  @bestmvno @peter_adderton this was reported to me in Australia. Customers, often in poor nbn service areas, tried to connect on 5g home broadband only to be told 'we cant sign you up right now'. Yet other areas of the same city were still signing up customers.

  @iiNet I am appalled at the changeover process you have done so far. You sent a disconnect notice to NBN of my previous ISP before new modem arrived and then now blaming your internal systems 24 hours later for not being able to provision my service. 1/2

  @jamiesonmurph @helenhainesindi @thelandnews When local fixed wire wifi NBN came to my area I was told the service would be adquate because they expected hardly any take up of NBN based on modelling done 10 years prior showing hardly any residences used a dial up service! We'd all been on portable dongle wifi & mob phones!
