    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus just wanted to say thank you for the 5 dollar unlimited data day. I have been through a very bad anxiety episode in a place with no internet and being able to watch shows without running out of my data really helped me through

    @Optus Regarding NBN my internet constantly drops out and the back up data turns on (which does not help) this happens every hour to 2.

    @Optus 5 years a customer with multiple services yet really disaapointed on how you reward (dont reward loyalty). Shocked that for once @Telstra have better offers and your sales team won't even attempt to compete to retain. #poorservice
