I’d really love to know why these technicolor modems boot loop when the NBN goes down rather than falling back to mobile data.

  • 432wheels Greg Lamb (@432wheels) reported

@Telstra What DNS setting should I use for 5G home modem AW1000? Every DNS provider is so slow compared to my NBN with smart modem 3. No option for manual DNS setup

  • FcukGogle Grr rules the world! (@FcukGogle) reported

@JessicaPerthWA @PeterDutton_MP If you think that's bad, you should see how much they've wasted on the NBN, only to give us a sub standard internet with about a 75% outreach to Aussies using outdated copper technology , worse part is that no one cares and yet it's Australia's largest infrastructure failure.

@VodafoneAU NBN in our area has been down for the past 48 hours and counting 🤬 A life without wifi is hardly a life at all #sos

@NBN_Australia He confirmed it was between the street and the box outside! Massive cop out! Could have at least made an effort to fix the outside issues!

  • markparrott1978 Mark Parrott (@markparrott1978) reported

@NBN_Australia thanks a lot NBN! I am isolating due to having covid. Tech came out and confirmed that the issue is the signal coming from the street. Because he can’t come inside to get a reading he can not proceed 😡😡😡 the issue is getting from the street to the box, explain!

@Telstra NBN flapping since Friday Mt Colah. Telstra verbally confirmed NBN issue but service status says no interruptions. Update please

  • sortius sortius (@sortius) reported

@littlesteve Nope, that's what happened when they downgraded everyone from 100/40 to 100/25. You never get close to 25Mbps up, it usually sits around 15Mbps up. NBN Co are throttling it to hell

  • dec_1949 dec (@dec_1949) reported

@skeetafly @AlboMP @NationalFarmers stupid LNP Govt ended up spending more than double to 'gift' us a dysfunctional outdated mess of a network btw, for 15yrs, i used to own AU largest network of service agents (3,700), and manage ADSL installations around AU who do you think knows more about the NBN? you or me?
