@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

My daughter had to finish her year 12 assignments at McDonald's because Optus couldn't supply the service we had paid for and they had the arrogance to tell me this was an improvement to there service !

@sculls_6 What's not to love is the fact that to access Stan Sport you need to buy a base package and then add on sport, which was the issue with Foxtel for years. Stan Sport needs to be a stand alone product like Kayo or Optus sport to make it more attractive.

@Optus FYI. Ive raised a case with the Australian Telecommunications Ombudsman for the breach of privacy. (Repeatedly using my phone number without my permission for a new customer that has nothing to do with me.)

@BrettKeeble @LavertyPath @HNEHealth If you have an optus phone, Laverty have had problems with the texts getting through. Happened to me a few weeks ago, 3 days later - no result. Sat on hold for about an hour and a very friendly and understanding person eventually answered and gave my result. Worth a try.
