Apparently that can’t be done till Jan 31st After 2 hours on the phone I managed to get an extra 25GB added to my mobile data. No further resolution possible though I’m told

Please do your best to shut down all the fraud call centers based in India who ring Australian numbers pretending to be CommBank, the NBN, Telstra etc. I get calls everyday. If my mum who has dementia picks up she gets distressed. My neighbor lost 5k
