@kelvincent18 @NBN_Australia I know where the tower is. The maintenance was completed on Thursday. That’s when the problems started. It isn’t overselling. It is botched maintenance.

@jenny_sinclair @NBN_Australia Supposedly. From Thursday afternoon until last night it was down because some muppet screwed up the maintenance on Thursday. The whole town was effectively down. NBN Co didn’t care.

“NBN is planning some maintenance in your area”. The window is Monday to Friday next week. Outages expected to be 5 hours and 8hrs. No indication of when during the 109hr window. $50 says @NBN_Australia completely **** this up again.

@craigreucassel 3 years ago elderly FIL seriously ill and dying, MIL his carer & totally reliant on home phone. Internet connection constantly crashing, NBN kept posting out new routers when problem was out in the street. Took 8 months to resolve. She still has 3 new boxes NBN doesn't want back.

@craigreucassel NBN Co has only two shareholders - Paul Fletcher and Simon Birmingham. Both were highly active critics of Labor’s management of NBN Co - but don’t seem to have done a thing about it. Time for financial penalties on customer service failure on NBN Co payable to consumer. #auspol

Locked down for 3 days until close of business Monday.. #NBN has been out for 48 hrs already... got an update from @Internode this morning on the resolution timeframe from @NBN_Australia ... You guessed it... close of business Monday.... Locked down.. No internet... ouch.

@craigreucassel @JaneCaro @NBN_Australia Imagine ordering coffee and the shop gets the order wrong. When you complain they simply apologise and say we don't do anything about customer complaints until there have been 5 mistakes in a 24 hr period. That's the NBN standard

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Agreed @craigreucassel, they took nearly 12 weeks to “install” our NBN modem. Friends of ours waited 5 months to get through to them and get someone out to fix theirs. Absolutely hopeless!
