Absolutely sick of @Telstra and @NBN_Australia. It’s been 3 weeks of non stop drop outs, 4 call outs, and no solution. If we get stuck at home again this is so unacceptable.

@RossPoulton @NBN_Australia Hi Ross, I'd suggest contacting our Support team to have a look into what's happening and what we can do to help, but depending on the issues it may take a while to get NBN to fix the problem - Paul

Would be nice if #telstra can properly respond to a NBN order/delivery issue that has been ongoing via their message app for 3 weeks. Someone call.

I am so sick of @telstra and @nbn internet going in and out constantly for no reason, they never say there’s an outage, but remember they always send you a bill. Internet in Australia is so third world its embarrassing 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@Aussie_BB I'm moving to somewhere you can't provide service to (satellite NBN only). How far ahead do I need to let you know to terminate my existing service?

@NBN_Australia Service provider @Telstra is trying their level best to sort out. They are also helpless since they soccer game a confirmed date from NBN. After long wait a technician came last week and left soon saying the issue is to be attended by another team

@xEazey Telstra is the way to go. Never have any issues with them personally since NBN has rolled out (besides landline issues).

@F111RAF Garbage. The $45 B spend was absolutely necessary. Minimal debt compared to Morrisons waste today. LNP have wasted $50B on Subs, & another $50b to repair NBN. Money spent on O/S goods.?LNP gave away the same stimulus that ALP did with handouts. Stop the LNP bias .
