@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@bdon1709 Flip a coin. Optus should suit hollands but Kennedy sub worries me slightly as they could give him a rest. I’d expect honey maybe gets subbed but you never know could have an injury occur. I’d probably go Hollands.

It is unbelievable how colossally ****** up the communication within @Optus is. I have never had quite this bamboozling an experience with a company before. Whoever is running customer service needs to be gone. 12 phone calls in the last 4 days, no one has a CLUE what's happening

Great, just F'ing great. Optus mobile prepay is going up $5 a month so i will be paying extra for nothing. I never even get close to using the current data limit and now its going to be a good bit more that i wont use. No option to stay with what i have. F'ing ridiculous
