@JacobAnderson29 Hi Jacob, thanks for reaching out to us, no, that’s not good, it looks like there may be a line fault or problem affecting the nbn connection box. We recommend turning the power to the nbn connection box and then contacting your phone and internet provider. 1/3

@Monster_Dome We pretend, we have pigeons, called Telstra, Optus, NBN, TPG, and ADSL (who is old and slow, and needs to be retired). 5 pigeons between the 6 of us works OK most days given our island home is the size of a large NY pizza.

@TPG_Telecom I was told the previous NBN outage is fixed but still not working after 7 hours. Yes I've turned it on and off several times.

Our network monitoring has confirmed mobile, fixed broadband and NBN services in Tasmania started coming back online just after 6pm following the earlier third party cable issue. We are running final checks to confirm all services are fully restored.

@real_xye @VodafoneAU That’s true, a simple answer would have saved me 30 mins of waiting on hold for a NBN tech support.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@JacobAnderson29 They will be able to troubleshoot and perform line testing. If need be, they’ll reach out to nbn on your behalf for any further assistance. Let us know how you go. Jacob, if anyone at your premises relies on any critical service devices such as a medical alarm 2/3
