@Telstra why is it so hard to get a straight answer from the chat? Waiting for a package for my NBN that was due on Tuesday. Still not here. NBN being installed tomorrow, had no internet for a week, but still being charged & with no answers from your “customer service” team. Sigh

  • HumanInGeneral Rhonda Debney (@HumanInGeneral) reported

@Anne_Ruston If @ScottMorrisonMP is serious about technology and not taxes to deal with climate change we are in deep ****. Evidence 1. LNP NBN, scoot's pandemic tracing app, 3. Robodebt algorithms. Tell me about scots successfully technology projects. Stop misleading people.

@Telstra We have had the 4G nighthawk for many years - it was wonderful early on but got progressively worse as more ppl got into 4G. It has been poor in Port Melb for a long time, and recently been unusable at times. Becoming frequent. I’m just about to call TPG to get an nbn connection

  • Jenny85502043 Jenny (@Jenny85502043) reported

@IanSamuels3 We don't even bother with NBN. We use Optus mobile broadband modem. I've worked from home in govt administration and have never had an issue. Much cheaper and faster speed than the NBN.

  • damianfrancis Damian Francis (@damianfrancis) reported

Australian internet. At my parent's place. NBN down. They have a square dining table. On one side I get two bars of 5G. Another side gets three bars of 3G. A third side gets a bar of 4G. The last side has people sitting at it so I dare not check lest I be called antisocial.

  • roodave David Caldwell (@roodave) reported

Is the architecture of the NBN normal by world standards? Seems odd to me that resilience of landlines (in emergencies, fire, flooding, blackout) seriously undermined by now dependence on consumer power supply. What use is a landline if not resilient and reliable?

  • capablegraduate Stuart Wiggins (@capablegraduate) reported

Since we had to move from the old style cable-wireless internet to NBN our speeds at home have gone backwards. I am also paying more. Am I alone or do we have a big "silent" problem that we feel powerless to change? #nbn #nbnspeeds

  • GerardKiely Gerard (@GerardKiely) reported

@NationalFarmers @afsnsw you supported LNP NBN ..... this is your fault the connectivity is **** ..... from $5b to $56b and used copper wire ..... still 120th in the world for speed

  • cuteiosdev Amy 😻🏳️‍⚧️ (@cuteiosdev) reported

@DeveloperSteve Problem is it’s a private company rather than NBN

  • simonjamesbarry simon james b (@simonjamesbarry) reported

@NationalFarmers @afsnsw The NFF is an absolute joke. You do exactly what Barnaby Joyce and his nationals cronies tell you despite the fact they continually sell out regional Australia. Your stance on NBN related issues typifies this. Pathetic.
