    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Haha I went through 6 months of that. NBN technician damaged my property right in front of me (less than 1m in fact). NBN ‘Senior Resolution Managers’ tried to tell me I was wrong, and employed juvenile techniques to digress/thwart/change topic during resolution process.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks for the reply the service ceased after a black out and the technician kindly restored service and also came early

    @NBN_Australia @Theodore_Bear Hey Adam, how about you stop and consider what is being said. Let me help you, pretty sure @Theodore_Bear wants an additional 12 hours per day of their nbn service not crapping itself.

    So I switched my NBN to @launtel and ngl, it's really really handy to be able to go "I'm doing some streaming Friday night and my #linuxconfau tech check on Saturday, so I'll switch to 250/100 for those two days and then go back to 50/20", all self-service and billed per-day.

    @motbevron @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia For some reason, the mobile providers are able to provide a nearly fault free 24/7 service. I wonder why?

    Well I'm just done with #Australia NBN and @Telstra it's shocking who is responsible for this **** show on the NBN it's slow and the wifi keeps cutting out also Telstra no help just harrassing emails and text messages about payments that have been paid 😡

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia This exact issue just happened to my parents. TPG told them it was an NBN issue and they had to wait 5 days for an NBN person to visit and plug a new box in. That was it, just plug in a box. The repairman was at their house for less than 5 minutes.

    I'm so done with my NBN being so slow lately. It'a $100 a month and it had just been so bad! I can't even play online games atm.

    @NBN_Australia Any response? Any idea what is happening? Any idea of when that third party will fix the problem? There are at least 83 others with this same problem, and no-one seems to be doing anything about it?
