There are a variety of these are used on FTTP, FTTC, HFC and fixed wireless installs. NBNCo operates these units inside your property, and only they can service/replace them.

Stuart Tomlinson (@virgotweet) reportedI rang Optus technical support and I have been assigned a case manager , when I asked when he is going tok contact me was told anywhere in the next 24 hours. This means the NBN will not have been working for two days which I find not acceptable.

Dean Rosario (@DeanRosario) reportedWas only an Optus customer for EPL past few yrs. Thankfully, 100 pts ID not req'd for that. Was with Optus cable internet ~20 yrs, before moving with NBN in 2019. So, let's hope @GladysB organised for Daryl Maguire's tractor to shred all obsolete data. 🤞🏾
