The bastards rang me saying they were NBN. We all know what shit that is! Luckily, I woke up, just, before they got anything - Lucky escape.

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

@davidbewart @nefreus Add to that, latest ABS data (Mar2020) shows 2.5 mill Australians are not online; affordability issues, access/location or lack of digital literacy. 10% of Aussies, no internet, let alone slow internet Successive Govs & NBN failures for an essential service, not a luxury#auspol

@Telstra Hi Jimmy, I'm happy to report an NBN Technician attended and were able to reinstall the cable and reinstate the service. The next important step so this doesn't happen again to others: I have useful, objective feedback for Telstra to help improve your process. Who can listen?

@rhysam I heard this morning they’re going to put billions into the digital economy, why not fix the NBN which apparently one of the worst in the world.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Thanks Loren. Who should I invoice for the mobile data I’m using to hotspot to my computer? I shouldn’t be paying a premium for a service that I can’t even use. This is the 6th fault I’ve had with AuBB in 6 months.

@CrypticMeow Hey Josh, We do understand this is frustrating, however NBN often do maintenance on the network if they detect a possible fault - Do you have an account number at all so i can look into it? This will give me a better understanding of why it may take that long - Bec

I’m appalled by @NBN_Australia utter lack of ability to just do the basics. My vulnerable elderly MIL has a fault confirmed by the ISP to be an NBN issue and they say she has to wait 2 weeks for anyone to even look at it? Just a disgraceful failure to maintain basic level service

@Telstra nbn service in Cygnet is particularly rubbish tonight, been getting worse for weeks. Any chance of fixing it for good?

@tom_tanuki Biden won because he had a set of policies. The GOP never actually bothered to release a policy platform, just re-endorsed the one from 2016. To win a centre-left party must appear both credible economically & offer something that tackles the future (as per NBN 2007).

@mrlucasharris Hi Lucas, we understand your frustrations due to the on-going issue with the account. Your assigned case engineer is working closely with NBN Co to resolve this matter as soon as possible and will be in contact with the account holder once an update is available. Thanks -Julien

@Telstra The frustration is that I did nothing to request a change in my service, but when it was looked into Telstra said I had contacted another provider and was connecting to them so Telstra had to turn off my internet as you can have 2 NBN lines! I did not contact another service.

@angharadyeo Imagine supporting game development and a focus on 'digital businesses' etc in this way. But then having them use a network infrastructure like the NBN...
