    @ellymelly There are few landline phones left in Australia. Most phones run off nbn and power failures eventually kill these phones as the battery in the network device runs out. This is what happened in the big dark in South Australia after the power went down

    @Telstra We have spoken to Telstra on many occasions and have been advised there is nothing you can do on your end because it’s the NBN cable and therefore an NBN issue and we are not able to contact the NBN team direct. I will get the ticket numbers thank you

    @7plus, get your **** sorted for Chromecast and @Telstra Tbox Olympic streaming. Last night, I had @Telstra via Twitter walk me through streaming issues because we thought it was the NBN/wifi. It's actually your apps! Prime7 has poor reception in 2575. #tokyo2020 #Channel7

    @disneyplus Your web (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc) services in Australia are awful. I am resorting to twitter to complain about your poor server because jokes on you, I cannot even open your customer service page. PS my nbn, broadband and every other streaming service works fine.
