How can @NBN_Australia still be so bad at communications? My suburb is on the list for FTTN to FTTP upgrades, but are there any details _at_all_ available about when approximately that will happen? Of course not.

@Optus nbn not working and my 4G is so weak it won't load your chat app to find out what the problem is let alone let the kids finish their school work. Happens every time there's heavy rain and the pits fill with water.
