    @NBN_Australia why do I have to wait three weeks to get DSN cable fixed which you broke ..Why do I have to wait to get a cable fixed that I advised you two years ago was stuffe d ..so now no home phone or internet boy I love NBN .. not do U know what cust service is

    NBN down, 5th day out of last 10. Shouldn’t complain, some are still without power from storms but ****** 3G (sometimes 4G) & 30 secs for each tweet to load Faaaarrrrrkkkk 🤯😤

    @NBN_Australia The moment you start assuming that you know better than the customer (and you may, but you're assuming at this point, rather than knowing), you start to lose all credibility.

    @RedFiddler Is this for the NBN? I had the same issues. The building is in an NBN only zone but not registered. Telstra and NBN put me on an endless circuit. In the end I called the strata and found out there is only one provider for the building and it’s not telstra.

    @Mark72160129 @DeakinBeard @AustralianLabor 5G won’t as latency is higher on a mobile data transfer, you have the issue of more outages, a LOT more devices on the same interface makes congestion worse. If it’s not affordable, why are NBN now retroactively upgrading fttn connections, it’s only unaffordable when you 1/2

    @NBN_Australia I appreciate the reply. @Aussie_BB are actually the ones who kindly provided all the data re: drop outs and said NBN are trying to fix without any update on when it’ll be sorted. They are fully aware of the fault. Over to NBN I think to sort out…
