@AllanRaskall @NBN_Australia @Telstra Good luck with your NBN issue Allan. I got rid fo @Telstra a while back because they couldn’t do a simple thing and move me back to them after I was moved to another ISP without my consent. Ended up moving to iiNet, couldn’t’ be happier and getting faster download.

@iiNet The modem is dropping off line. So I’m losing NBN connection. When it comes back up my phone service doesn’t return unless I turn the modem off and back on again.

@Optus It came back on its own at 10:30pm last night.@Optus I understand it was an nbn issue and not Optus. Communication is very important here. There was no updates from your outages website. This needs to be improved on Optus’s side.

@darren_handreck @NBN_Australia Hi Daz - apologies for the inconvenience caused. I've just checked and can see there is a service disruption reported in Montmorency. At this stage we have no ETR, however our techs are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible. Aman

@Dr_Opbear The speed you provided definitely suggests there is an issue with the service. Even on the entry level NBN 12 plan, the typical evening speed between 7pm and 11pm is 12Mbps. Kindly DM us your customer ID so we can investigate your issue. 2/2 -Mel
