Eventually they send a tech out, they fix it around 11pm. The next day repeat. It’s our whole area too. Frustrating!

NBN or Optus router goes down weekly so I’m left on a desert island. iPhone 12 with 5G comes in November. Here’s hoping 5G will arrive by then #gamechanger

At the moment the NBN link you recommend tells me there are no outages - true - its mega-slow! Poor info provision.

Each time spintel tells us to contact NBN. Each time there is no outage in our area. Then we have to reset everything via spintel. Terrible company. Avoid!!!
