@KathrynHeyman @Telstra I think particularly in Victoria, everyone was just home with their terrible internet so they were calling & getting no response. I know optus had an automated message for months just saying "we're too busy, try again"!!!

@Optus I love to update but updating is never cheaper but always an excuse to increase the prices later after one month free? Big deal lol, what I find unbelievable is that all countries use the same marketing to skim more money from us.

@ACTINOSProject @Optus Same here 4G broadband and mobile service. I live in inner city Melbourne but still no NBN. TBH I'm waiting for 5G to rollout before NBN

I saw Ian from big brother today at the shops and fkn bless he is the cutest he talks to everyone and helps everyone out like he helped an old lady who needed help restarting her phone and while I was waiting and Optus he was talking to me while I was standing there by myself
