    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @benjialpha I’ve used all three networks and found Telstra the least worst in Sydney. There’s still an Optus black hole in Randwick that has been there since we moved there in 1997

    @Optus First why does every other network provider actually provide quality internet that doesn’t cut out every 5 min then why am I holding 80ping with 30 percent packet loss why can’t you do anything about it? At least improve my package or improve speeds and quality this is horrible

    @zerogeewhiz The Optus network is pretty good here. And Telstra's customer service worker is always to blame the customer and do nothing to fix it.

    @benjialpha Pretty ordinary network these days, too, but friends on Optus and Vodafone have an even worse time than I do

    @Optus I am in southern suburbs of sydney. Your services have been down (at best very unreliable) for almost a week. Your call Center team don’t know what’s going on. This is pathetic……… it seems there is nothing wrong with your billing though.
