@Telstra I need to end up my NBN service, as the contract should near the end, but I can't see my contract in nowhere, thus, never know when will the bill stop being sent to me.

@kbrspace @aws_cloud @OptusEnterprise Good to hear..... I am without Optus nbn once again... Was told to wait at home today for a tech to attend... Now your staff can't find my booking and blaming nbn.... Nothing new... Been an Optus customer for 20 years, unsure why

@Dr_M_Davis yeah, I went out and bought a new router, was on the call to ISPs, rebooted everything, etc. it was still giving me grief ... seems a few of our neighbours also experiencing the same thing ... from some convos in that thread, it might be a very local issue with the NBN infra.

  • debbishdotcom Deborah (@debbishdotcom) reported

Why does my @Aussie_BB / @NBN_Australia connection go down at the worst possible time. I'm in the midst of some online contract work AND have an online exam to do for Uni. Last time we had a big storm like last night the #nbn modem had to get replaced.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@Nix92095934 Sorry to hear about your NBN connection and the troubles with your technician booking. We'd be more than willing to help out and look into this for you. Please send us a DM with any fault or reference numbers you may have and we'll do our best to assist - Nard

Anyone else experiencing an nbn outage in the Newtown area? #nbnoutage #nbn

  • melaniemaslem Mel (@melaniemaslem) reported

@telstra 4 day outage of NBN FTTB just ended but online light on modem is solid white. Help docs for this say telstra server must be down (if not adsl). How do you communicate telstra server issues and when will they be fixed??? 👎

  • moylecroft Matthew Moyle-Croft (@moylecroft) reported

@dvcotton @CosmicRami @cwmagee I'm not suggesting zero issues. You commented that capacity and that failures caused congestion where as I'm saying that it's specifically NBN's job to avoid that if they have some level of failure. Cu is highly susceptible to water ingress and the upgrade path is, get rid of it.

  • dvcotton Daniel Cotton (@dvcotton) reported

@moylecroft @CosmicRami @cwmagee I'm not sure what you pay for the NBN in Sydney. I'm in country NSW. To me it seems unrealistic, at any price, to expect normal service during a once in 50 year flood (actually many 1-in-50 yr floods all over the state), but I accept that you have a different view.
