@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus I'd hardly call 6mbps "NBN" I'm paying for 100mbps... and I expect 100mbps when I need it this time of the bloody year! There's no outages in my area, I've done all the troubleshooting, you best be figuring this **** out.

@Telstra I’m with Telechoice (which uses the Telstra network) - although I have Telstra landline and internet. Can I still use the app for this mobile problem? My neighbour is with Telstra. His partner is with Optus and has no problem.

Bye Optus I won't miss your terrible customer service, interminable phone chat service and incredibly bad line. How many times can you text about services upgrades they been non stop.. Are you ever working properly? 25 plus years of loyalty GONE was awful slow drain on my sanity

@Optus any chance of an actual ETA on the NBN outage in Engadine? It’s been 2 days of ‘investigation’ so far. Using a lot of Optus mobile data in the meantime…
