@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@Optus I need to combine my two bills. For that I I called today, upgraded 1 of my plan ur team put me on hold for 30 minutes. 3 times they have changed me to different teams. Problem not resolved

I have called today to combine my 2 bills to Optus customer service team. For that they transferred me 3 different teams wasted my 1 hour, upgraded my plan but problem is still there. What a service @Optus

Hey @Optus can you lot sort out your reception issues? Apparently you’ve been working on towers in my area since Dec 16, and I can’t make a bloody call. They can’t hear me, or I sound like a robot, or calls fail. I’ve restarted my phone, reset network settings and nada. One bar.

@optus I hve spent 4 hrs on phone calls & a visit to 1 of ur shops 2day 2 try & fix 1 of my supposedly 4 a/cs. I want a number that was cancelled in december 2022 back to me!!! I also want all my mobiles on 1 phone bill account!! HOW DO I SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN AUSTRALIA & NOT O/S
