Well neither @Telstra or @NBN_Australia have managed to resolve my issue between them ... 30 days & counting ... shame on you both ... I have an online University exam worth 40% of my mark to do this weekend ... back to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman

@annabelcrabb I had the same one today. I get so many computer voice messages/calls about my nbn being shut down, ATO going to put me in jail for missing taxes etc. I wonder if my name/number is on a scammer list that they pass around or publish? I'm sick of it and feel like ditching my phone.

@NBN_Australia back in 2018 and 2019 the system was great and the speeds and ping were perfect but u had to add more people onto the towers then it could handle and what happens speeds get decreased, ping gets horrible. u guys have no brain cells only want money 💸

Garbage NBN today - all of my meetings have had drop outs and unstable connection. I'm paying @Telstra a fortune for a service I am forced to have. NEVER had these problems (nor speed inconsistencies) with my Cable connection......
