    @NBN_Australia @Farmgate138 I like that “experiencing some issues” have had NBN for some years now. We quickly found the baseline service was crap and upgraded to the next level - which is great when it works, but reading the fine print, NBN only warrant it will work for 2mins annually

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    A question please for IT professionals. How can I check if my NBN provider has my service set to what I’m paying? I pay for 50/20, NBN box 70m from my door. Rarely get more than 25/15. How can I check? Could the provider have my service set at 25/10? How can I check?

    When NBN came to install, they found conduit is blocked somewhere between builders and pit and they asked me to fix the blockage or create a new conduit with the help of external worker where I need to pay from my pocket. Is this how this works?

    @BNGServerStatus Fnqld Australia here and im experiencing server connection issues. I've cleared cache and reset router, checked nbn and provider status and both are working. Im currently redownloading the 153.954gb since it takes me less than 30mins to reinstall the game.

    Sorry Prime. I tuned in for 3 minutes. Just to catch the end of the innings. 5 freezes in 3 minutes. No issues with my NBN feed. Rebooted. Still freezing. Two nights in a row.

    @ItsDoonby The secret ministries thing, ev scaremongering and weird god sent me here energy just can’t let me put him at top. abbot was evil but got the libs elected and ran an excellent opposition. Turnbull’s nbn **** up hurt Australia more than most know.
