    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 It’s been 4 days. Still no big picture on who was impacted . As hoc coms with customers. No forward plan. Complete silence from CIO mark potter . Breakdown and tears from Kelly Bayer Rosmarin but no forward plan laid out . Textbook poor leadership . Kelly should resign!

    @Bickys @joshgnosis I have not been an Optus customer in 2 years and they have leaked everything including license and physical address. I am furious behind words; why did they have this data networked and ready to go when I wasn’t with them anymore? Negligent!
