@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@McAfee_Help did your know your wifi secure services with @optus is blocking access to @googleanalytics ? Just one of the biggest website services in the world! Optus support staff are also clueless and cannot seem to help.

@Optus I’m particularly fond of the recent price increase to service our plan, with Optus to receive less service. Think you should reconsider the company slogan… perhaps “Optus - stay disconnected”

I received a text message purported to be from Optus today saying they were having trouble delivering my bill and could I provide my email. As the bill has already been received at the correct address, I regard this as a con & advise everyone to be aware there’s some sort of scam

@CassCoastRegion @Optus @TelstraBcast the mobile phone reception at Kennedy, Carruchan and Ellebeck is very choppy. Nigh on impossible to use sometimes. Is it possible to fix it? Because phone is still the cheapest option compared to wifi/nbn. Thanks for your time

Dear @Optus - my account is up to date in payments. I live in the ACT. At the moment, my phone appears to only have 'emergency calls' - why? My teen daughter tried to message me. Her phone says the message 'sent' but I have not received it.
