    @Optus got stuck with your poor service. Service inactive from FRIDAY 6am. Followed Tech support instructions changed sim however it can’t be activated. Can’t port my number to other provider. Im stuck.

    @Optus your 5G service is really terrible. It’s been awful for about 3/4 weeks but on and off awful for months. I really need to get rid of this and look at going on your other plans or elsewhere….

    @AuspiciousTimes @MichaelWestBiz @Optus Something similar happened to someone I know living in a duplex. Technicians disconnected their NBN service to use their connection to establish their neighbour’s service instead of drawing a new line for the neighbour. Is that laziness or incompetence?
