    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    @Optus Getting told by your staff that our internet is active when it has been down for 2 hours tells me you people have no idea what is going on. When it drops out 7 times every day and again being told no record of it failing. Do we get a rebate for this?? Ofcourse not.

    @ixrwork @Optus Telstra's chat line is the same. Each person says 'I'll pass you on to xxx, who has your details, so you don't have to repeat yourself. xxx comes on line and asks all the same questions. 🙄 Whoever runs that outfit has no idea about service. I should come out of retirement.

    How would scammers get my phone number I have saved on my sim card as Aaa me and my phone number and actually ring me so it is displayed? It was Amazon recording. I have asked optus to explain. Anyone else have this problem?

    So @Optus has this prepaid plan for an eSim, which seems like the perfect solution for travelers. Except it won't let you recharge it, or use a foreign credit card. So, actually not helpful at all. Could be a great product, but it's a hard fail.

    I needed a new phone, so started the process with #optus, and was told just that. Said I didn’t want to use direct debit for personal & financial reasons. Salesperson and customer service said they couldn’t do anything…
