  I expected nbn to auto complete 161-169 Princes Hwy with either Lucknow or Bairnsdale and to say whether nbn is available. Because telcos need to know customer addresses. I didn't expect nbn to say whether an address has already been connected.

  @__Rounders__ @mattrfrancis Done that as well. When the Foxtel/NBN bloke came last time he told me I never needed to worry about the aerial socket again. And the aerial cable they provided isn't compatible with the Foxtel box.

I want be sitting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to someone in Malaysia about problems in Australia that won't get looked at. This whole street has copped it.   @Teh_Jkr @Optus @Optus I have 5 services with Optus and have been a customer for 12 years. My NBN internet has been really poor, yet I’m charged full price with no real offer. As soon as I get time from my busy life, I’ll be switching all my services.

  The place mum & i were in we had wifi & it kept not working so i had @NBN_Australia imstalled, the neighbour complained she had no internet then complained the nbn was supposed to be for both of us but it wasnt. After being removed she told me its ok to stay with her & she didnt>
