@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

@WAtoday It is worth pointing out that WA State Government now has a surplus this year exceeding 3 billion dollars from mining and stamp duty, tear up the Optus contract at the Stadium which was only put in place looking for extra dollars when coming to office, that problem is now fixed.

Imagine moving house in 2021, amid a global pandemic, where most people are still working from home, and finding out that @NBN_Australia is having equipment shortages and connection issues and will be unable to get you online for 58 - 60 days... #nbnfail @Optus

@Optus Hi folks, one more question, so I’m absolutely ready, I’m a long time customer, so with the modem set up, the info says I will have been sent a user name and password, but I wasn’t, I’m assuming maybe that’s just what I use to log into my my Optus app? Is that right?

@bugwannostra Just got scammed by Optus. Turned my world upside down. Their answer is to extend and get more contracts. They are all sharks. No answers why they scammed me, left me out of service, 80klms of trips in the sun try to sort it, just to try get more sales in their advantage.
