    @9tailedBe4st @helium Australia already has a real 5G network provided by Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Helium 5G is only for the US and uses CBRS 3550-3700 MHZ

    @ArtistAffame I landed the trifecta, Medibank, Woolworths My Deal and Optus. I have never given my details to Optus as I have never been a customer of theirs. Virgin Mobile sold my information to Optus.

    @optus and their team is now saying they haven't got the phone, even though their website says they got it on 17 October, a week after the shop sent it back. Just lies upon lies upon stupid upon stupid. Over three hours of stupidity and lies.

    Hey @SamsungAU, $400 for Flip 3 repair, confirmed manufacturers fault,break in fold -minor dents outer edge of screen after 11 mths of use, case mgr agreed can't keep phone pristine after that long. Majority of damage in fold. @Optus won't look at it. Long term customer. Fair? :(

    @Optus disgusting services. Phone out of service for hours and called 5 times. Each time after a hold of 30 mins they disconnect the call! Shame on optus
