    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @vicrollison @lavosaurus @Optus What’s the contract for? I pay a seperate cost for my handset, so my interpretation is that the contract covers the supply of service. And that’s the cost that is increasing.

    @LaurenThemself @Optus My partner is really upset with his service, it's gone up in price & also he has no coverage at home half the time, because they're constantly doing "upgrades". I left them after they screwed up my name change and were useless about it.

    @JacobCrawley94 @lavosaurus You can only use it on one device for certain plans. I think only if you are an Optus customer it lets you use it on multiple devices.

    @lauralovesPWD Just change to telstra....I tried optus but telstra is hands down better. They are the lesser of 2 evils...

    @lavosaurus @Optus They sneakily changed their contracts to a month-by-month thing a few years back, so we are locked in for the phone repayments but could cancel the service contract any month. All to give us "greater flexibility" 🙄

    @airsignangel888 Catch connect. I'm on $89 every 3 months. Never worry about data (but I don't watch that many videos outside of home) It runs on the Optus or Telstra network so it works fine.

    bold of optus to put my phone bill up $4 a month and give me extra data when i’ve been so unhappy with my service with them this year. if only it wasn’t going to be $750 to get out of my contract LOL
