  So, TPG needs the S/N number of my NBN box to problem solve why there’s no connection, but the S/N sticker is missing, and NBN wants me to call my internet provider, who can’t help me because I can’t give them the S/N number. Talk about going round in circles 🙄

  Just got off the phone with my ISP's tech support and they reckon it will be a 4 - 8 hour downtime. They couldn't gather additional info from the NBN either (Who​ announced the unscheduled downtime.), which isn't really good news.

I wont be sitting on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to someone in Malaysia about problems in Australia that won't get looked at. This whole street has copped it.   @charlietech @NBN_Australia Charlie every time it slightly rains at my parents place the NBN drops,why? Optus have said it’s common problem and will only fix or report to NBN if happens 5 times in a day - my parents are old is there a way I can have consistent NBN for them including phone connection?

  The place mum & i were in we had wifi & it kept not working so i had @NBN_Australia imstalled, the neighbour complained she had no internet then complained the nbn was supposed to be for both of us but it wasnt. After being removed she told me its ok to stay with her & she didnt>

  Black friends I served with in the military told me to watch out for *******. Being from Idaho I said it was a derogatory term for them wasn’t it? No, ******* are violent, irresponsible, parasites causing all the problems, stay away from them. One of them, Levi, always said NBN, ******* be ******* when there was trouble. I just listed to a couple of black females just as tired as the rest of us but threatening to orhanize against them.
