    @Judith54Nunn @3wombats I left the NBN 6mths ago, fed up with crap service, outages and nagging NBN msgs wanting me to endorse their crap service. FO! Using @Optus 4-5G Wi fi network and it's fine, no contracts etc. and cheaper.

    @cathywilcox1 Made the mistake of answering the landline. Had 4 calls that day from a recorded message saying my NBN would be cut off. We just let it ring out. Down to 1 call a week now.

    Hey @NBN_Australia your outages page is asking me to solve a picture CAPTCHA that doesn’t resize for my mobile device and is therefore impossible to complete … just the extra frustration I appreciate during service degradation

    @cathywilcox1 My brother spun stories, like when they asked about speed, he would reply that the gerbils were running slow today. He also asked them how they got the number as was a secret govt dept. Or he was also working at nbn & would come down and see them.

    @JAYSEE423 I'll say; it's been poor in northern NSW for 25 years - more NBN Co's but still crap. Since floods - utter rubbish!

    @NBN_Australia Given the disastrous flooding in the Northern Rivers, and complete failure of the NBN when it was most needed, could I suggest prioritising FTTN to FTTP upgrades to this region? An injection of capital would speed recovery and support local communities when we need it most.

    tell you what though - running the outage checks and sorting an NBN tech to check it through the My Telstra app was disturbingly easy

    @NBN_Australia @vanbadham I'm genuinely surprised that you're not directing them to their ISP. Sure as **** never wanted to consider any of my issues directly.

    @NBN_Australia Your wholsale "support" team has summarily cancelled two call-outs to fix a definite physical line problem, without informing me. ISP is trying for a THIRD time to get you to do your job. Undecided if the lack of action, or the lack of communication, is more irritating. 🤨
