@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@its_ella_bella @Anthony_Klan @Optus We're in process of detaching ourselves from Optus; this was the last straw. They had previously deleted our email accounts/ contents in a house move. Their customer service staff can't communicate with Australians effectively. No Optus, I say.

@Peter_F_Ryan @abcnews @medibank Ridiculous. Add this to Optus data breach for those affected it recommends an Equifax product. Equifax had its own major data breach of customer details in 2017, with some lawsuits only being finalised in early parts of 2022

Hey @Optus I want to put a formal complaint in but can I put a complaint on top of a complaint? Asking for a friend? I was only left on hold for 30 mins only to be hung up on when the customer service centre closed at 6. Maybe it’s time we become consciously uncoupled
