My question was shortlisted but I never got to ask it. Most of the show was taken up with Tax questions. Personally, I think the #NBN is of vital importance to Australia.

To give you a bit of detail, for this type of connection the NTD needs to be plugged in & connected before a service provider can "activate" a service
