The ******* nerve of @Optus sending me an offer for unlimited data on 5G knowing full well neither that service or the ******* NBN are available in my area, this after they sent me a bill for wifi totalling $921.34 for one ****** up month. Don’t make out now ya rip off *****.

@DaveMilbo Our apartment tower has 2 independent providers that we can get up to 300mbs up & down. Late last year we all had fliers in our mailboxes advertising excitedly that NBN had come to our building! Needless to say the communal bin was full of those fliers...

@Telstra It's a new service being set up, so that everything is via telstra, because of the nbn, so when the second technician came out, they said it would be connected by Jan 5th. He assumed it would be to coincide with the next bill, but nothing

Skimming back through my weeks long forced SMS interaction with @Telstra to access the office @NBN_Australia service in paying for I see: * 39 apologies and assurances. * 9 instances of blaming another Telstra department. * 0 commitments to fixing the problem. * no end in sight.

So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

@NBN_Australia Thank you, I take note. But I am aware of scam methods and handle them. It’s the annoyance of the multiple calls, that’s the real problem. I have to let people know, if they don’t leave a message, they won’t get to me. I won’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know.

@Telstra we were told we had to switch to nbn before 30/01 so signed up. Guy came yesterday couldn’t finish it due to some issue. said Telstra would be out today to complete - no one has showed and no internet! My wife works from home and needs the internet urgently!! Any advice?

@Telstra How do you sort out your problem, when your NBN is not working. Your modem has diverted to mobile which as usual is extremely poor, so no service, but your mobile phone is diverting to wifi. How and who do you contact?

@DodoAustralia Your sales staff are underhanded. I rang yesterday and signed up for NBN. I explicitly said I wanted it to start on 21 December. He confirmed this. Within minutes I get email saying service up and running and my card charged. Not happy at all. Very deceitful

@NBN_Australia we have a MAJOR outage here in 5109 and @superloopau have directed us to you as apparently there is an ‘optical node fault’ and it’s been over 24 hours without internet and a ‘technician is on site’ with absolutely NO ETR… What the? How long does it take??

So we had a power outage that ****** the NBN, and no one can fix it till Monday. We can’t stream to the TV. Or use Google home. Or turn off our smart lights. I feel like I’ve gone back to 2007. Might chuck on a DVD.

@NBN_Australia Last house (a year ago) was a 3 month uphill fight with word address things with the subdivision, incorrect service class and lack of ports. Kinda feel like I’m jinxed at this point hahaha
