    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @StanSportAU This is terrible news for footy fans. Not only another subscription to pay for, and to manage no less, but I doubt it will be anywhere near as good as Optus Sport who do at least offer a very good product. Think I'll just get myself a VPN, it'll work out more cost effective.

    @Xico938 Optus internet has been horrible up north. We had nothing but issues with them when we lived by the Lyell Mac hospital. Telstra has been so much better. Optus support was also trash.

    People can talk garbage about Fox Sports all they want and what value they bring now but at least you knew every game was in one place. Optus/Kayo was annoying but manageable. Now, it's a disaster.

    @Optus I’ll be cancelling my business plan and family bundle. You failed to keep us up to date with the outage. My business had no eftpos no service at all. No apologies no nothing from you.

    @Optus All services have now been restored… but I would like to share the lack of information flowing through to customers was not acceptable, when I engaged Optus yesterday and went through the bot process only to find out 30mins later and repeating everything that there was an issue
