    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    @davepl1968 Here in Australia, we flex with 1Gb for a residential connection. Unfortunately, 1Gb down/50Mb up but in two weeks, the NBN infrastructure overloads will grant a free upgrade to the upload speed to 100Mb. In addition, a new 2Gb/200Mb tier service will be added.

    On Friday 8th my HFC NBN stopped working. It’s now 21 days and not fixed despite 12 calls to @exetel & 3 @NBN_Australia (and 2 no shows). Totally frustrating. Exetel has had no urgency to fix and has poor processes that have led to continual delays. 1/3

    @CC68891975 Wow. Shocking. I'll find out this week. We're running something this week where I'll be able to speak to both nbn and Telstra reps and I'll ask about the area/region and also ask about general internet issues in the area. Piss poor.

    @MissIgraine As I understand, you are right! They said the download speed is slow only 9, and interference. They installed a new wifi modem, and said call to see if NBN can be successful at this property. There is a new tower recently constructed nearby. A mountain right next to me. Etc

    @GadgetGuySite We connected Arctel nbn yesterday after searching for deals and seeing it mentioned on the OzBargain nbn deals page. My older NetComm NF2 router and very slow HP Win 10 laptap are probably now limiting the speeds, especially the laptop. Netflix is fine.

    @Optus @optus_help NBN service is disastrous in Australia. They lure you into a service, but then do not provide customer service outside business hours. You keep explaining the problem to a chatbot over and over again. “How can I help you?” literally becomes a nightmare!

    @NBN_Australia my #nbn box is making a ticking noise & interfering with my TV reception, so can’t watch TV. I’ve pulled it out of the power socket several times to no avail. This is an issue with your equipment, but you won’t come & check. @tpg is advocating for me to no avail.
