    @Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.

    @GarconAU @Optus I’m in contact with Optus who have been responsive and professional but still unresolved. The offshore call centre experience was really horrible. I was transferred from the ‘support team’ to the ‘activation team’ and you guessed it, back to the ‘support team’.

    @Optus Oh look. 6 days in, a third pointless and frustrating hour long session on the phone to @optus yesterday, and my SIM card still isn't activated. Seriously. You tell me I have to call for security reasons. 3 calls later, screw your security. Just activate my damn SIM.

    @jayong28 I’ve had a few issues with planned work on a tower near me. @Optus customer service are awesome! Quick to reply to my tweets ( I don’t call them ). Quick to resolve the problem Grateful for the credits applied to my account during down time.

    @Optus Your web site seems to have a problem. In network coverage it says that 4G internet is not available at my address in Eagleby Qld. Strange, because I have been using 4G wireless for some years and my modem is up-to-date. How long before 5G comes to Eagleby?

    @BBCMOTD I swear I'm a jinx. Saw City 1 nil down so switched on Optus sports for the game. At that point City had a pen which they scored. Next minute Arsenal had one cleared off the line and a shocking follow up miss than Gabriel walked. Now City have the whip hand. FFS
