I wont be sitting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to someone in Malaysia about problems in Australia that won't get looked at. This whole street has copped it.   Just got off the phone with my ISP's tech support and they reckon it will be a 4 - 8 hour downtime. They couldn't gather additional info from the NBN either (Who​ announced the unscheduled downtime.), which isn't really good news.

  @vertikar @NBN_Australia @Telstra I received an SMS later to expect 4 days of no internet. 💀 I've got a backup service running at full speed through another telco. Best not to put all our eggs in one basket if nbn HFC and Telstra mobile are both unusable while WFH. 🥵 Fortunate that there's overlapping coverage.

  @NBN_Australia my FTTP service went out a while ago. Tarneit, VIC 3029. Did not come back and no reports of outages. Power cycled devices of course. ISP informed but of course out of support hours. Any news?

  @showcallcrewing @NBN_Australia I do not know. I use iiNET, they responded well, once i was able to talk to them. I did ask for a refund for the days I have no service. So they promised to fix it within 24 hours. I also made notes, and responded to their feedback email, and summarised my notes.
