  • Gloreen_Goldin Gloreen Goldin (@Gloreen_Goldin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra absolutely THE WORST COMPANY - They don’t care about customers they don’t turn up to apps NBN installed takes a min of 2/3 weeks to turn up 🤬🥵I have team of specialists waiting costing me $1000 not notified that they cannot make it !! Going to loose a customer of 30yr

  • milczy Laura Milczarek 🇦🇺 (@milczy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

People don’t realise there are different plans with different speeds on NBN. But mobile data haha Telstra charges twice as much as others. For the same price I get double the data with another provider who uses the Telstra network #abc730

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Well what do you know @NBN_Australia finally click over to 85Mbps....did I spend countless hours to resolve the fact that #telstra “forgot” to flick the switch on my account...why did it have to come to a #complaint

  • donovandy Andy Donovan (@donovandy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Is there any bigger shit show than the crappy @NBN_Australia brought to us by wrecker @TurnbullMalcolm. No internet again tonight, my weekly experience on HFC hybrid crap rolled out by our useless former PM under orders from another earlier former idiot and useless PM. @iiNet

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @EvolvingMeme @NBN_Australia That is the worst bullshit I have seen in a long time. If you believe what you're saying then you are obviously a stooge for hire.

  • MayorDarcy Darcy Byrne (@MayorDarcy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Martin_Bonobo It’s Telstra’s building. They are using the rest of it for NBN roll out and say they will let us knock it down after that.

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @EvolvingMeme @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @NBN_Australia I don't know which alternate universe you live in, but I had 80 kb/s cable before they co-opted it for HFC. I now pay the same for an unreliable 25 kb/s. Fortunately tpg are laying a 100gb/s service in my street so I can leave nbn, and switch to fttp as before turnbull killed it

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @EvolvingMeme @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @NBN_Australia Turnbull changed from an all fibre system to a hybrid abomination of aging unreliable technologies. And it has not saved 1 cent as cost and schedule blow-outs and unreliability problems mount.

  • bittenbydesign Bitten By Design (@bittenbydesign) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia It’s directly related to the ‘fibre to the node’ loading, that can’t be fixed. Nor can the crap quality of the telephone lines in this area be totally replaced easily.

  • smitherreenss ratchet JOPPING ノಠ_ಠノ (@smitherreenss) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@seoeffects LITERALLY THEYRE ALL SHIT AND NBN IS BARELY ANYGOOD AND MORE BAD LIKE THIS AINT IT 😔😔😭

  • SarahHurc Sarah Hurcombe (@SarahHurc) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Terrible mistake from @Optus - they made us @TwoTalesCafe switch to NBN last week and changed our number without telling us and we’ve only just found out - really crappy stuff for a long weekend when people will call us to find out if we’re open!!!! Sort it out @Optus

  • Dave_Hooton David Hooton (@Dave_Hooton) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SilvesterSJ @NewtonMark @NBN_Australia I’m pretty sure they won’t bother with resi once they realise how much more they can make by going direct to enterprise and avoiding all the end user support and TIO complaints.

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra my NBN is still not connected 5 months after the order. I have complained formally ( SR 1-2112767150623) and been patient. My complaint manager is clueless rude and unprofessional. This is my experience with many members of your Indian call centre.

  • Shagdush Greg Edwards (@Shagdush) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Just got off the phone to @telstra 2nd Lev support. They are sending around a cable contractor to have a look in the pit. Seems as though NBN own the cables and Telstra provide the signal in my area.

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

O3 months and no resolution. Your customer service team for NBN should be ashamed of themselves. The call centre in I did should be closed. They are callous unprofessional and useless

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@joshh_dp Yup. Has been perfect for years. Suddenly it’s bad only in the peak but I have to wait for an NBN technician to look at the NTD 🙄

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @WorldOfMarkyD @nchuah Will never 4get that arsehole......NBN, Our ABC.....all suffered by his decisions 👎🏿👎🏽👎🏼💩🤖so why was he rewarded.....mouth 💸💸💸🤔🤔🤔

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@gurambae Working or just connected, how many devices does your NBN service provider modem allow

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@THE_Russell @Chris86767838 @theprojecttv He wouldn't know, he's such a tool.......NBN is ****** & watch the cost to the Australian taxpayers to fix it......it's overpriced to rsp's now, not worth $50+bn, and total patchwork........thanks LNP 👎🏼👎🏿👎🏽💩💩💩🤖

  • Autard26 Dominique Autard (@Autard26) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @NBN_Australia promises promises nothing but broken promises.

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

@NBN_Australia What about speed? I can’t get past 25mbps. Even if I wanted to pay more for speed (not available), NBN satellite is still slow, has a latency problem and is not suitable for telephony.

  • tezlefty Terry Constanti (@tezlefty) reported

@KKeneally University of Sydney physics dept approached govt (Abbott I think) with newer tech optic fibre that was easier to install, lighter etc and could carry new Stanford U-developed optical data compression = 100 times NbN data speed. They never got a hearing.

  • endeebee Nate Brierley (@endeebee) reported

@Optus are there currently any NBN issues in Riverwood NSW? Been quite slow over the last 36 hours, and I've done all the usual troubleshooting but no luck...

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

@NBN_Australia I might add, I NEVER get 25mbps download. The best I do is about 20 on a good day. I will need faster, stronger and better satellite delivery soon. I am discussing with Telstra putting an aerial up and going with 4G. And abandoning NBN.

  • GiselleLucasx *** Biden 🦊 aka Giselle Lucas (@GiselleLucasx) reported

@HarperReynoldsX NBN is awful, I am getting 50mbps. My friend on the next street over refused to go on NBN, they sent him a 5G wireless modem and he's getting 500mbps 🤯🤠

  • Tim848 Tim (@Tim848) reported

@iPrimusAU Hi any advice about nbn outage in and around North Sydney NSW please. Nbn box failing to connect repeatedly. Thanks.

  • OiOldboy OI_YOBBO WS (@OiOldboy) reported

@MrKRudd You should off rubbed out the bit that said about half the cost of coalition. Labor has delivered poor NBN to be blunt. Not sure the coalitions would be better. Just a bunch of idiots on both sides.

  • micwoodward ᗰIᑕᕼᗩEᒪ (@micwoodward) reported

@NBN_Australia Can you confirm the service class? (Happy if via DM)

  • michaelpearson2 Michael Pearson (@michaelpearson2) reported

@realhuntermmm @NBN_Australia Strange that fttp is not working that's the decent 1 out of them all

  • dave_hand David Hand (@dave_hand) reported

@DanInADL @MrKRudd Too bad that no one wants to pay for top speeds. When they can download Netflix on a 22mbps plan at $60 a month, the NBN has achieved its reason for existence for 99% of users.
