    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @optus_help Iā€™m not entering my personal details to one more Optus representative. This needs to be escalated to the Ombudsman. No one can respond or communicate with me about this issue. And there has been absolutely no effort to restore services.

    @optus_help nah i dont have a problem YET..well the nets been ongoing for ages but ive been TO a 200km round trip optus shop and their only answer is? pay a huge amount for a NON portable chunky wifi setup. because your tower is ...maybe too close to my home ... to get decent service (facepalm)

    Trains down in perth so people have to walk? My two times in optus and going to perth thats ridiculous. Having a stadium you can only access by public transport...surely you'd make sure the ******* trains are working #AFLFreoCrows
