  Woke up to our NBN connection being out yesterday morning. ISP escalated to NBN Co that morning. NBN Co advised their tech would visit next day. Tech arrived early morning and fixed issue. Thanks @NBN_Australia for the great service.

  Hey @Telstra your company is the worst internet company in Australia! I spoke to one of your people yesterday who proceeded to turn off my nbn for no reason at all then rang back to get it fixed and sorted and I get told I can’t get help until maybe Monday!! Hopeless!! I’m done!!

  @PatsKarvelas Australians wouldn't need to criticise the NBN if LNP had stuck to Labor's world leading plan. Instead, we have an inferior product doing a **** job, at a time when consistency and reliance is needed. But yeah, no need to mention that at all hey? #lnpfail

  There is a iPhone scam floating around this morning in WA saying that your NBN is about to be shut down for three days. BUT the incoming call can be persons number 1 from NSW and the other a Vic number. Go figure 🤔

  @maximum_sincere well its mainly an issue with my apartment complex now - because of the lockdown they can’t let the nbn technicians enter the server without supervision from their IT team
