  @NBN_Australia Port Melbourne 3207 FTTP down due to construction work which severed NBN infrastructure. An NBN Civil team is going out today. Any idea of the ETR? The customer needs to plan around this.

  @NBN_Australia That is all well a good, but Telstra said they had no information from NBN about when the issue is expected to be resolved. It has been more than 24 hrs now. You must know what is wrong and how long it should take to fix.

  @Borgus17 Plus NBN who automatically setup installation date for a Saturday. Rang said unavailable, they say after waiting 50 minutes on phone. Oh computers are down. I said this is notification to not turn up. They still did as had card skipped under the front door

  @svatmann I remember nbn being rolled out & i lied about having landlord permission to get the box. My landlord at the time was super anti pay tv, and a bad landlord in many ways. Anyway I got the box installed in the most inconveniant room ever.

  @iamwhoiam63 Labor have never paid off debt,and considering the mad spending that has been going on since being elected they certainly won’t be paying any off this time either.LNP inherited 550 billion by my calculations.300 billion left- +unfunded NBN +NDIS and 9 years interest on the debt.

  @NBN_Australia so now another 11000 people will be unhappy with their NBN? My DM said how understanding they were of my frustration but to talk to my service provider (again) to see if I can get an earlier appointment. Their hands are tied to. It is an NBN issue.
