@TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

My wife has just told me a purported @NBN_Australia person has contacted her and asked her to disconnect our NBN service[reboot?] The NBN [isp service is not in her name, an isp anomaly] the number displayed on her phone 0438 000 000 hung up when asked for call back number.

Just received a call from "02 3800 4035" in Bowral, NSW. Telling me that my NBN service is causing issues on the network. The lady politely asked me to put the call on speaker, so that I could look up the error. When I asked if she wanted the call on speaker and said "Yes, yes".

I cannot believe how broken the process of getting connected to the nbn is. Or maybe I shouldn't be surprised. It's like @Telstra and @NBN_Australia don't need customers. Really.

Incredibly frustrated with @NBN_Australia - 4+ days with no internet. No updates, no eta. Just see ‘network degradation’. My provider @Telstra has no updates. Impossible to live and work without this basic function. HELP

@Connundrum54 If you think that, you don't understand the technologies involved. The 5G network would slow to a crawl with only a fraction of the load the NBN carries.
