  • ollie_bo Ollie Roberts (@ollie_bo) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

  • TasGreg Greg C (@TasGreg) reported from Hobart, State of Tasmania

@BevanShields @AntonEnus "But has no modelling to support the claim" Just like Direct Action emission reduction or the cost of ALP NBN or the $660billion ALP debt blowout etc etc #FreePassToBS

  • AnthonyPress Tony Press (@AnthonyPress) reported from Tinderbox, State of Tasmania

@NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

Seems only yesterday I went through the agony of having NBN connected and now I am being plagued with offers of 5G connection. Can anyone with personal NBN/5G experience help me out here?

  • darkjian92 Daniel Browne (@darkjian92) reported

@NBN_Australia If you choose to look it up, you may find some details of my grievance under complaint #15427064 raised with NBNCo - which was also quite difficult to do given NBNCo's pass the buck/blame mentality.

  • JoanneHorniman Unpopular gals (@JoanneHorniman) reported

@crushtheLNP @abcnews @ABCaustralia It is annoying, and I have to be really interested to persist. Add to that I’m on an iPad with bad NBN. but all that black blank space and few words makes me feel it’s written for people who can’t absorb too much text at the one time. I’m always scrolling to find the next par.

  • chucker4x4 Mr.G (@chucker4x4) reported

@iiNet no internet in Warradale, Adelaide. NBN reporting no outage. Is there an issue on iiNet end ????

  • _TimMcMahon Tim McMahon (@_TimMcMahon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I expected nbn to auto complete 161-169 Princes Hwy with either Lucknow or Bairnsdale and to say whether nbn is available. Because telcos need to know customer addresses. I didn't expect nbn to say whether an address has already been connected.

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

I really hope your nbn sales team is not a sign of the future customer service. ZERO out of 10.

  • ShaggaBeavis Shannon Beavis (@ShaggaBeavis) reported

@Telstra any reason why your nbn and mobile internet services have been **** for the last 6months?

  • notinthesametay 🜲 tay #MiCasaSuCasa (@notinthesametay) reported

@NBN_Australia if you fail during #MiCasaSuCasa istg

  • GolfAlphaGolf GolfAlphaGolf 🇦🇺🐨 (@GolfAlphaGolf) reported

@zenstrukt @NBN_Australia Yeah I moved in with the belief it would be a minor address issue. Turned into a nightmare. This is the fourth order I’ve put in late November and the next stage is the pit upgrade before I can progress further
