    for almost two years now working from home ... and i have put up with the several times a day momentary @Telstra @NBN_Australia outages that trip out vpns and interrupt processes. But, you know what... i am now totally. fng. over it.

  • camybobany 😷Camybobany.😷 😢It didn’t have to be this way 😢 (@camybobany) reported

    @Telstra Just want to say thanks for stealing all my pre paid mobile data which was to be used for extreme weather events as needed. We have just had such an event and now our NBN is down and I no longer have my prepaid data to access the internet. No refund, no data, no contact

  • bittenbydesign Bitten By Design (@bittenbydesign) reported

    @NBN_Australia Already lodged several requests with my service provider and everyone regardless of provider was down for almost two days. Of course now the power is out, so who knows if the internet is still working... :-(

    @RandaltsRandal 3. Only ever talk to your Retailer. 4. Never give info to anyone who says they are from the NBN - the NBN must go through your Retailer.

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

    @peters_malcolm Biggest problem in the bush is just what towers are we talking about ? We now have more bloody infrastructure duplication with Telstra towers (mobile network) and NBN towers.

  • veromeanstruth allan (@veromeanstruth) reported

    @RandaltsRandal The NBN will never ring to you to tell you have a fault is the simple answer I drop f bombs and abuse them until they hang up

  • benjmiles BenMiles (@benjmiles) reported

    @NBN_Australia Yes, I have done that. As I said a second 'engineer' is going out to fix the first ones mistakes. $$$

  • GabertPhilippe Philippe (@GabertPhilippe) reported

    @NBN_Australia Well, I was not the developer nor the builder so.. too late. 12weeks is just crazy long. There should be a way to fast track applications for new residents in our (neighbours and us) situation. 1 objective of NBN is better cust. service but clearly it’s not true. @PaulFletcherMP

  • oldlillipilli Joanna Mendelssohn (@oldlillipilli) reported

    @GreenJ @Telstra @NBN_Australia I had the same problem – until I dumped Telstra

  • OpusTerry Terry Boyd (@OpusTerry) reported

    In order to have a telephone line, telstra told me that they can simply connect it to my NBN. Which I don't have - and can never have because it seems that my place doesn't exist, even though I *was* being billed by them for the phone line that was at this address:(
