    @JaffaJamesAtha Very sorry! just to be clear this is our network issue and not NBN's And I agree, packing peanuts taste better! We're doing all we can to get users back online, we suggest rebooting local network equipment at power every 30min and fingers, toes and eyes crossed restores soon -Meg

    @Aussie_BB A widespread outage with no explanation (not an NBN issue) a constantly engaged 1300 phone number, no response to fault reports...I'm not sure why people think this is good or even acceptable service?

    @NBN_Australia Hi Khan, we have been contacting our provider Telsta at least 3x daily. We had NBN technician saying that the issue is beyond his capabilities and required an engineer which we have yet to see. @TheFusedHybrid has escalated the issue with ombudsman.

    @Christi49154364 @Internode We so many nbn outages, both planned & unplanned, it makes working at home almost impossible. I have to use my phone to connect on most days. Don’t know why I’m bothering to pay for an internet service that doesn’t exist.

    @TPG_Telecom Given the amount of times our nbn has been down over the past few months, does tpg provide the option of nbn with 4G backup? If not, is this on the cards as so many companies do it now?

    @TPG_Telecom big storm in Sydney this afternoon and my nbn fttc box has been clicking and flashing red ever since with no internet available. Any info on how long the storm outage will last?
