    I'm having a great week with our service providers. Utilities - they finally gave in after their general systems were proven to not actually work. Still awaiting connection. Telco - NBN out last night, no ETA on recovery, is now apparently fixed but they've sent more peeps...

    @NBN_Australia a technician changed something outside our house yesterday and have been without internet since. Have been told earliest is Tuesday so we are without internet all long weekend. Incident: INC300003255171

    @NBN_Australia @Shleeable Higher tiers mean jack **** when the infrastructure doesnt support it. My nbns been degrading in speeds since i got it, its the cable problem all over again.

    @anthony45052793 @TheNakedFarmers @MichaelAckland3 It took Telstra 5 years to fix junction box out the front. Only took 2 years to come and pick up all the asbestos pieces. The landline is placed about 10 cm under the ground. We found it when levelling the drive. 6 weeks without internet when NBN was extended.

    Hi, @BelongAU I have tried to contact someone since yesterday to cancel my order for nbn that I made yesterday afternoon and have not been able to get into contact with anyone since there is no telephone support. Please contact me ASAP!

    Our internet is ****** today. I'm heading back to office on my work from home day ffs. Nbn hfc is ****. Looked how much it was to change connection type to FTTP. It's $17k lol.

    @Qld_Steve @Dave_Oakden This. And given the NBN modems are already powered at the premises, that flaw is a present day issue. So either homes *must* have a working mobile service during any outage (which'll be almost all the time, but I dread the case when it isn't). 1/2

    @BelongAU It has been at least a week waiting for the NBN appointment but we were supposed to be contacted within 2 days as there was an issue with it. Created support tickets and no one replied within 24 hours. What's going on?
