@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

Got home. No internet. Ben said it has been out most of the day. Went to Optus outage checker. Tried to type my street number. Somehow typed a chicken face instead. Optus outage checker doesn’t work with chicken emoji. Typed street address. Outage “under investigation”.
