@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@kathylord2 @Optus @amy_bainbridge I've also received a similar update about no ETA, I don't even have my handset yet! I was told they were going to resolve it in a store but when I went in they told me they won't help until my handset was delivered back to Optus. Problem is no scans since it was collected.

@Breebie_Loz @Optus Id just like to confirm that we have also experienced this on Central coast NSW (Narara). Internet speeds are so slow and connections are unreliable at best.

@Optus You say there are no outages or problems on the central coast, NSW... but the speeds are a joke over the past 24 hours. We pay extra for the 100/40 and the speeds we have been getting have been almost dial up and adsl speeds. max speed is 20mbps/0.67 mbps

@DamoSC So they should. Port have played two **** teams, WC dominate at Optus and didn’t look bad last week. They may get back Shuey too. Hope I’m wrong but im not sold on port yet.

@Optus I don't need to take this via DM, I will voice my continuing disgust at the poor communication from Optus in public. Continuing the works for nearly two weeks without communicating to your customers is both a technical & customer service failure & needs to be on the public record

@kathylord2 @Optus I've read online this seems to be a problem which is experienced by many.. Promised phone calls which never happen and all Optus does is hide behind "transit delays" instead of taking ownership of their poor customer service.

@Optus @chooseajob Fair dinkum my coverage has been atrocious.... apparently tower work finishes in 1 hour. 🙄 I even couldn't use my phone for paying things at shops today.thats just the beginning of it! It's been worst ever in my entire life

@Optus hey. Does your 5G home broadband work with gaming consoles? I got it today and the lag spikes make Apex Legends on the PS5 terrible to play. Constant 1 second freezes. Would really appreciate some advice on how to fix
