  @schmidtyr71 I had NBN call me on Tuesday morning out of the blue. I begged them to come over, which they did. I had one technician, then two spend all day and half the following, fixing the issue. The ISP called me when they were there, telling me they were escalating my matter.

  @taipan168 And Telstra only faces minimum service guarantees in a very small component of the business where they continue to hold assets that used to be owned by the government. That's shrinking over time as the NBN buys out the copper.

  @Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

  @vertikar @NBN_Australia @Telstra Yeah, 4G. No 5G coverage in this part of Melbourne. I wish I didn't have to use a SIM from another telco to get 20+ Mbps. Telstra 4G backup is about 0.16 Mbps down with a Smart Modem. We just tether phones during work hours for video calls or sharing would be too slow.

  @Ausbobsmit They'd rather do this crap rather than a public solar power company designed to put panels on your rooftop just like the NBN successfully rolled out broadband. All because they can't ****** directly invest in the Australian economy themselves. Unlike Menzies who bankrolled half of Holden just to get cars made here. Or whoever it was setup the damn Commonwealth Bank so we could have a banking industry in Australia.

  @AlboMP NBN increases that you made, are costing us an extra 300 dollars a year. Forcing us to consume an internet that you can charge more for at any moment is an extrotion racket. I hope you fix this asap. Any mandatory expectation should be met with free service or cheap rates.

  @NBN_Australia It always does this. I shouldn't have to use a different device. I work in IT and have tried it on 46 laptops and 23 phones. Literally went into the pit on the street and took out all the NBN cabling as the NBN never works so Im now im with another company and couldnt be happier
