Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@craznar @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia If it's a single user fault, then it's not an outage. As mentioned before, an outage is defined as something that affects a significant number of end users - usually a mass service disruption/mass network disruption. If it's a single premises affected, that's a fault.

@Optus @timbguille Going to @NBN_Australia to change appointments that you made through Optus is strange as it like if you have problems with a fridge you contact the manufacturer not where you bought it from?

Tony Abbott doubled our debt, ignored climate change, increased poverty, persecuted workers and their support networks, sabotaged the NBN and took the nation backwards at a tremendous rate. He betrayed the people for the benefactors like the mindless IPA sycophant he is.

@hyp3rstrike @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia When I enter my address into their outage page ... it comes back with "No outage detected" ... It would be easy for them to put "Network fault at your address" - wouldn't it.

Our street was slated for the worst of the "multi-technology mix": HFC, on *Optus* cables. Thanks, Malcolm. As I understand it, cable is a shared medium (= congestion), plus the Optus cables are so poor/degraded that NBN Co cannot achieve target speeds.

And the NBN has dropped out again... the joys of going back to school, trying to get work done, and the NBN doing its yo-yo imitation for the dozenth time today! Ridiculous lack of reliable service!
