    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @PrincessMattie1 I had to do the same when i was POA sorting out parents Optus drama. O'seas call centres no help so i went to the head office in Melb and knocked on the door, worked.

    @bbctms @BBCiPlayer The pitch was fine, down probably from a traditional WACA stadium pitch but it was poor batting from both sides who all looked a bit nervous to start this campaign off. Optus stadium and pitch looked good for Test cricket.

    @djcows @NXT4EU No, unless they fund it like the Australian NBN (national broadband network). Our sky muster satellite (one of only two, built by a US firm contracted by Optus Singapore) is $49 AUD per month. It’s a terrible service but the price is affordable, so it is still usable.

    @Optus @optus_help I am sick and tired of your dogshit NBN service! Third time in three weeks that I’ve been sat at home with no internet connection. App won’t load, nobody answers the call centre, like how ******* hard is it! Get your act together and fix my internet! Sick of it

    @NBN_Australia @Optus The hours and hours with ISP, repetative 'trouble shooting', lack of options have been no help. The link thro your line may be the issue from electrical storm? I don't know but after 2 modems, and talking nearly every day for 17 days is driving me insane. Can you help? Please?

    So it appears @Optus have sacked 99% of their support+technical staff?? Knock knock, anyone home?! Absolutely appalling lack of support. One technician fails to send the data to NBN and so now our appointment is cancelled and we have to wait 48 hours?!
