    @Optus Overall, it's a good service, but it's utterly ridiculous to have to tie it to a physical address. This is a *mobile* 5G service, right?

    @crumpetscalling Only ever had one issue at Coles. Got a phone recharge and when I got back to my car realised it was for the wrong carrier. Wanted Optus but got Vodaphone recharge. Lady called me a liar, said I asked for Vodaphone. Having a bad day I guess. Manager sorted it out promptly.

    @MadeByHandGame1 @Optus Dodge a bullet - avoid a contract-length life of agony and pick *any* other service provider. @optus deliver appallingly bad customer service.

    @noplaceforsheep Just be through the same thing myself about an hour ago. Said it better be fixed before morning or otherwise our business going to Optus. That won’t happen though cos their service isn’t the best in areas I need to go.

    @Optus @masericha Bulltwang Serena, if you couldn't provide the user with what he's paying for now then you sure as heck can't do it if they DM you. 5G is **** anyway and has no place within the public sector.. Being a military weapon and all eh ?

    @OptusSport @Optus constant buffering on my Champions League streams through my chromecast over the last two days. Not an internet issue as Kayo and YouTube have been working fine. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

    Imagine being @Optus and having a chat service where you just get transferred from team to team because no one can use common sense and handle your problem

    @tbn97 @Optus I've been a happy Optus customer since 2003, and the only bad experience I've had was last week. Thanks for the feedback though.
