    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @tincairns The problem with Optus Stadium is that it's in the largest metropolis in this or any other universe and is too difficult to get to.

    @Optus I can’t tell if someone again is adding to my account as Optus let my dead father of 20 years add an nbn service. Pretty amazing for a cremated person to do that.

    I try and live my life without hate in my heart but I hate @Optus with a burning rage. Worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Once I resolve this billing issue I’m switching to Vodafone.

    @Optus I just tried to switch my out of contract phone plan and was very discouraged to see I needed 100+points of ID as a verified customer sent in. No real answers on data policy when I questioned this. When you have a history of loose data - WTF? Time to find a new provider...

    @AWNetworks One of the most incorrect reports on ransomware to date. 1 - optus event wasn't ransomware, it wasn't even a cyber attack, the data was left out on the verge by poor data management practices 2 - medibank, to be clear there was no encryption of data. data theft yes.

    @Optus we do not have internet due to a fault on your end. We have now been told to get our IT person in. Which costs money. Do you not have service people on staff?
