@Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

@NBN_Australia Thanks for the pleasant but meaningless reply. I’ve been down that road. Neither NBN or our supplier are prepared to take responsibility and just want to play the NFF (No Fault Found) game. Meanwhile the dropouts continue and I will use social media to vent the frustration.

@Optus Yes, and I replied as I can’t get the Optus store people to serve me to cancel NBN. This was even before the Christmas rush.

Tried calling you on the 1800 334 720 that YOUR NBN team left on MY text and the automated reply system basically said we're to busy to help you and then cut me off. Gotta say @telstra that's pretty average and I am now looking for NBN elsewhere.

@prestontowers @raxecarical @woopdedoo652 I tend to fine she reads just enough into a subject to think she understands it. But in reality she doesn't really. I could pick it up with some of her comments about the nbn. When the RC went down she blamed the LNP for going the cheap nbn not the original

@NBN_Australia Already done that, you have been running tests and trying to fix my net under two different ISPs for the last 4 years and this is STILL happening.

Yet another NBN dropout on home internet service. Such poor quality with so many dropouts on a daily basis.
