for that) adding $400 on top of the $800 to pay out!
