    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Craig_Foster @MikeCarlton01 The advertising is not exactly inspiring either, still, its not Optus at least. Numerically they've let a ton of people down, Joyce and Qantas on the other hand have embarrassed and angered a nation.

    @RowdyAndTed There really isn't any point if card numbers weren't stolen. Like none at all. The public are being treated like they're stupid by the NSW government. It's really frustrating. Optus shouldn't pay for this, it endorses a false sense of security and is a total waste of plastic.

    @MStoove @Optus They will be trying to look like they're in control amd in contact with us individually but, have you ever called Optus before..wait time..they never have enough staff. There are millions of us with breached info.

    @Optus nbn activation team not being open in a Sunday is pretty ****. My internet was meant to be connected yesterday when I requested it and now I'm going to be out until at least tomorrow. Pretty ordinary If you ask me to have people who can only move on wkends to have to wait.

    @macsween_prue @Optus We are affected. Got one email from Optus saying oh opps. And then nothing. We are in central west NSW. Terrible service from both major carriers. Forget the others. They just dont give a rats. Just pay your money.
