Not to mention that the reason I signed up is because you put an offer in my mailbox! Why do you advertise a service that you can't provide? PS Still no internet.

Dan (@Dan_M75) reported@JoviiiGirl The only way for it to be properly blocked is for your carrier (eg Optus) to block it at the switch. Block function on phone just means that that number won’t trigger the handset ring function. Likely to need a formal police complaint to get this block applied but it is possible.

Had that many connectivity and customer service issues with both Vodafone and Optus that I just went Telstra. Its far from perfect, but fewer hassles for me anyway. Think with the right plan there’s not much $ diff anymore.
