@NBN_Australia Hey Tommy, if you had read my post rather than providing a stock answer, the data is pointing out that there is clearly congestion during the day on a cyclical basis. Congestion means the network hasn't been sufficiently provisioned for WFH periods.

@Rayz0ner Ray you live near me, I’m with tpg, tpg was pretty **** before but now wi the nbn, I’ve never had a problem always have the lowest ping in the lobbies I play in, while my whole family is on Netflix and my brother gaming too

Just had a spam caller tell me I needed to set up a backup connection to keep access to the internet while NBN is down for repairs Not sure how they’d bypass the only internet cables coming into my house

@Optus really poor form. Left a message on your support chat 2 hours ago as have pathetic NBN performance no response. Logged same issue 2 days ago and it was closed as resolved but patently not. Really annoying, rely on internet for work and school.

@acmadotgov Let's get this straight: old, unsuitable eg copper, cabling that's causing slow internet or is otherwise unfit for purpose, is now our own burden to rectify?? Australia's NBN as originally designed could have been great. Instead we have another #LNPfail
