    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    Final note today utter chaos at @Optus: the “advice” from people at highers level of support was to immediately change my phone miner and email address. Easy peasy right! Curiously no mention of making my Optus password secure and usingn 2FA, when its Optus who got owned

    @abcnews @abcnews, @VicRoads refuses to change license numbers even after the optus hack - the link on the top of their website says they will only change id numbers if we have a police report. This is no help at all.

    @benavu54 They'd better not give customer data to banks! That's a breach in itself. All they need to do is sight ID documents and delete them. It's so simple and the law already prohibits retaining personal information when no longer needed #Optus #Optusdatabreach

    @_davidlimbrick Optus collecting passport numbers is illegal. Under Privacy legislation, only that information, which is required to provide a particular service, is allowed to be collected. It's hard to see how a passport number is needed to provide a phone service. Bring this 2the Commr's attn
