@albericie @Optus Optus, Telstra, NBN all companies to big to give a hoot about individual cases. Years ago I had a similar issue and was sent from pillar to post and back again.

@GavinAardvar @albericie @Optus This is the trouble with large corporations, by actually taking responsibility they have to admit there is something wrong but they don't want to take responsibility so mostly blame #customers for their faults.

@jaquix173 @albericie @Optus I have been with Westnet since their inception as an ISP in the early days of the Internet and I am a Gamer so keep current on new products. They are the best. Even after they were taken over by iiNet they have kept their own name and reputation as the best in customer service

The irony of ringing a phone corporation to complain about its service and being on hold for 40 minutes while you wait for a dude in Manilla to interpret what you've said to his supervisor doesn't escape me. **** Optus Telstra and the ombudsman, not necessarily in any order.
