  @optus I paid a small overdue amount 5 days ago, and my account is still showing the same overdue amount. Payments never show immediately and makes it difficult to know how much I have left to pay on my bill. You need to do better @Optus

  @WisdenCricket The cost of Tests is prohibitive, especially with travel on top. Grounds are too small for the modern game, we really need modern stadia, 30k+, with more seats the prices should come down. Optus stadium is a great example of a new stadium.

  @Optus I’m getting an error message saying the server can’t connect to one of my email addresses. One email address is fine. The other is not. Chat says there is an outage. How can that happen to one email address but not the other? And can you fix it? Or provide an ETA?
