    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

    @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    The fixed wireless NBN is delivering 7.6mbps down, which is making David Coulthard's head look even squarer than usual. We should bring back public stocks so we can out Malcolm Turnbull in them and I can hurl a rotten tomato at him for this.

    @iiNet From a message I received earlier, @NBN_Australia has told you that the all day outage affecting Chatswood and possibly elsewhere, is now resolved. It isn’t.

    @AlboMP Would be worth knowing why the nurse's NBN is unreliable. I'm sure there is a solution. As to Anthony I didn't know it was a Fed Gov responsibility to fix drainage around his farm unless it is Commonwealth land.

    Microsoft Samantha really has it in for me. She got Border Force to put out an arrest warrant in my name for an illegal package, getting me deported because my Visa has expired and WORST OF ALL… Is going to disconnect my landline and internet as NBN is now available in my area

    @NBN_Australia quite apart from it being wrong and infrastructure installation is allowed…if their excuse is the lockdown why tell me twice they can do it and provide a date then cancel?? both times were in the lockdown…it is the worst performance i think i have ever witnessed

    @Telstra So what now @Telstra????? I have a property where the #NBN has been disconnected for weeks, I am in lockdown elsewhere, my home alarm and security cameras are disabled due to no internet. So what do I do? How can I get help?
