I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

We all know that is exactly why Murky wanted NBN slowed down. Cut out the competition of Foxtel!

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@shaunmicallef I watched the nbn cables get pulled along the main road at the end of my street. They went down to a new estate who got fibre to the premises. They didn't bother to come into the pocket of houses (about 200 houses) on my side of the main road. Gave us ineffectual wireless NBN.

@johnb78 I would have to be one of the very few people who can claim my internet service actually went backwards after NBN. The skymuster service is terrible, bloody expensive and drops out. I am not remote, only outer suburbs. On it because of hilly terrain, and no fixed service.

@SenatorWong Don't lie NBN is slow you have to pay extra to speed it up, the cost of this has blown way out...Labor MP cannot stop lying.

@MikeCarlton01 I have NBN fttn and it's a vast improvement from the ADSL / ADSL 2 days, BUT, why can't either of the government's now do another stage of the NBN where they start pushing all the places that have fttn to fttp? The copper lines in to homes is obviously crap, so fiber in2 homes

@PaulFletcherMP @AlboMP @NBN_Australia Whole network would be fibre if you lot weren't such tools. No need for your budget blowing upgrade if you did it right first time. You either know this or you have no idea. Which is it, liar or incompetent?

@PaulFletcherMP I already had 100Mbps HFC in 2011 & I still do but I wanted 1Gbps fibre. You're counting all of us who just got moved to NBN switches which are crap & go down far more often that my Optus managed infrastructure did. This is just BS as usual from a Gov that lies continuously.

@PaulFletcherMP How about you ask why NBN co is spending money on advertisements on the TV instead of spending it fixing the damn thing??? Not like we have much choice...and if it worked amazingly you wouldnt need advertising....

@RobynChristofi1 @TarmacsTantrums @PaulFletcherMP My friend in a Brisbane suburb gets NBN drop outs. Thier excuse is she lives to far from the exchange. She's in the city FFS. Do yourself a favor pop down and get a 5G wireless modem. 6 and 7G isn't far off either.

@VickiPlatt5 @GaySpies1 It wasn't just one aim, they were also desperate that the NBN would never be a symbol of what Labor and the public service could achieve. They didn't want it to be like Medicare.

@PaulFletcherMP Not only is your solution slow, it's billions over budget and in my local area, electrical storms destroy FTTC boxes in homes and NBN takes days to replace (if not longer). In a world where we work from home, that is a complete failure Paul. I'll be voting for @stemplemanmp
