@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus I’ve emailed back. Basically you have overcharged for 5 months and are in breach of your contract. But don’t seem to care. I am sure if I didn’t my full bill for 5 months you would have cancelled my service by now!

@Optus Certainly not great when I see them, Quade! I took random sample of those texts and looked up the carrier online. Every single one I tested returned Optus as the carrier. I’m not an Optus customer.

Optus Sport once again providing poor vid quality for #LIVEVE game , pixelating every few mins. Don’t blame it on my internet Optus because its yours plus all other streaming programs are fine ! The sooner Optus loses rights to the EPL the better !
