    @TelstraEnt I connected to new nbn box etc on their instructions & lost my network & emails etc cos it didn't work. Now having to wait without comuications for over 2 weeks waiting for technician. Pissed off with Telstra.

    @Telstra Need my nbn hook up fixed first before I can use such gifts. No network or service for over 2 weeks.

    @Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.

    I mean, I have a VoIP service with my NBN at my old flat but I've never used it; I just exclusively use my mobile phone for voice calls nowadays. So I will have to borrow a landline phone from a friend or buy one to figure out what the phone number is at my new flat. Sigh.

    @AndrewCatsaras @Telstra Ari. I had very good response from @TPG_Telecom when I reported problem with my NBN/Internet Access few weeks back. They organised a technician to come and check out everything

    @Optus NBN failure. Have been chatting to a tech rep from Optus “nbn support” for closer to 1 hr and now the option is calling some number to get a tech organized tomorrow at 8am ? Seriously? Telling me this at 1.45am? We are in a lockdown

    @iTnews_au Cost saver for your @NBN_Australia you recover costs and dont need to increase everybodys always rising axs, you know how? STOP giving fat arse execs 100K bonues ! Internet in AU has come down since the 90s - UNTIL everybody was shafted onto NBN, now all it ******* does is go UP

    So, while I was staying with my mother all weekend I got a message about an NBN outage in my area. Then it said the issue was fixed, but if it was still not working reset your modem. I did that, by switching on and off. It didn’t help. Iinet is checking

    @Telstra - no joy whatsoever talking to your NBN tech support - they repeat test I've been doing for ages and then said I must have a device with a network cable attached......do any devices still have those? None of mine do, so not much I can do it seems - other than TIO

    It's raining heavily, so naturally the NBN has cut out, copper wires submerged in water don't seem to mix... Fancy that! @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom

    (This service, for a relative of mine, was ordered as a non-nbn based service, 100% @Telstra end to end, because at this particular address they were the only broadband provider capable of delivering a service at the time).

    @exetel I have only about 2 meters of copper between my exetel hardware and the fibre optic NBN. But still can't get a consistent connection. Working from home is almost impossible with the constant drop outs between home and the vpn. When are you going to fix this?

    Dear @Telstra , how long do you think it should take to put in a 100% Telstra (not nbn) broadband service? Ordered on 29th March. I was assigned a dedicated complaints hander on 29th April. Now, in June, it is still not working and the excuses continue unabated.
