  • boggeley potato man (@boggeley) reported

    telstra make it very hard to order a thing that you want on their website. seems like the worst time for this to happen with millions of prospective new clients jumping ship from optus

  • tazmancblue Paul (@tazmancblue) reported

    @Optus Hi, why not give your customers a refund or the option to cancel contracts following your poor service and allowing our info to be stolen?

  • austories austories (@austories) reported

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 That is the very least that customers would expect. I would appreciate a text ASAP telling me which security risk category I am in so I can take more appropriate action. I get texts for bills, and data use why not for this much more important issue?

  • ZhaoWuMing14 Zhao Wu-ming 💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉 (@ZhaoWuMing14) reported

    @samr6003 @Optus Oh that sucks, so you have to wait until you’ve been screwed over instead of preventative measures to avoid harm. Good functioning system we have!

  • nothergeek sean (@nothergeek) reported

    come on @Optus, now is the time to offer some crazy good deals for customer retention🤞

  • actuallydandy Alexis Something-Rose 🏳️‍🌈💚 (@actuallydandy) reported

    I’m planning on cutting my ties with Optus because *broadly gestures at whole situation*, but a big reason I’ve been an Optus customer consistently since 2008 is because I had horrid experiences with Telstra and Vodafone when I was younger. Which one has become less ****?

  • ZhaoWuMing14 Zhao Wu-ming 💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉💉 (@ZhaoWuMing14) reported

    Are @Optus paying driver’s licence replacement fees for people that had that data stolen and now need to get a new one? Or are they just pretending like their customers have no out of pocket expenses for the massive trouble their hack has caused? #OptusHack #optusfail

  • KimWomenginet 🕯Dr🕯Kim Ball💉💉💉🎶📸🥐 (@KimWomenginet) reported

    @crankyanni @virgotweet Cost to replace my 5 year driver's licence is $191.10. Was informed by my bank that I should use the services of Equifax for $14.95 per month. Registered my complaint with Optus. Not holding my breath 🤬

  • sparkesy43 Brad Sparkes (@sparkesy43) reported

    @taylarichter @Optus No problem

  • SometimesSooz Suzie (@SometimesSooz) reported

    After a data breach of this magnitude, Optus should at a minimum, be reimbursing the out of pocket costs for customers directly affected? Yet I keep reading stories of Optus refusing to help with the cost of compromised licences, passports etc. #ACCC #Accountability #OptusHack
