@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@SwoopLuke Telstra is literally the best coverage, but normally costs more, but also depends where you live, can be just as bad as Optus. You need to find out where your local towers are.

@SwoopLuke Optus! Still use them for work phone. But Telstra gets full bars and full service everywhere, while Optus is like dial up without the annoying noise

@ShiannonC @Telstra Thanks for sharing, I’m changing phones this month, was going from Optus to Telstra, won’t bother now. Be interesting what the ombudsman makes of this. Hope they make reparation.
