  • Raysimon1953 💧Ray Simon (@Raysimon1953) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia Never heard so much bullshit. You sabotaged Labor's #NBN for more than a decade. Now you're adopting FTTP after wasting $Billions on outdated technology. But here's the zinger, you're still blaming Labor for your mistakes . The sooner LNP are tossed out the better .

  • SaschaHunt SaschaHunt (@SaschaHunt) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I am having issue with my NBN this afternoon is this network issue. Dudley street Bondi 2026. Can you assist?

  • jimkoopman1957 💧Jim Koopman (@jimkoopman1957) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Took Telstra 3 months and a complaint to the ombudsman for a human to come to Newport last week, open a pit and tell us the problem was nbn workers had cut the copper wire to our house.

  • prasadhasan Prasad Hassan (@prasadhasan) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC I sort of agree with you! However, Govt and its monopolized and duoplolized sector have created a lot of unproductive and redundant, laidback jobs, like Telstra,NBN many banks, many without competitive service and poor innovation. Banks just punts on real estate.

  • PiesJosh Josh Button (@PiesJosh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Doubt it. Service just sucks

  • the_jongleur Michael Mulhern (@the_jongleur) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @NBN_Australia just hung up on another scam caller saying they’re (you/NBN) are going to cut off our phone/Internet service. What are you doing about these scamsters?

  • exploreeats99 Anthony Pham (@exploreeats99) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hey Telstra, I have issues with the NBN service that NBNco has told Telstra that it would be resolved by Friday. It’s Monday and I’m still not connected to the internet.

  • WarrenFWelsh Asphalt Jungle (@WarrenFWelsh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia apparently your network is out in petersham according to @iiNet .....

  • i_before_e Dave Bloustien (@i_before_e) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia typical it’s gone again in Engadine. Trying to watch the EPL and it goes down. When are you going to sort this out. Pathetic

  • TwoHalves45 Will G (@TwoHalves45) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Had @NBN_Australia installed today. Thank god ADSL2 is now a distant memory. Horrible when you have streaming services and you can’t watch them because of horrific buffering. So far so good. The picture is ace and the Service from @tpg has been brilliant. ✊

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet NBN not working in petersham?? internet speed is ZERO MB....

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@moylecroft @caskings @LapTop006 That I get. Are you saying there are no technical issues with the NBN at all? Nothing that a change of technology could fix or improve?

  • p_terg 😷₽᷀᷁᷇᷈€᷂᷊᷿᷉᷃᷄᷾᷆᷍₮︠︡︢︣︤︥︦€᷂̩̼̫᷇̓₹⃚⃓⃖⃜⃕⃛⃔⃡₲̻͉̥͊̽😷 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

  • JohnLutge John Lutge (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I have to move my business to the #nbn in October. I feel sick at the prospect. Slower and less reliable, as well as more expensive than my current service. And very special thanks to @TurnbullMalcolm for saddling us with third word internet.

  • LieletteCalleja Lielette Calleja (@LieletteCalleja) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Thanks @NBN_Australia So far super impressed with @Aussie_BB who have kept me updated on everything. Their customer communication is first class! Just waiting on my router so I can get connected 🤞🤞

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FedUpWithBadAir Dave Peterson (He/Him) Ⓥ 🇨🇦 (@FedUpWithBadAir) reported

@mgorman43 @ImTiredBoss @NBN_Australia Ah yes, the NBN... another thing for Labor to fix. Hopefully they do the right thing and put fibre to every premise as the plans initially called for.

  • Monocotyledon Margaret Morgan ✒📚 🎬 (@Monocotyledon) reported

@SusanLa69642683 The only reason for it is that Tony Abbott didn't want anything better for us and gave us a watered down version of Labor's NBN. He tossed Malcolm Turnbull the scrap of meat of implementing it in exchange for the honour of sitting on the front bench.

  • Alyce05396596 Ayleas (@Alyce05396596) reported

@Margie43690105 @mgorman43 @NBN_Australia Oh the NBN/Telstra/Foxtel black hole of doom. Good luck trying to get anyone take responsibility for overhead utility lines. FOX says TEL job. TEL says NBN agreed to service within our area. NBN says nah. Then back around the merry go round.

  • digipsychosis Digital Psychosis (@digipsychosis) reported

LNP suggesting nuclear power is just like their FTTN NBN rollout. Slow; taking 10 years longer than we need it. Expensive; far more than anything else. Outdated; and therefore pointless. The mere suggestion is absurd. #auspol

  • willie1foot Stewart (@willie1foot) reported

@mgorman43 @tilleyfab @NBN_Australia I’d be talking to your service provider… it’s their responsibility to advise you of disconnection and offer a replacement. NBNCo isn’t perfect by any means but this doesn’t appear to be their fault.

  • KleinRevd Revd Andrew Klein ( Chaplain) (@KleinRevd) reported

@Monocotyledon I like our fast NBN plan ( terms and conditions apply ). In terms of anything it's garbage and when it rains , it's conditional. So fast that at times it's impossible to measure the speed , because it's to slow to even access the web. Thank you Malcolm. I hope for #ICAC .

  • FxLowe Bob Lowe (@FxLowe) reported

Not gonna lie. NBN outage is coinciding with a pretty decent hot streak I've got going here. Anyone got Kim Jong Un's number? Need to get a quote on how much it'll cost to knock all of Australia off the internet for the rest of the year.

  • RosieWineberg Rosie Red Wineberg🏳️‍⚧️🇦🇺 (@RosieWineberg) reported

@Ranting_Trans If they would just fix the NBN in my area I would offer to DM for all the forever DMs in the replys

  • lisa_spiers5 Lisa Spiers (@lisa_spiers5) reported

@mgorman43 @roaminglibrary @NBN_Australia A fault needs to be lodged with NOC at NBN, if you cannot get through - I would look to contact the sales person who manages the client, which is the retirement village, they receive a commission for your on going service monthly........hope it works out.

  • TravisBoutsas Not Me (@TravisBoutsas) reported

@NBN_Australia So it takes so long to fix it that you have to go back in time in order to resolve it?
