@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus And really, check yourself before you reply with absolute crap that shows @Optus don't like complaints- it's impossible on the MyOptus app so yeah, don't bother. I'll take it further and get it sorted through offices that know how to do their jobs. Hope I don't need data!

i’m with @amaysimAU, great carrier and love the service but unfortunately, they use the @Optus 4G Plus network so I cannot avoid their disgraceful excuse for a network 😡 when they’ve scheduled “maintenance” 5 times since October

@claudedwalker Price and service quality perceptions. I've long used Exetel because I have reasonable technical understanding, but lately have moved to Optus for bundle pricing deals on sport content. IMHO, retail internet is a revenue race to the bottom. #Avoid

How am I to know when I have the data I paid for? How much time have I lost? Will @Optus extend my time? Offer more data that doesn't work? Tried complaining on their app- useless. I can't buy food or meds with Optus credit, so they better reimburse me with something I can use...

@Optus deadset your technical support staff are useless rang them they picked up all heard I was clapping and party noises get told our systems are down which is a lie as I found out from one of your sales team beyond a joke
