@JoBreizner2 Hi Billy, we got an update from NBN Co that the outage has been resolved this morning. We can see that your nbn box is now online but the modem isn't. Try to give it a power restart and let us know how it goes. -Charm

My NBN tech, who hails from the subcontinent, was telling me how their team plays right through the Perth winter, even if it's raining, on artificial wickets, and it's a lot healthier than the Perth Summer! Global warming solution!

@Telstra is something wrong with NBN services in parramatta? using your service since close to 3 years but never faced any problem. But last few days have been inconsistent with call drops, video buffers, disconnected internet.. hope things are not going bad here. Can you help?

@The_Rail_Life @tzk1810 Worth noting that advertised speed is their theoretical max. It matters how much capacity (CVC) they buy from NBN Co and can be the diff between great and awful speeds during busy times. Never heard of Superloop, look for reviews.
