    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @zahidtg ideally, OPTUS required to manage all the paperwork too; provide details on comprised customer accts to various official re-issuing entities ordering new~unique documents delivered by courier.. done within 30-days.

    @hughriminton Hugh, I've lost data in every category. Most Optus contacts are cancel anytime for the service. The smartly split the contracts in two a while ago. The phone has a repayment plan and the service contract can be cancelled anytime with no penalty.

    @grazinggoat66 Simple reason is recouping some of the Money it cost to build that amazing Stadium have no problem at all with called Optus even as a customer whilst there response to the saga has been 💩 be interesting to see after investigation?

    So I get Optus mail re hacking. Decided to change providers. 15 mins later I get an email asking me to send my ID to new provider. The email with my name is fake! ****! I knew it was wrong.

    I am having a really **** week. Been hacked because Optus didn’t want to pay fees to an international cyber security firm and put ME in the middle of their fxcking useless business practices. I can’t email, make phone calls and keep getting suspicious emails and calls THE CXNTS
