@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Sysngn @constan10101 i've personally never had optus myself as i don't like them. but they are better than they used to be. the equipment here is all telstra. i had it changed when i moved in as the provider i use needed telstra. optus even denied they had taken over the place...

Just trying to get off my bad 4g Optus plan and upgrade to their not that good NBN plan, been chatting to their reps for an hour and a half now, and was just asked to confirm I was relocating and wanted to set up internet at my new location... wut?! No!? How!?

@Optus unfortunately, it's been reported many times and they say there are no issues when there obviously is. how are flagship phones - android and iphone and ipad AND the wireless modems dropping off in signals?

@Optus this is getting really stressful - we have no home internet since Friday and unreliable mobile service due to ‘upgrades’ (postcode 4060). Were told we would be contacted by a ‘high priority’ person by 9am today. Have heard nothing. Please help.
