@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

So now I have no phone service at all. None. My @Optus contract was illegally and unethically extended without my knowledge, @Telstra “tried” to convert me but that got blocked and failed.

@Optus Optus, the company that treats you so bad you leave after being a lifetime customer. But when they "port" you're number, they don't. So my new provider can't provide me with a service. You cut me off but didn't let my number go, now I have NO SERVICE at all.

IF I had a Better income, I would get IT training, and fix the issue myself... But why should I have to pay, or lose out, or suffer because optus fails to act....

@Adrian_Poly Optus Stadium was horrific for the dogs v Freo game. Made me feel very detached from the game, which in hindsight wasn’t a bad thing. But the noise pollution was relentless

@Optus Need you help. I signed up for a Optus Flex eSIM. You charged my Credit card but I couldn’t activate after I filled in my passport details. First your Apps said, there’s something wrong and the App froze. I have nothing now, but you have my money. Need help!

Hey @Optus Decided to get an OPTUS SIM card when returning for 1st time in 4 years 1st SIM out of date (how does a Sim become out of date?) - and can't get a refund. And the second SIM you won't validate my Australian passport online. Is this a usual level of service?

@Optus 8 online sales rep, multiple credit checks, created multiple new accounts, finally managed to create order for wrong address. To update new address, cancelled the order, entire exercise over again, stuck, no where to go. Is this your standard customer experience.?
