    @PistolRoberts @NBN_Australia agree @NBN_Australia are terrible at updating the status, and always blame the ISP who in turn “checks” NBN only to say the NBN says there’s no fault. It’s poor form, almost like they hide the truth on purpose to cover their own butts, dreadful corporate responsibility

    Optus NBN outage since early this morning. No further updates from Optus since I received a text at Noon (ref 23359746). Not sure how long it’s going to take. How about more regular updates, Optus? 🤔😳

    @MaskDistributor @illusiary Hi Mask, it could be that the fault was not registered when we checked for Alex as such the network page would have been updated later when you checked. Yes, there is a fault reported in your area with NBN. Kartik

    @billy50796688 Hi Billy - there was an outage within NBN's HFC network work today and whilst most sessions have returned, some customers are still offline. Please try an extended 10 minute powercycle of the NBN hardware if possible. - Leo

    @TPG_Telecom @mimay1024 You guys make it very difficult to understand what the hell is going on. You’re not taking calls. Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?
