The only acceptable solution is to use the internal wiring I had installed when building the house, remove the conduit and perform any repairs needed to the property (inside and out) and clean up your mess.

No compensation or immediate remediation because I donโt deal directly with NBN and ISP can say itโs not their problem. Perfect finger pointing nightmare for end user. Times like these make me want to go all in on a 4G dongle.

We can assure you if we could, we would just send a new NCD out - unfortunately, nbn doesn't allow us to do this - we need to log a fault & an nbn technician will replace the device.

There's no option to opt out of a modem many don't need, the mesh wifi booster is overpriced, the service is the worst, oh did I mention there's no discount once you've bought the modem? Thieves.
