    @TPG_Telecom What's going on with your NBN service at the moment? Working from home means we actually need a working internet connection that doesn't rely on hotspotting.

    @NBN_Australia My provider knows it's an NBN fault, it's listed on the service staus. How about NBN fix their problems.

    Fantastic NBN rollout @ScottMorrisonMP. What an idiot. I have to down grade my premium cable internet service involuntarily because apparently NBN is the future. From 100 Mbps to 50 Mbps. Thanks for stuffing up my work home set up 😡

    @NBN_Australia @WillCollie Guys my NBN is out and I desperately need internet. It says no outage on sign. And Optus are saying the line is at fault to the premises? Can you update please

    @superloopnet And that's the difference between doing what's needed to meet SLAs versus doing what's needed to provide good customer experience. If Superloop had raised the fault with nbn right away I would have got an appt for tomorrow. Thanks to your delay it is now Mon morning.
