Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

@PeterJamesRoth6 @PeterDutton_MP Yep, there were definite technical issues from the websites end first few days, then also just a clunky government designed site. I had no problems signing, but think I was ~1,500th signature, before site started crashing. No doubt poor NBN/internet doesn’t help 👍

Just got a letter from @NBN_Australia, addressed to “the occupant” at my address. Contained pure marketing, nothing new, empty platitudes about the NBN. I cancelled the NBN two months ago, for a Starlink service, because NBN was so slow, unreliable and unworkable. Well done, NBN.

@Telstra I just had another call with your support team. @NBN_Australia cancelled their 5th call-out and so we have booked the 6th for tomorrow. I doubt I’ll hear from them if history is a guide.

I don't give two cents about the feuds internet providers have with NBN. That's your problem. Why the hell am I paying $90 a month when I can't even get basic support? Rant over. For those in Perth, what else are your SOR internet provider recommendations?

I love getting penalised by being suspended for an hour from league play cause my nbn decides to kick rocks and getting a notice that “future violations” may result in stricter penalties like damn okay I’m sorry I’ll make sure my nbn only shits itself when I give it permission

@Telstra Nope - The two hour discussion was a waste of time. I was trying to get the excess data charges removed from my account as my NBN has been out for a week due to storms and Ive had to use mobile data while working from home. Your representative kept trying to fix my Wifi instead.
