    Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

    @MeganLeePhD Had that experience due to lack of NBN, resorting to hotspotting. Its been a critical service for awhile now. Pity so many still lack either a service or a quality service

    When it wasn't broken, whilst in Labors hands.....now it's a FD, so, overpriced & just a patchwork quilt.......how much has LNP actually spent, include the $2bn loan NBN did by themself 😡😡😠😠

    The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

    @ScottRhodie It’s so stupid that developers are even allowed to do this. They should be required to install the fibre and provide the hand off to NBN. Same for embedded energy networks too.

    The technician came and my internet is still broken. There is an open fault ticket for the @nbn network team to fix the network tap in the pit at the front of the house. According to @Telstra, there is no ETA on the fix.

    @Telstra The @Telstra faults person hung up on me when I insisted she contact @NBN to find out what was going on. Is the fault at my premisis, or in the area as I was previously told? As far as DMs go. I've wasted hours down that rabbit hole before, for absolutely no gain.

    @Stella_Cluster @DoctorKarl Once you are on NBN,(basically everything) , no power,no phone. Solution is to add back up power where the premiss connects to the network apparently.

    Hey @Optus - NBN modem issue, flashing red light and clicking, used ‘Message Us’ in app and for booted told to call 133937, but recorded message there saying to use app! What am I supposed to do to get tech support?? No internet, no home phone!!

    wont be as active atm because of the floods there is an nbn shortage!! because of the flooding no one can get to fixing it, so a lot of the state has no wifi. as well as in some parts no data either because of the damaged towers. i apologize for slow replies and work!!!

    @Telstra Sorry to bother you. Have had to relocate to my parents place in Brookfield, QLD after our place flooded. Their NBN internet seemed slow, and only just realised it's on 4G (due to floods?). Just wondering if there's an ETA and/or a way to be notified when it is fixed?

    Our internet and phone services have been shot since Thursday last week. NBN has been out since Thursday night. Vodafone has been out since Tuesday night, I was only able to receive a call for the first time this morning, but I have the weakest signal possible. 1/2

    Now (we are now 5 hours past last night’s estimated fix time) the NBN is estimated to be fixed at 5pm this evening I wonder if the power line digging screwed it up somehow? I need to rest all day anyway- lots of pain after yesterday- so not too fussed

    @KKeneally @AlboMP That's funny - a non subtle way of working into your post that "Albo" did actually have a portfolio, even if he did only hold it for 2 months. As far as the NBN goes, anyone can talk a big story, at the end of the day it gets down to money. Where are you getting it from?
