😖was hacked using my phone data on laptop after ditching Telstra dongle. Ordered NBN wireless with TPG 17 March. No new NBN orders due to “global shortage” of parts from CHINA needed 2make connection box - SINCE JAN 21 - WAS until end April-May NOW end May-June. 6 MONTHS. WTF😡

Australia has got in trouble recently with not being able to install new NBN lines for internet as there are parts needed from China. Stores need goods & they can’t get their usual supplies & some are having to close down.

Just had a lovely call from a Scammer saying they were from the NBN and someone had jacked into my Modem and it was an important security breach. They got me to open the Terminal and run a netstat command to show me all the bad connections

@drvyom Don’t do it if you spend your life in virtual meetings. Sold on download speed but very unstable connection and dropouts especially on calls. We just dumped it and went back to NBN.

@agentm831 This was silly because the NBN is the wholesale provider and they sell plans to the telcos. So the NBN would never call a telco user anyway.

NBN just flay out lost sync here in 2705... this isn't like the normal drop out for the past week. It's just completely gone.. 4g backup won't even kick in, but your techs have said there's no issues in the area hey @optus even when I've made multiple reports of it not working ;)

Hmmm.... can't filter @FinderComAU NBN search by technology? Have to read through each plan's pop-down? Many 100/40-20 FttN plans? Or is the MTM NBN network so cooked that even if you live next to a green cabinet, retailers don't want to gamble 80% deliverable speed.

@sortius @iiNet @NBN_Australia Just shits me that every 3-6 months, for no reason, the configuration and appliances as supplied by ISP that been working seamlessly start to crap out. Download speeds look fine but streaming content degrades, buffers and throw errors. ADSL1 or worse. It's like 2005.
