@Telstra I am trying but connection keeps dropping. I am finally chatting to someone in the app now. We have bad mobile coverage too so can't communicate when nbn goes.

  • Aussie_BB Aussie Broadband (@Aussie_BB) reported

@Jameseatworld2 Hey @Jameseatworld2. It sounds like this could be an issue with NBN's infrastructure, which is why our team recommended an appointment with them. They usually come and try to fix the issue. Fingers crossed they can get you back to enjoying those sweet 1Gbps speeds!

  • kipps Rhett Kipps (@kipps) reported

@Alex_JA24 @Telstra @slunctureAU Yes I was out in 4121 on both 5G and NBN too. Massive Telstra outage.

  • gsadelaide Vi King (@gsadelaide) reported

@NBN_Australia is there an issue with nbn in 5038 tonight?

  • kristoforlawson Kristofor Lawson (@kristoforlawson) reported

@MrWillRichards It’s a killer price, but obviously there’s install costs to put it on the roof etc. My main concern is lack of general support that people seem to have. But it’s on par with what we currently pay every month to have a 5G connection and a backup NBN connection.

  • ilCacciatore_72 James Breuer (@ilCacciatore_72) reported

@Telstra Let’s be real. Cell coverage is excellent, NBN is fast and stable. Messaging support staff are driving me up the wall. I get in app notifications saying my nbn service has a problem. There is no problem. Repeat NO PROBLEM. Had a few power outages though so alerting?

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Unless its “we are sending an NBN tech to get your service active at your address” i will keep on persisting.

  • virgotweet Stuart Tomlinson (@virgotweet) reported

It may be only the NBN that has a technical problem, as it appears to be working okay on my mobile phone.

  • _philBrown Phil Brown (@_philBrown) reported

@Aussie_BB looks like an NBN outage for central Vic. Nothing on your status page though

  • NBN_Australia nbn® Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@mrpetersamios Sorry to hear that, Peter. An unplanned outage means something other than scheduled maintenance is currently affecting services in the area For example, a third party may have accidentally damaged underground cables or other nbn assets. 1/2
