@bernielak I’m going from FTTC to FTTC at the unit & I just use my modem & NBN FTTC Network Connection Device. They IP did a check while I was on the ph & I’m right to go,bonus. I’ll work something out tomorrow cause I always do in my chaotic way😆😆Ian

@PSDontTellMum @ScottMorrisonMP Absolutely atrocious,this man has milked every last drop out of the system & then more. For $2,000 I get,2yrs middle tier nbn(50Mbps)unlimited data,fetch tv & mobile ph plan. 2yrs! It’s just not on,it’s rorting at it’s best/worst. It’s offensive to all struggling. Ian

@Telstra I'm about to lodge with the Telecommunications Ombudsman the lengthy correspondence promising to fix our NBN. After 1.5yrs of problems since ADSL, the issues are still not fixed. It's not the modem, it's the fiber in the Rd after rain! #telstra #complaints #ombudsman

@jwo30 Yep got caught up in this first day of lockdown V. The worst part was it also somehow screwed up my NBN so even once over after 12 hours I had to wait 2 days for NBN to be back online. Not being able to work, study has been frustrating.

@NBN_Australia Well, I have talked to them and I even changed my provider to make sure. The NBN technician said that NBN is upgrading the services soon and hopefully your speed will improve! Meanwhile I could lower the service to 25mbps as I was on 100mbps earlier. This will only save me money

Hey @NBN_Australia - your outages page says no known outages in my area, yet facebook group for locals is full of people complaining for hours now about NBN-based services for multiple RSPs being down. What gives?

@NBN_Australia Nothing reported. Yet amazingly, there's suddenly "planned maintenance" between midnight tonight and 6am tomorrow. There was no such planned maintenance scheduled when I checked this morning. We wouldn't be fudging statistics would we - "planned maintenance" to fix a fault?

@Telstra Exchange and that lazy NBN techs " borrow" my good pair when they can't be arsed looking for another and i get a crappy pair on it's place. The fibre spur from Wodonga runs down my driveway and on to the East Coast I have been shown the tap in point in my neighbours paddock

@AUSFestivus @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Yep. Initial factory reset worked. 20 minutes later it went down again - and still not up nearly 3 hours later.
