    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @SkyNewsAust There is a simple solution to this Optus dilemma. CEO Kelly Bayer-Rosmarin should release all her private ID details on line, including her passport, and then test how safe it is to travel for the rest of us. Otherwise, just resign and move on.

    Visited an Optus store with various questions today,the staff actually jumped as I said hello behind them😬Gotta feel for them,not the customer service’s fault but you just know they’d have been getting a lot of angry yelling.

    Tough Luck @Optus You screwed up big time. Call it a small price to pay. Let people move Optus said the only reason customers would not be able to cancel their accounts was if they had not completed a repayment plan or paid a fee to cancel their repayment plan. #Optus #OptusHack

    @ukinaustralia Hello, in light of the @Optus data breach a number of passports details were breached. Mine was my UK passport. Their advice was to speak with your government but I can't seem to find any advice. Can you help at all? Is it recommended I change my passport
