@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

When I rang to clarify, call centre had the temerity to ask for more personal details to access my data. Just breathtaking arrogance & incompetence. No one should deal with optus.

@9tailedBe4st @helium Australia already has a real 5G network provided by Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Helium 5G is only for the US and uses CBRS 3550-3700 MHZ

Hey @SamsungAU, $400 for Flip 3 repair, confirmed manufacturers fault,break in fold -minor dents outer edge of screen after 11 mths of use, case mgr agreed can't keep phone pristine after that long. Majority of damage in fold. @Optus won't look at it. Long term customer. Fair? :(

The @Optus breach of 9.8m customer records leaked my driver's license. To take up their offer of credit monitoring, I have to give my driver's license and passport number and employment history to @Equifax, who leaked 143m customer records in 2017. 😯

@optus has just transferred me to person number eight, another person who is too stupid to live. Giving up for the night, which is the whole point, I guess. ******* around for nearly four hours until I give up.
