    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Chrys_Stevenson Its difficult. I have experienced same. Nbn believe they have no interface with the public and seem respond, eventually, to supplier notifications. Telstra now give money back but still slow response. Yr friend is due for a lot of compo.

    @NBN_Australia @Chrys_Stevenson "we know it can be challenging..." How incredibly patronising. Judging by what appears to be a remote area inhabited by the neglected customer, I would say it is imperative that their internet connection is functioning effectively considering the business being operated.

    Do not sign up to TPG AND NBN THEY BOTH SUCK WORST SERVICE EVER I HAD BETTER SERVICE WITH ADSL2 NBN 🐛🖕🏿👎🏿💩 NBN replied just to pass the buck to TPG I am reporting it to telecommunications ombudsman

    @DRUNKKZ3 So a problem I seem to be having is massive lag spikes when using ADS..everytime I ADS the game lags for about 2 seconds and im dead when it "unlags". Ryzen 5 5600X / RX 6800XT / 16Gb Ram so it cant be sys specs. Internet is NBN cable in Aus 100Mbps..

    Feel for people trying to produce talk shows for Australian radio. The daily glitches on 'high-quality' internet voice connections from places all over the country speaks to the ABSOLUTE CRAP that is the LNP NBN. At the median, this is the second wealthiest country on Earth!

    @joelpmichael Unusual, yes. But given that nbn in now effectively "essential infrastructure" I think some additional hardening isn't necessarily a bad thing. Especially considering the impact of losing even a single cabinet.

    @mase_the @_SaveOurStatues NBN under labor would have cost 2 to 3 times what it cost as fibre to every home in Australia was idiotic at best ..labor never ever come within budget
