@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

Final nail in my @Optus coffin. Once had excellent coverage in my area, no its hopeless, cant get service inside buildings at work anymore, no benefit to being loyal, sit on phone for hours and hours to get a minor complaint solved and now this? Bye optus!

@joshgnosis @z3ndrag0n When this happened a while ago with me @optus leaked my data through a misconfigured database. Sounds like the same thing happened here (possibly). Anyone who trusts Optus' Cyber Security is braver than me... I willingly suffer through Telstra customer service woes...

@OAICgov Oh, I get it! Optus is asleep on the job and they want to sub-contract out security of the customers data to the customer? And continue to charge them for doing their job for them and pick up the mess? I kinda expected better governance than this! But that’s me!😡
