    @AllanRaskall @NBN_Australia @Telstra Good luck with your NBN issue Allan. I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

    @iiNet The modem is dropping off line. So I’m losing NBN connection. When it comes back up my phone service doesn’t return unless I turn the modem off and back on again.

    I’m confused. How come @iiNet can transfer my NBN service from one ISP to them but @Telstra couldn’t transfer my NBN service from another ISP to them? iiNet is doing it all without a tech having to come out. They told me it’s just a simple remote transfer.

    Gee @Telstra what happened to my 25Gb extra that was put on my mobile account to help until you people fixed my NBN service. I’m going through my data way too quick because of it.

    Oh for **** sake. Had the NBN tech here and was told there is nothing he could do here. Now @telstra is screwing me around saying they need a tech here and telling me my service won’t move back to them until a tech has been. Some one lying to me.

    @Telstra I have spoken to NBN Co and they informed me it should be done within 24 hours at most. It’s a simple churn a customer back, it’s not that hard but Telstra being Telstra you have to turn it into the hardest job out there. WHY?

    @NBN_Australia This is why the NBN is hated so much. There needs to be changes to protect the customer of ILLEGAL changes to their service. The ISP’s can do whatever and like I said the poor customer suffers because of it. The ISP’s should be fined for doing such changes.

    @NBN_Australia You say the NBN Co doesn’t do the changing of ISP’s but the ISP’s say they need you guys to do the changeover. Again it’s the conflicting info and the fact when this type of thing happens the poor customer loses and it’s too bad. It’s not fair.

    @telstra Why have I lost my home phone service. We lost our NBN service just before 5pm and when it came back on my home phone has not worked. Have reset and restarted my modem many times with no luck. When I log into my account it doesn’t show my home phone service ??

    At least Australia's pathetic excuse of a rail system has the excuse that it is the remnants of one built in the 19th century... unlike the #nbn on which at least $51 billion was wasted in the 21st century, but is not (and will never be) up to 20th century standards.

    @NBN_Australia Already logged a week ago. It's a NBN capacity issue. We're now in a NBN maintenance window until Feb 27. Nothing the ISPs can do. We're out of action for the next six days.

    @boxcar303 @NBN_Australia I am having the same issue here. @NBN_Australia just failed to act. And they even cancel technician appointments without leaving any reasons. It is sad that my ISP can’t even call NBN or escalate the issue. If NBN doesn’t do anything, my ISP is helpless.

    @gaichambers @AlboMP I don't have a problem with the need for NDIS, ***, but Gillard enacted something totally un-costed and it was extremely irresponsible to do that. NBN was totally un-necessary, the govt. should have been a provider of last resort. I just don't trust Labor with money as a result!

    @TomPlayford3 @AlboMP I will bow to your superior knowledge Tom but the LNP is holding m(b)illions of NDIS funding back to advantage their current bottom line, Malcolm devastated the NBN and Labor hasn't been in charge for 7 years. Speaking of the poor, LNP reluctance to raise NewStart short sighted.

    @gaichambers @AlboMP ***, it was like the trifecta of un-costed disasters the last time they were in office: NDIS, NBN and VET-FEE-HELP, the last one in particular cost multiple billions and left the poorest Australians mired in debts they could never pay. Labor is hopeless with money - sad but true.
