    @Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @Optus I fail to understand how you can issue an invoice, and direct debit funds before your customer even sees their bill. How does this make sense?

    @Optus I don't know about that last time you guys give me a NBN service the tech guys could not find a grid to hook it up ,an they didn't even seem to bother looking for it 😡 well done Optus 👏an here we are again about a monthly bill which you people have it at $585 wow ,mine is $123

    That moment when @Optus becomes just as **** at customer service as @Telstra Never thought it would happen. Oh well. I moved from Telstra because they were awful. Now I have to move again?!?! Bloody hell
