    @NBN_Australia We did log a call with our ISP and they in turn got informed that an NBN technician was going to come out today between 8-12 only for NBN to cancel it! I am trying to be patient and work but between 1pm and 2pm the connection has dropped out 9 times and it’s still going on!

    I am LIVID I have been calling @TPG_Telecom for TWO MONTHS straight now trying to organise my nbn to be installed. The last 4 phone calls I’ve made I’ve just asked for a refund because they can’t provide me service. Putting my Karen pants on, this is ridiculous

    Hey @NBN_Australia - booked ANOTHER appt to get ANOTHER replacement box after ANOTHER storm event fried it. Will be our 4th - other locals up to 7 or 8. And yes I use surge protectors & unplug if home etc. surely it would be cheaper to fix source issue?? @SusanTempleman

    @Raymartin55 If ScoMo thought Aust Post was bad he should look at the NBN Co.Spending figures. But wait, NBN Co. Is led by one of the boys, let's not look too hard at all, just yet. The chair and most of the board of Aust. Post have to go, and the PM should deliver an apology. Won't happen.

    I’ve had NBN for just shy of a year now with little to no issues up until the past fortnight. Now I get anywhere from 8 or more dropouts a day with tonight easily being the worst. Send help (that actually helps) pls.

    **** you @Optus. Supposedly I have an NBN modem that has 4G connection, but there ain't no connection. One of the worst decisions to come to Optus. Seriously annoyed by you guys, can't get anything right.

    Should never be surprised how insanely terrible the @NBN_Australia service is. 2nd day of "tech support", and 2nd time it has been rescheduled due to "bad weather". What bad weather? No rain, no wind... Are clouds now bad weather?? O_o

    @iiNet nbn says everything is up and running yet wifi down since yesterday evening in inner west Sydney. Your website says everything is fine too, how do I get an answer?

    @Telstra I got an SMS saying there is a plannec outage due to NBN on the 11th of December 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. but when I go to the Telstra website and it says outages is on the 10th of December so which one is correct?

    @Telstra Is there any reason as to why I'm getting throttled? I'm paying 110$ a month for this "improved" NBN which is 70/10, which was upgraded from 50/25. But since this upgrade I've been getting 30/5 and I'm not sure why. Don't wanna pay for a service I'm not getting.

    @NickyVeitch @Telstra @NBN_Australia You are on the best system already, why are you trying to change, they just changed coaxial cable over to NBN, my speed went from 145Mbps to 98Mbps, so they refund me $20 a month as I lost speed and they could not fix lol. Win for me I think.

    @Caprica Smart move! Because sometimes even apparently simple NBN installs aren’t as simple as first expected, that and sometimes NBN technicians cancel appointments, I’ve had both things happen.

    @LesStonehouse Howard seemed to be PM for about 150 years, and it was all in reverse. Julia was great and I’d vote for her tomorrow. But the bloke thing kicked in, and they’re touchy. Kevin gave the apology. Turnbull, Abbott, Morrison: really? That guy is the PM? #LNP = cruelty and bad NBN
