    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus resolution team back but who ever answers doesn't say anything and i can just hear background noise of people speaking in their native tongue. I am currently on hold with your standard customer service and have been for 15minutes this is too much i want to cancel everything i (4)

    @VodafoneAU I am really saddened that a customer of this many years should be treated this way but I am concerned at the aggressive sell and opportunistic way that Vodafone has conducted itself in the light of the Optus data breach issue

    @Optus Hi Zac, thanks for your reply. I am into the THIRD HOUR of corresponding with @Optus online chat, with a person who has very poor english. I am not willing to repeat myself via DM at the moment as it will be more duplication. Incredibly frustrating.

    @Optus, your Messaging and Chat function is one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time. 60 minutes to cancel our NBN service. The idea of "leave your customers loving you" when they leave has been forgotten. This is not in the spirit or delivery of "Yes".

    I am waiting for Optus Tech Support to call me as my Internet got disconnected after requesting the speed boost Running on 4G backup now. Seeing if I need a tech to visit me I hope Optus call me back soon with an update anything you suggest @Optus twitter support I do in meantime

    @Optus online chat department, one of whom said i would get a month free of payment for my trouble (which in my opinion is not emough) that hasn't happened either. Every person i spoke to in chat would tell me the same copy and paste line. I finlly got a case opened after Xmas and (2)
