“NBN is planning some maintenance in your area”. The window is Monday to Friday next week. Outages expected to be 5 hours and 8hrs. No indication of when during the 109hr window. $50 says @NBN_Australia completely **** this up again.

@kelvincent18 @NBN_Australia I know where the tower is. The maintenance was completed on Thursday. That’s when the problems started. It isn’t overselling. It is botched maintenance.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Jo. So sorry I neglected to thank you yesterday. Few more questions. How do you suggest I save that address on my phone etc, because when I need it my NBN would be malfunctioning? I'm with Optus and to my knowledge, they do not offer a technical help number. Thanks again

@jagungal1 @NBN_Australia My parents had this problem - the last few metres of overhead cable from the pole to the house gets chewed by the cockies. Enough barneys with Telstra and it got replaced and lasted a while (till the cockies got back into it).

@VodafoneAU How **** is nbn Vodafone in rye. Must be one of the worst in Australia even though we are classed as metro Melbourne. Don’t even think about Vodafone NBN anyone.
