    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    No internet but NBN have identified a line problem & are working to resolve. Optus added data to our phones so we can use the internet that way until the line is fixed. Happy with @Optus prompt, professional and polite customer service. Hopefully @NBN_Australia can be as good

    @Optus you guys really need to sort your NBN out. Yesterday it fluncked out and 24h later it does the exact same thing. No ETA. Nearly 2h later still not back up. No idea when it came back yesterday but it wasn't before I want to bed. Fix your mess.

    @cjlc1829 Without any further details on your address etc, I am unable to provide further information. However I can advise that NBN equipment/technology is owned and updated by NBN and companies like Optus, are the provider of the service that that technology allows. Casey

    @cathybeitz @slsandpet @Optus I once paid an Optus bill twice ($260 in around 2001) because they accidentally billed me twice. I tried for months, then years (occasionally), to get it back with no success. I had evidence (the bills and bank transfers) but hit a wall every time. Never again!
