@Optus My complaint is with a team in one of your call centres. I will be looking at taking this further as it is totally unacceptable. 5 week wait for one phone and now 6 weeks since I preordered and have someone else’s order and still don’t have my two phones

@RacingPedigrees @dernhelm29 My sister had to create an email account with Microsoft Live to receive emails from her financial adviser. They were never received at her ISP email address. My friend has similar problem with Optus, so uses AOL when they don’t go through #weird
