It is normal for a network not to have dropouts at all. Can you imagine if the @NBN_Australia guys were running the network in your office? Of course it is the resellers fault, last time I checked they have a computer to configure connections and no actual equipment.

@NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB @Aussie_BB I see the Download Sync has snuck back up to 80.8Mbps but the stability profile sets it back to about 65Mbps. In the modem logs I have log entries all the time like 28.05.2022 05:02:30 Info DHCPC The WAN DHCP client IP address x.x.x.x

@NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB @Aussie_BB The log says Apply Stability Profile Status: Completed Created: 17-03-2022 08:29:49 and this is what happened last time when I go to Stability Profile it says it is off and I have to turn it on again and that turns it off. Fo shizzle.

@NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB Hello, Still I am having dropouts. I re-set the stability profile to on myself a month or so ago. I am paying over $100/month for unlimited broadband and I do not care eventually if the download is only 50Mbps and the upload is 20Mbps as long as there are no dropouts!

@NoShins81 @Optus @NBN_Australia I’d avoid them like the plague Our speeds dropped when Optus forced us to go from cable to NBN You can’t ever contact them for support They can’t even keep their own servers up Perpetual PPPoE timeout errors (occurs when ISP server doesn’t respond)

@YosephGunz @Optus It’s poor everywhere, same with the NBN They can’t even keep their own servers up Perpetual PPPoE timeouts on and off for quite a while Not to mention it’s nigh impossible to actually contact support, the perpetual redirects to FAQs are so frustrating

@Pezzamystic1 @AlboMP @EmmanuelMacron The Diesel sub should never been. Frances subs are nuclear -they had to refashion them to diesel with the out of touch Slowmow govt . Australia finally realised that nuclear is the future but went with Aukus- all blame and waste of money is on Slowmow- As is our nbn blow out

@JaneInToolleen @Optus Just churn Jane, i had the same issues, Optus is over priced, if you get to the call centre you will get some indian, the app doesnt work. Go to someonelse i went to aussie broadband, NBN connected in 1 hr via the optus modem ! can you believe that !
