Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

I hope Optus has locked down mobile number porting. If I was with them I’d be trying to port my number to another provider today.

Hi @Optus, a customer here. How do dare you tell your millions of consumers to be "diligent". We pay you to be diligent with our private info. We are not experts in this field, you're supposed to be.

My partner is a customer of @Optus. Have heard nothing from them regarding the unprecedented hacking of their customer records. No updates, no apologies, only a text reminding them that their bill is due for payment. Really appalling customer relations. Big, big fail 👎🤬

My take on the Optus data breach: I’m thrilled that a critical infrastructure asset operator only suffered a PII breach, not a disruptive event (whether malicious/non-malicious*). And shut it down + let the authorities and the public know.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Ok..please sack the CIO and CEO. My data is likely breached and I'm not paying you guys $79/m to put up with this garbage.
