    I swear this tower @Optus is working on, is being worked on for 90% of the year. Got a sms saying “hey it’s all fixed” yesterday, only to check the service outage website again today after going back to one bar for it to state again that there is a tower being worked on

    @Optus I’d say sorry for the late reply but... My parents HAVE contracted support countless times and have had no change to the service. Your service has never been worth the amount we’ve payed. And quite frankly, no offer of support will keep us on Optus. You’ve lost a customer.
