@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

Australia built a slow NBN, obsolete at launch. Other players entered the market, with better, faster options. The NBN now needs to raise prices, to cover its costs due to exiting users which will cause more to leave. The NLP are to blame, but so are those who voted for them.

Man I thought I had an internet issue at my old house- NBN is driving me insane A technician looked at it and found a corroded plate but because it still works they won't let him replace it? So I'm just stuck with my internet dropping out 10+ times a day

@Telstra no one ever did get back to me on why the 4g and 5g service is so shite where I live. 3 towers within 2.5km and a dozen within 5km but I still need to use wi-fi calling to guarantee calls getting through. Makes the 4g backup on my nbn modem useless.

@aussiewongm At least you were talking to a human who had some idea and didn't just try to blame NBN and hang up on you after 2 minutes.

@alexkidman @NBN_Australia Now after 2 years and countless service interruptions including disconnecting them (90’s with medical conditions) NBN said max was 15mbs Then you finally fixed the line and 25 mbs and working well.

@NickRossTech @maire19 @carolduncan yes - on fixed wireless nbn in the bush. So unreliable - the towers are getting faster but they are chained together with no back-up power. If one tower goes down, the following towers all stop working. It was a disaster in the fires a few years ago. zero redundancy - crap.

@StanMarsh2022 @Leo_Puglisi6 @OMGTheMess Oakeshott, Windsor & Katter worked together to get policies out of each side and who they'd support. Once decided ALP, then had to work out who would get lynched the least in their primarily Nat seats. The 1st two would have known it was their last term¹, but they got the NBN²
