    @Optus I’ve just direct messaged you .But I will now lose a whole day of paid work because I can’t login Into my work app to clock on because my phone Is though Optus at I have no reception on there either .

    @RJH1951 @MichaelWestBiz @Optus We ditched Optus on our mobiles about 4 years ago after having to sit outside for 4+ hours on mid winter night to try and get our service fixed. Never happened. We ditched Optus.

    First class customer service from @Optus today. Spoke to an actual person almost immediately and she sorted out a problem (entirely of my own making) in no time at all. Very impressed.

    @MichaelWestBiz @DameEmpress @Optus At our current house, they told us we were connected while the cable was still sticking out of the ground. The woman wanted us to wait an hour for it to start working. She couldn't understand that the cable was not connected to the network and it was never going to work.

    Paramount+ is crap, can't get it to cast to my tv, I have no trouble with kayo,no trouble with Optus sport, why is this app ****!! They have had long enough to sort out any probs. USELESS!!!!!

    @dianne_rayson @Telstra Over 5 hours on phone and app and IN STORE with @Optus last week, getting me to test my modem and other tech wizardry when I could SEE the line that was down across my driveway. Tech who came out in person 3 days later agreed line was down. After he tested the modem!!!

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus I had to take Optus to the Ombudsman TWICE. No service, not even the telephone service I was paying for.
