Ollie Roberts (@ollie_bo) reported from Hobart, Tasmania@NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

If the Labor NBN had gone through, it would be finished by now, NBN FTTP would be there without copper wire problems and, I cannot go on about how bad this decision was. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

We quickly found the baseline service was crap and upgraded to the next level - which is great when it works, but reading the fine print, NBN only warrant it will work for 2mins annually

That inflation affects everyone - including grocery stores, NBN providors, health funds. They must pass those costs down. Fuel is also subject to inflation in addition to the fuel crisis. This impacts input costs for many businesses, not all, to varying degrees. The only thing that causes market wide inflation is Gov.
