Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@telstra Now on hold for over two hours, somewhat longer than the promised 20 minutes. Our internet speed is woefully slow, our NBN connection slated in April is STILL not organised. Utterly disgraceful

@DoctorKarl I’ve contacted my local MP to let him know my disappointment at the current NBN arrangements. The current government needs to take responsibility and do something to fix the NBN mess.

Just spent an hour on the phone to @Telstra about a fault with appallingly slow business NBN speeds, only to be told to call the Business Centre & make an appointment. The Business Centre only takes calls during business hours. Helpful.

Finally back on line! NBN Cable breaks... who was responsible for using this tacky cable??? A nice young chap had to fix up 3 line breaks two of them a couple of hundred metres away. Thank goodness for the people who work hard to keep it all on track! ✅👏👏

@NickRossTech @darylgibson Only a domestic user of NBN however my speeds have been constant since router probs were resolved in April 2018. Router provided suited FTP, not FTN. I cannot state with certainty that the protracted resolution probs contributed to my heart failure a little later... 🤬🤬

What is the point in having an NBN support service via email only? Not helpful when your modem isn’t working, you have a job to do and there’s a minimum of a 30 minute wait time for a response. RUBBISH. @BelongAU #belongAU
