    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    @guyfieriofficia @ParamountPlusAU Agree with Phillip, Fox was miles better, Optus had problems but fixed them quickly. @ParamountPlusAU have had 6 months to improve but they haven’t. The clubs and league got apparently a good deal, but the fans have been sold a lemon.

    @Optus Already stepped through the trouble shooting info. The 5G is at one end of the house while access is also required at the other end. Do you know if there are any 3rd party solutions to boost signal?

    Hey @Optus NBN has been on reduced service in Hoppers Crossing since 4:00pm this afternoon. Your support team doesn’t take calls after 8:00pm. Your chat bot agent tells me it’s going to take 12 to 24 hours to fix! Horrible support experience 😡
