@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@GeoffreyHuntley I'm using Optus home broadband 5G. Even when it is not connected to the 5g network the speeds are better than NBN.

My issue right now and obviously many other customers issue, is that I cannot contact @Optus at all. Their app doesn't work, their phone service is closed. So who am I paying and what for exactly? Answer me.

Looks like there is a SIGNIFICANT NBN outage in eastern Victoria. @optus have failed to put it on their outage tracker. #disappointed #nbn

@peters_malcolm @phbarratt You're you've got better service than most of rural NSW, landline still functional, Telstra mobile only when you don't really need it and Optus mobile only when you've got your tongue in the right place.
