@NBN_Australia So.. you build a network that still uses copper. And HFC. You sell all connections for the same price knowing damn well they vary vastly. You spend money on an advertising campaign to talk it up.. you're surprised when people call you out on it?

@Telstra Issue 51275084. NBN was supposed to be turning up from 8am this morning but complaint now shows as resolved on my Telstra app. Issue has not been resolved.

@Telstra hey Telstra, my modem has been using the backup 4g data for well over a day now with no reported outages for Telstra or nbn in my area. Can’t really do my work on this connection, is this an issue I can fix or will I need a tech to my house?

@elipriaulx @NBN_Australia Noice, enjoy your speeeeed! We organised a few weeks ago and were supposed to get the install today.. But they canceled last minute saying it was too difficult, and more work needs to be done though no time frame for when that'll be At least it's stable, just slow

@birdemergency We’re forced to get satellite ( expensive & suffers when more use it) because they stopped rolling out the fibre 3 or 4 kms down the road. So we’re too far from a node to connect to NBN broadband. Yes! Thanks Malcolm Grrrr.

@NBN_Australia How about instead of spending money on what is a marketing scheme to hide how bad your product is. And instead fix the product and service to those you have failed. Which is pretty much the entire country of Australia. Just a thought from from a local online content creator.
