    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Oh joy, a nice letter in the mail from @Telstra telling me 'we know you still have no NBN connection despite 30 months of @NBN_Australia faffing about being useless, and we don't know when you will, but we're cutting off your legacy service on Sept 10 anyway, have a nice day!'

    @NBN_Australia 2/2 I just find it unacceptable that an NBN technician did an incorrect patch that resulted in my lost of service. Not only is this mistake resulting in loss of income but I am paying for a service that I'm not even using.

    You’d think with over 20 years as a customer with @telstra you’d get a better customer service update rather than being kept in the dark with a broken @NBN_Australia issue. I haven’t had proper nbn speeds for 5 days now.

    @AUSFestivus @developerjack @NBN_Australia If only there was some kind of Canberra Wide Government owned optical fibre network linking all the government offices and agencies together so NBN wasn’t needed…

    Planned NBN outage from 8am - 3pm, which meant no internet for most of today while WFH. It's 40mins past 3 and still no internet, what gives @NBN_Australia?

    @TelstraEnt Does the rest of Telstra know this though? Some Internet Direct services have been (with reduced features) migrated to NBN - and support/complaints doesn't know anything else exists.

    @NBN_Australia Any updates on timing re HFC connections? We’ve been waiting almost 5 months and 5 people on a weak mobile service is driving me crazy!
