    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @tchbastard As they're all vile, why even bother with Optus? Their "service" seems worse now than when I was with them 26 years ago, eg:3-5Mb down/Optus-AusPost, 355MB down/Telstra, now, same location 1.5km from a major regional town centre. Same rubbish for Vodaphone. Telstra,Aldi or Boost

    @friendlyjordies @kbrspace Hire Gladys as a drawcard to get greater market share? Is that the strategy they are backing to work? Wish I was with Optus so I could cancel and go to Telstra.

    @JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus I’m with Woolworths, they use Telstra network so no change in coverage and they let you bank data you didn’t use for the month.

    Dear Gladys now that you are top of the **** heap at OPtus could you please advise me the owners of the 38 numbers trying to send me parcels. It is very depressing cos i am only waiting on 3 from Ebay. Maybe they are brown paper bags
