@Aussie_BB hey folks, just got an email about an NBN outage, but it went to my old email address. Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.

@Stella_Cluster @DoctorKarl Once you are on NBN,(basically everything) , no power,no phone. Solution is to add back up power where the premiss connects to the network apparently.

@Peter_Fitz @wwos On Gem in Melbourne and the picture quality was 1980’s Tv dreadful. Stan quality is usually really good but seems to vary between full HD & Gem quality, most likely due to the really poor Abbott provided overloaded NBN we have here.

@czaleo72 @sns_trader Never met them personally but track record pre Utilities acquisition was very stable. Granted it was buffered by NBN contracts. We sold out in 2019 when valuation was expensive and they had their first mistake. The model has struggled since then. Data hasn't turned yet...waiting!

@NBN_Australia Hi Sally ,, you guys already have all my details as this has been an ongoing battle from day one ,, it's a simple fix ,, it was your contractor that were lazy and didn't want to run all the wiring and conduit piping, obviously my neighbours got a good technician

@Optus 5G internet out in O'connor ACT 2602. Yes I've checked the Optus support pages. Yes I've checked the NBN co page. The fault is with Optus. I rent and pay $60 A month to the owner. In the last 47 days ive had internet for 5. Furious!
