@Ballyurra Paid into bank accounts a lot of people can't access right now. What about those on the Indue card? Businesses without EFTPOS because comms are down are demanding cash. A fibre NBN might have come in handy right now.

@NAB #outage. NAB site and internet banking are unreachable from NBN (and maybe other fixed lines) broadband providers. But Mobile 4G internet banking is working. (don't connect to your WiFi). If you need money urgently, try mobile networks on your phone.

Still no NBN internet and pretty weak mobile signal. Enough for me to do Wordle, though, which I know is a sad reflection of who I really am...

@NBN_Australia Is there no way for traffic to be rerouted via Gold Coast? There are thousands without service in Currumbin, Tweed, and of course rest of Northern Rivers. No redundancy at all?

@Optus How can your customer service team on the app not know thay there's a network issue with the nbn? Why do we keep getting told to trouble shoot after a week when it's been a nbn network issue caused by floods? After 4 + Internet gets fixed for an hour or so then goes again.
