They didn’t like that as they temporarily shut me down on the internet, hence the NBN censorship.

  • RyanNomadMonkey Nomad (@RyanNomadMonkey) reported

I have been more than patient, but going 6 weeks without Internet with the likelihood of even longer due to rain being an excuse to cancel an appointment is not acceptable. I have spoken to NBN Australia and they have told me it is my ISP’s job to escalate my connection and try

  • stephenaxlscott Stephen Scott (@stephenaxlscott) reported

@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?

  • reallykazcooke Kaz Cooke (@reallykazcooke) reported

Thanks to today's @NBN_Australia tech who fixed my connection problem: a dedicated diagnostician. It turned out another NBN tech who attended a neighbour's problem last week 'fixed' that by swapping so I was now connected to the faulty corroded wires instead. Just WOW.

@dylee90 @NBN_Australia For some perspective, for me cancelled twice came on third appointment. In all 12 days to fix the issue.

  • RyanNomadMonkey Nomad (@RyanNomadMonkey) reported

complaint to nbn Australia on my behalf. Absolutely pathetic.

  • RyanNomadMonkey Nomad (@RyanNomadMonkey) reported

@Aussie_BB hi, wondering if someone can help me. My NBN connection appointment has been cancelled twice. The first time with no call or reason, the second time, today due to rain. It has been rescheduled for June 8th. I have been 1 month without Internet to my property. I feel

@Optus and @NBN_Australia Please sort out the dropouts issues I've been having over the last few weeks now! It's very frustrating - the technician came over today for 2mins, checked the internet was ok and then let. The dropouts have started again! This is costing me my business

  • woodduck80 Bret Woods (@woodduck80) reported

So @Optus are increasing the price of our NBN internet, even though they’ve never been able to provide internet at the speed of the tier they sold me. What internet provider you with??? I’m after an unlimited plan.

  • saoirsecondes Saoirse Connor Desai (@saoirsecondes) reported

@NBN_Australia Right, well had I not been advised that the new orders would recommence 24 May, I would have moved into a property which already had NBN. I explained this to the agent when I called. Now it looks like I'll have to wait months. Poor form.
