  I expected nbn to auto complete 161-169 Princes Hwy with either Lucknow or Bairnsdale and to say whether nbn is available. Because telcos need to know customer addresses. I didn't expect nbn to say whether an address has already been connected.

  @vertikar @NBN_Australia @Telstra Yeah, 4G. No 5G coverage in this part of Melbourne. I wish I didn't have to use a SIM from another telco to get 20+ Mbps. Telstra 4G backup is about 0.16 Mbps down with a Smart Modem. We just tether phones during work hours for video calls or sharing would be too slow.

I wont be sitting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to someone in Malaysia about problems in Australia that won't get looked at. This whole street has copped it.   @deniseshrivell All the telcos are pushing nbn. I’ve been on 5g for 4 yrs after issues with NBN. Last week my power adapter died on the router & they tried to convince me I needed a new NBN plan because 5g doesn’t work at our address. I gave up and bought a power adapter for $12 … 1/2

  @Optus we were on the phone to OPTUS for THREE HOURS to some operator in India, we just wanted to move to a faster NBN plan, and they could not migrate our old account over. NIGHTMARE and Optus are outsourcing their support to useless people in India

  @MarkoMatvikov Last time I was with them it was a challenge to escape, so I never went back, I had a bad experience with canceling Vodafone too. With Aussie they are good but still have to deal with the NBN monster 👿
