@NBN_Australia TELSTRA sent their OWN Tech out because even they were afraid any further NBN appointments would be cancelled out of the same "Oh, its working, I can see the modem" Mentality... NBN Wouldn't know what customer service was even if it bit them...

Been waiting 6 weeks for my NBN appointment that was on the 30/03 and get a message saying I have to reschedule my installation. I don't even live in a rural area, this is some ****** customer experience. I need the internet for work and 4G backup sucks @NBN_Australia @Telstra

Politely informed that now my NBN outage is a known issue I should only circle back to my ISP to follow up on restoration timing (no ETA offered) if it’s still a problem tomorrow. Great. Just great. And no, NBN, don’t chime in at this stage...

@Telstra If yesterday a text message stating that the NBN are aware of an issue and will be completing some maintenance work on Wednesday, 31 March. This text message was sent by Telstra to advise of any interruptions

woohoo - WAN light is now off on my new FTTP modem. According to the WP forums this means nbn have finished their tests and I will (fingers crossed) get moved to service class 3 & be ready to connect to 1Gb FTTP tomorrow...

Anyone else having trouble live streaming? There's just an ad for NBN, then a loading screen which eventually goes black. I've refreshed 2-3 times and closed and reopened the tab, same problem. #TheProjectTV

@RealCritHappens We are sorry it has taken so long for the issue to be reported. When you experience service-related issues, these will be reported by the provider to nbn, rather than nbn raising it to nbn. 1/3
