    Dear @ParamountPlusAU At 12.53pm a tradesmans radio innocently gave away the Socceroos efforts this morning, thereby breaking my media Blackout while waiting for P+ to upload the replay. IMO the app in its current state is not useful for football fans. Please be like #Optus

    @Telstra It’s basically unusable at night. And during the day hotspotting my Optus account gives me faster reliable service

    My NBN Internet is down. @Optus spent half an hour (on hold and running a test) to give me a case number and a "someone will contact you". Sigh. Looks like a “Snow Day” for me.

    @Optus my business NBN service has been down for 2 days. I’ve spent over 6 hours on hold only to get told it’s being looked at. No communication back. Trying to operate a restaurant. POS system, printers to kitchen, card payment system, music system all not working.
