After rebooting my router numerous times, they booked a NBN technician to come and have a look. And then I found reset button on my NBN box and it fixed the problem. I’ve since added Optus Technician to my resume.

Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

Best not to put all our eggs in one basket if nbn HFC and Telstra mobile are both unusable while WFH. 🥵 Fortunate that there's overlapping coverage.
