    @davo2107 @CaraErin1 @johnshakespeare To be honest I was lazy with my words, but also wanted to avoid getting technical. But yes, I always assumed it was more likely Optus choking bandwidth allocation on the retail network so they can overcrowd it, they've done it for years. But so far no more issues, & decent 4G

    @Telstra @elonmusk I’m sure starlink wouldn’t have this issue, still no data on mobile, no internet, glad this Optus sim is working. No data means no eftpos, which means cash only. Most atms out so people can’t buy food or supplies. But I’m sure Telstra’s response is still, we appreciate.

    3 weeks without internet, and probably going to be a full month at this rate because @NBN_Australia and @Optus are Frustratingly slow to fix a cut cable. Absolutely frustrated at how slow they are at fixing the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @KenBuzzins @freodockers The issue is the behind the scenes staff not enough room to have everyone in the same rooms as the players. Optus does but, there isn’t enough time to organise staff to work the stadium, so no crowds :(

    @Optus new sign-up & cannot get support. Email address attached to an old account & cannot sign-in to account, look at my bill, or set up direct debit. Tried online chat, but needs me to sign-in via app. Phoned contact centre - not open. Pls help
