@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@PRGuy17 @joshgnosis @ClareONeilMP We give our data to companies like Optus and Medibank as part of a contract of service, offer, acceptance and consideration. They have a duty of care. They have failed and breached this duty. They need to be taught a short, sharp very painful lesson. So do it FFS

@Optus I cannot believe the absolutely appalling service my wife & I have received today. Uncooperative call centre telling she has to go instore cause they can’t handle a relocation. I just tried to ring a store 3 times, no answer & shunted to the main service.
