@Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

Bro, I thought Telstra was bad… but then @Optus is even worse. I can’t even get a payment extension on a bill until the end of the month, and now my service will be restricted but I work from home and don’t have home internet. At least Telstra gave me payment extensions, snap.

@SneedTech Telstra and Optus in Australia literally use n78 3.5Ghz spectrum, no issues whatsoever. They both have around 75% population coverage.

Thanks @Optus for the weekend with no network, very inconvenient, hope it is fixed and the mobile phone reception is better when it's done. No public WiFi that I know of in rural NSW towns

@Optus We also just had our newly replaced wi-fi nbn box as well as our home phone line disconnect not even 2 weeks since we had someone come and fix it...This is shocking by you people at Optus!
