@NBN_Australia Problem is, it asks me to put in my address, which isn't found in the lookup table. You should show a list of all the outages. Why do we have to search?

  • piquedpeek Me Again (@piquedpeek) reported

@NBN_Australia does your outage search work? Cause it hasn’t once for me…3 months of drop outs and MiA from 9.05am today. Second tech appointment tomorrow second in 3 weeks.

  • funkyj FunkyJ (@funkyj) reported

You shouldn't have to go searching for information about NBN outages. It should be on the front pages of the @NBN_Australia and provider websites, showing time, date, duration and suburbs affected. Of course, this level of transparency would make everyone realise how bad NBN is.

@mheron7 None in our network, but we can look into any potential NBN outages or issues if you get in touch with the support team for troubleshooting and testing on 1300 880 905 -Tara

@MRowlandMP My telco just reoffered me broadband connection at a lower rate. I've noted that all the service interruptions for maintenance in the last couple of weeks have done nothing to improve the NBN.

  • paringa40 paringa (@paringa40) reported

@simonahac and if she is correct. i doubt it.re-wire it then, it seems it only costs to much if any opposition does it we cannibalised the phone network for an admittedly mediocre NBN . we can do what is necessary also make all home builds have battery storage and if feasible solar units

@burdenkylie1 Lol, fix NBN by rebranding starlink

  • tom_hawking Tom Hawking (@tom_hawking) reported

hey @iiNet any idea why the nbn in Thornbury 3071 is slower than a wet week? we just moved from an apartment where it was slow to a house several blocks away where it's even slower. did someone blow up the exchange or something??

  • cyberoo CleanAirPlease 💉💉💉💉 (@cyberoo) reported

@MarcTennant I know folks in rural Tas that have signed up to Starlink and reporting it’s far superior to NBN satellite service.

  • Ancray Andy Craig (@Ancray) reported

@NBN_Australia Thanks for the offer, and no offence, but I do t think the social media team can help here, unless you've got the power to replace copper with fibre now rather than next year?
