    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @Optus I am an Optus customer. The caller didn't claim to be from Optus. Since I recently received a couple of text messages from Optus regarding NBN maintenance in my area it seemed unlikely that they would be followed by a threat to terminate my connection

    @AravindVw Hey there, sorry to hear you've been affected by the global equipment shortage. From 26 July 2021, nbn has begun connecting new customers to the HFC network, with customers who have been waiting longest to be offered the first available connection appointments. 1/3

    From a quick google search it says 5G is wireless vs. nbn with cables… we have a massive interference problem in our apartment already i feel like 5G wouldn’t work
