    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @EdKent77 @SamsungAU @Optus 😲 Less than 2 years it's warranty claim, they won't replace it but send it away and send a refurbished one back or fix it. If there is damage to it, it would be insurance claim if you have it.. with the excess. Also a refurbished.

    @MrPhilQ So I was with Voda for years pre pandemic and swore by them. Good enough, affordable, killer roaming. More recently I've been with all three and don't know what's changed but Voda are terrible - at least around the areas I frequent. Back to Optus. Light years ahead.

    So two incompetent companies encountered today trying to sort out my @SamsungAU mobile, who then sent me to @Optus who were equally unhelpful. Ridiculous considering the nature of the issue. Currently back on chat support for both. Time will tell.

    @Optus why do you are charge a fee for not paying by direct debit, when when no paper hardcopy of bill is requested? Seems a ripoff to compensate for lack of customer service & staffing! Hope cutomers can demand refund everytime you fail to deliver on promised service too!!

    @Optus what's the go with your data speed? I have broadband at home and have to connect to it even tho I've got heaps of data on my phone, but your service is absolute 💩. Is data processes by a 🐹 running in a wheel or something? I'm deaf and rely on data to survive.
