@kelvincent18 @NBN_Australia I know where the tower is. The maintenance was completed on Thursday. That’s when the problems started. It isn’t overselling. It is botched maintenance.

“NBN is planning some maintenance in your area”. The window is Monday to Friday next week. Outages expected to be 5 hours and 8hrs. No indication of when during the 109hr window. $50 says @NBN_Australia completely **** this up again.

@jenny_sinclair @NBN_Australia Supposedly. From Thursday afternoon until last night it was down because some muppet screwed up the maintenance on Thursday. The whole town was effectively down. NBN Co didn’t care.

@NBN_Australia So hear me out - wasn’t the point of the nbn to break the mould of the Telstra monopoly, and YOU are now doing the same thing, just much worse? Your MTM sucks, the public of Australia should bring this to justice - complete waste of tax payer $$ for what? Substandard internet!

@PhilipOLeary11 And the Foxtel monopoly is now forcing customers away from cable onto using the NBN, which is not fiber but hybrid cable because the owner forced the govt not to install fiber as payback. Who pays for the NBN usage - the customer. Abbott the sucker.

@NBN_Australia Nbn is an embarrassment to australia, its a garbage private company that cant even compare to the likes of starlink. 60 billion dollars and you're still using fttn, and wireless nbn in rural areas... how pathetic.

@NBN_Australia Find out how the NBN’s poor design and high latency can affect your gaming.

Oh it’s Christmas time, everyone has arrived in town (regional) and now we have limited access to internet (crap NBN can’t cope)

@haivri I stand corrected… It’s not the government of Israel, but the rabbis of the Galut that are holding up the show. You would never see NBN flyers being handed out in a typical Chabad house in America.

@MagatsuRen even bad tags can be saved if he just shortened it to NBN (Nuben) then it'd be great

@NBN_Australia @MyNameIsMurray Same for my suburb. It was listed years ago to get the upgrade. Turns out have to wait another 3 years.... my highest speed for the place is 40mbps down and 9 mbps up.... what a piss take.

@vertikar @NBN_Australia @Telstra Yeah, 4G. No 5G coverage in this part of Melbourne. I wish I didn't have to use a SIM from another telco to get 20+ Mbps. Telstra 4G backup is about 0.16 Mbps down with a Smart Modem. We just tether phones during work hours for video calls or sharing would be too slow.

@Justinsteer3 @TurnbullMalcolm Lying, anarchist Morrison was not fit for the job in any sense & said as much at first. MT did stuff up the NBN, under pressure from the party. What irked: MT tried to convince us that the "trickle down effect", a tired old ruse & proven not to work, would be good for the people.
