@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

This better not be because my phone is showing "H" and only having one bar of reception I'm like 2 kilometres away from the center of Canberra, not exactly in the middle of nowhere Bit sick of Amaysim being on the Optus network

Not working and now after being on the phone with @Optus for 14 hours it seems as tho they have made it so we can’t get internet at our property unless through them.

@Optus I'm having really slow connections due a cell tower where I live (Box Hill) and its been over a day since the issue started, I rely on the hotspot for my internet. Gotta do better.

@MikeySlezak I lost my 94 day streak when the optus tower died, I switched to telstra, but my old phone didn't read the new sim and I had to get a new phone. In better news, it only took three weeks for optus to fix the tower. (Rumours were saying June for parts!)

@Optus $180 epic value with 100gb for existing customers for $150. Charged $180, given 60gb. All calls to prepaid dept hung up on me. Can't fix issue because my number is under someone else's account. #epicfail
