Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

The NBN website said there wasn’t any service issues in the area until just after Midnight when it was updated advising there was an unplanned incident in the area and the service actually stopped working just after 6pm due to the storm.

Eg Most of the NBN and telco problems we have today started with the way he deregulated the industry. Banking royal commissions - him deregging banks poorly etc.
