@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@Optus My Fetch Mighty box has not been functioning correctly since 21 May 2021. I have been trying to speak to someone to get support or to replace it. The only contact I can make is the "Expert Chat Assistant" who keeps putting me onto another expert robot. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

@DoctorKarl Five years ago I was in Cambodia, in a remote village farming. Reliable mobile and Internet service was available for a tiny cost. It surpassed my Telstra and present Optus service and I live in Lake Macquarie NSW. Go figure!!!

Seriously @Optus what is going on! My wi-fi is abysmal. Moved house so now have to stream Foxtel. Been trying to watch a show where out of 1 hour have missed over 25 mins because it keeps stopping to load. I pay a fortune for data & am tired of it not working!

Okay so we're getting the Nemesis color version of Optus Pexus I await the SG one Kinda wondering how they'd do the cracked chest piece since the windows are pretty small on Pexus. Would be cool if they spread the damage over the whole piece rather than just the cracked window

Just changed my phone provider from vodafone to optus and they gave me gift cards and an iPhone, what a treat!
