    Hey @Optus I’m having nbn service issues. Your online messaging service is not responding. You network status page says “under investigation” and has said that for three days. I’ve sent you a DM but no response there either.

    @NBN_Australia @southeastwater @BaysideCouncil It's terrible and I wont be doing anything other than this. That's fine, we'll just wait till the whole street goes down and you have to drain the pits. It's reported. You know about it as does everyone else in this public tweet.     @JoshFrydenberg A 2 year wait & 2 years on we get worse internet in Balwyn Nth (Kooyong) under your nbn than previous adsl with regular messages like this “Hi, We have added additional data to your Telstra Smart Modem back up to keep you connected while we fix your NBN service”

    @JEChalmers You aren't creating any new private sector jobs. You aren't even investing in the private sector with public companies anymore. The last one was the ****** NBN a full generation ago now. ***** sake! Found some ******* publically owned companies and show you actually ******* support growing the economy. AND GET RID OF CGT AND INCOME TAX! Hike the GST if you need to keep the revenue the same.

    @NBN_Australia Everything. Have contacted our provider. They say it’s an NBN issue. Unfortunately, we have to wait for a technician till Monday. Hoping somehow that it could be sooner rather then later?

    @MRowlandMP My telco just reoffered me broadband connection at a lower rate. I've noted that all the service interruptions for maintenance in the last couple of weeks have done nothing to improve the NBN.

    This is my 5th message this year advising nbn co is doing running repairs on the lnp’s botched nbn. “Hi from Telstra. NBN Co are performing network updates in your area on 3 June 2022. Your internet service may be interrupted” - meantime it’s buffering & disconnects galore

    @PaulBongiorno Try living in rural Vic and getting an Australian made fixed satellite NBN service. Up until Starlink our snowfields resembled dial-up and we could not watch a streaming service without the loading circle popping up every minute or two.

    Australia has free fibre internet. Nobody needs high latency satellite garbage in fibre areas. Being inflicted with Kband wireless radiation that could well be CIA subliminal messaging mind control signals like mobile is. Overbuilding NBN fibre should be prevented and ridiculous.

    @ShaneOliverAMP A big part of the problem is that starting from the 2010's more of our spending now goes to megatech platforms that extract Australian revenue without the old local multiplier. When $100 went to Ford or Holden, a retailer or a local media company, a large portion recycled through local wages, suppliers, property, logistics and tax. Now when $100 goes to a global ad platform, streaming service or cloud provider much more can disappear offshore through IP, reseller fees and related party charges with far less local employment or supplier spend despite the use of infrastructure like NBN and roads. So government keeps importing demand and taxing workers harder to fund services while more private spending leaks offshore to low local footprint platforms. That extraction is not productive for our economy and is increasingly an issue, especially when profits are being offshored and Australian taxpayers are unfairly carrying the burden.
