    @tchbastard Our QR code on the phone stopped working and my husband spent about 90 minutes at Optus for a 5 minute service lol - only to come out to that news. We'll be using it , you bet.

    @Optus You sent me an invoice with $0.00 and you blocked my internet. Because I owe $0.00 balance. So I paid $1, but now my internet is still not working for 7 days in a row. It's been 7 days since I contacted the staff every day, but I still can't use the internet.

    Optus nbn outage most of the day Friday preventing any work being done Works fine over the weekend First thing Monday morning - Optus NBN outage as soon as work starts Sort your **** out ffs

    Hey @Optus my internet has been slow in the dapto area for the last week or so and its been really frustrating going from 200 plus mbps to a sad 26mbps pls reply and yes I have done all the trouble shoots with no results thanks.
