@ChristineEwing7 ETS was as terrible as the mining tax nothingburgers, NBN was gutted, NDIS is getting privatised. I'm sorry but none of that stuck because they kept bending over to get it done.

@Optus I am an Optus customer. The caller didn't claim to be from Optus. Since I recently received a couple of text messages from Optus regarding NBN maintenance in my area it seemed unlikely that they would be followed by a threat to terminate my connection

@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

@NBN_Australia @BelongAU Belong must answer their telephone 24/7 or at least have employees contactable able to respond immediately to any outage. It is not enough to say it is not a Belong issue, it is a Belong issue and Belong must work with their service provider to ensure.

@dvcotton @cwmagee This is a risk management issue that should have been addressed, right? We didn't spend $51B on infrastructure so that when one domino falls over other dominos are impacted? I don't know enough about how the NBN works to get this, but even I can see that being a risk issue.

Absolute nightmare trying to get the darn internet to work here over last few days .... and then when it works, getting some garbage speeds, def. not what the NBN was promised to be (and still paying for it!) ... really, I had so much extra* time today to have to deal with this..
