    @Telstra I have been trying to get my NBN connected for nearly a month. I am getting no help at all, they keep saying it’s ‘being looked at’. I’ve now wasted HOURS on this it’s ridiculous. You really need to sort your customer service out, wish I hadn’t switched. 🤬🤬🤬

    @EddyJokovich @abcnews Scott Morisson and LNP cabinet of incompetent MP's never heard of network performance reports such as outages, slow speed and performance of NBN in rural area where users drive many km to get mobile network coverage as better than NBN.

    @NBN_Australia Third world service. My unlimited service is now penalised if I use over 400gb per month. I am a disabled woman who completely relies on my NBN service and I regularly use over 400 and pay for unlimited. It is now limited, apparently. I want answers.

    @koobs @opnsense @pfsense I have FTTP & been using the Telco box, I noticed the telco uses PPPoE connection for the NBN. I am guessing (PPPoE being a standard) that replacing the login/PW for the account will do the job nicely. I really wanted to see if another NBN user had found the same?!

    @Juanita_Phillip Optus did the trick here. Streaming, zooming, downloading etc. all at once. 4 on including 2 teenagers with one out of control gamer. Barely an issue. Yay for NBN.
