@Telstra A fault in the street. Requires the NBN team to come back and do works. Apparently that can’t be done till Jan 31st After 2 hours on the phone I managed to get an extra 25GB added to my mobile data. No further resolution possible though I’m told

@NBN_Australia Apparently, I have upstream and downstream sync, but the online might never settles and then the modern starts over after 30 seconds or so.

@Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

@Aussie_BB Thanks but I already called. NBN seems to have told AussieBB as much as they’ve told me - zilch, only “solution” is to just wait until they decide to hook it up properly, in contrast to whatever NBN did the last couple of times 😞

4 drop outs in service with @Optus NBN in the space of an hour. Even with a new modem installed last night. If this continues throughout today, I’ll be disconnecting my service, without penalties and moving to another provider.

@NickRossTech @NBN_Australia I had installers come out 3 times now 1. Put the box on crooked 2. Came back next day to connect cabling to the pit across road 3. Third guy came and inspected pit in front of house, then left Next day my “ready for service” is not ready, needs “more work” but they won’t say what

@ZappedAU We got the classic NBN bait and switch. Was told we could get 400 down. And the network in our area was being upgraded to 1000. After paying to install and cabling. ($1200). NBN tells us max we can get is 100 down. Not fcukin happy with NBN.

@a_swift_half Have you tried kicking your connection in the MyAussie app? In your NBN service screen, go to "Run Self Tests" > "Kick Connection". Then do a power cycle and see if that fixes it! Make sure you're giving the router a minute unplugged to really reset the connection.

💡 Tip: If your provider has communicated that they have accelerated your speed, but you’re not seeing changes, try power cycling your nbn box & Wi-Fi router. Unplug, wait a minute, then plug back in. If you need a hand, reach out to your provider for support. (2/2)

@RyanWil62993886 On the NBN Labor 2013 est it would cost $43 bill with a full fibre to the premises netw finished in 2021 you fail to mention Abbotts MTM multi tech mix which left the industry in shock I was there, currently this gov has got it back to $51-57 Bill total cost.
