@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

@Optus Hi Meg - I don't have optus mobile, so a reduction of my bill would be appreciated. It took you 9 weeks to relocate me and I only had a few days before this outage. Ridiculous really.

@EFTM @OptusSport I have three Optus Sport subscriptions included with Fetch, mobile and SubHub, all of which I hardly ever use. I suspect there are more than a few Optus mobile phone subscribers who won't miss Optus Sport as they don't use service.

@Optus wondering why my stepfather has to fill out 6 page form, get letter from laywer, stack deck to cancel my mother’s 📞 account who passed away, he has enough to deal with grieving, other utilities have made transition easy, why can’t optus accept a copy of death certificate?

@Optus Neophobia is a term used in rat control. If a rat swollows a poison and dies fast, none of the other rats will take it. If it dies slowly they all eat it. The best reason I could think. What is fastest/cheapest way to fix climate change?
