Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@JaneCaro @ABCaustralia I agree that we should not have to "sign up" for an ABC service (isn't it ours already?) but this connection problem is as likely to be your NBN connection as anything else (and we know who to blame for that).

@NBN_Australia Hello! I have an nbnco tech booked to come out tomorrow. The service was awful last night, and today it seems to be OK. As the issue is intermittent, I cannot say whether or not things are resolved. We'll see if the tech does anything or if they just poke stuff and shrug again.

@TPG_Telecom what is going on with nbn connection in melbourne? No service since approx 7pm and still nothing. I’m unable to complete my work and this is now becoming an issue. What is ETA? Website says 5:30am Friday but that is not acceptable as an outage of over 10 hrs

@josh49102628 Have you tried power cycling your equipment, Josh? Turn off your modem (and nbn™ connection box if you have one), and any connected device for 10 seconds. Turn your equipment back on again. Allow up to up 10 minutes for your hardware to reconnect to the network. - Gwen

@MazMcG03 @kelly_rdc I've had cable broadband with them for 25 years. No problems at all. Went with them for the NBN still no problems.
