@iiNet Ever since I changed to NBN a couple of months ago, I can’t log in, says it doesn’t recognise my email address, or points of ID to get my login or reset password. Terrible!

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

Trumble (sic) you are the mug. A chancer who got lucky in the dial up Internet era & you thought you knew it all. The decaying ex Telstra infrastructure you you said would give us a quicker cheaper nbn is a slow moving disaster. It is inadequate & will cost billions to replace

@JJFyzz @McKellInstitute @TurnbullMalcolm He is on the record already in recent weeks saying the government should never have built the NBN in any form. Should have been built by private sector. 5G technology is already delivering very high speeds. The original cost was extremely underbaked. Would have cost near $200B

@Jeff_Sparrow Try once you've connected. - Not being able to contact the supplier (NBN) and the source of the issue directly. - Once you have lodged a ticket, being actively blocked from contacting support. @Telstra IVR: Your ticket is in progress, you receive updates through the App

@iiNet Well your lack of service forced me onto NBN. It really isn’t acceptable to throttle my speed from double digits down to 1 or 3kbps...consistently over a number of years.

Service delivery of @NBN_Australia is absolutely atrocious. Less than 12 hours notice of 'planned' maintenance on 12-May. Less than 5 minutes notice of 'planned' maintenance today. It really is a sub-par network which has Australia 20 years behind the rest of the world #fail

@NBN_Australia it’s almost been 24 hours without internet in some of the Brimbank Council suburbs in Victoria. What’s the ETR at this point as the longer my internet is down, the less of my job I can do. PS I understand you have limited employees due to lockdowns but come on...

@NBN_Australia Storm 24Nov -lost internet. NBN reported no outage so @Optus sent new modem. No joy. Then NBN reported area issue. Optus closed case saying NBN to fix it. No change. NBN website now says no issue. Optus repeating troubleshooting. UNI-D not talking to WAN port.

- Net keeps going down. - Call ISP. - ISP informs separate NBN department to send technician. - Schedule day for them to come. - Technician does not show up. - It was apparently working when they checked. - Repeat this x2 I'm going to actually kill someone I swear to God.

So it appears @Optus have sacked 99% of their support+technical staff?? Knock knock, anyone home?! Absolutely appalling lack of support. One technician fails to send the data to NBN and so now our appointment is cancelled and we have to wait 48 hours?!

@Starlink can’t beat NBN fix line there will lots of drop out, equipment maintenance is too much, good for camping in outback not for residential

@noplaceforsheep Banning phones seems a much better solution. But it should come with an alternative like an under-16 intranet on NBN. And I believe there's realistic concern predators will attempt to blame & shame children who evade restrictions, for engaging with them on 'adult only' platforms.
