@NBN_Australia I am still a little meh but I can work again now that I have a negative 'rona test. I have been in contact with Belong but as it's an intermittent issue, they're having trouble diagnosing the problem.

@Optus and @NBN_Australia your network is shocking. I don’t think there’s been a day since Christmas that we’ve had a full day without network outage and connection dropping to the level where the internet just can’t be used. Seriously, just unacceptable for the price we pay. 😡

@MissEmmG @alivicwil @annaspargoryan 1. Not funny. Truth. I work in the remotest regions and people are more connected than my in-laws in central BNE. So it's age not region. 2. NBN does not equal internet. 3. Using FB is using internet. HN is still the worst option of all available choices.

@NickRossTech The market for this? Movies! 3d films has been done but, imagine.. One such movie streamed in all cinemas showing it from a central location. 2 way coms? Not before 2040 and 9G internet. Bandwidth is the issue to overcome with this tech. 1m chats would sink our NBN G5 for movies

@Optus Thanks. I have had several conversations and chats with customer service. I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Text messages coming through advising outages

I really wish my @Optus 5G WiFi would not drop out every ten mins. Been nothing but trouble since we had it. Need to go back to NBN awful signal.

@BazzaCC I've read this thread, so I know I'm swimming against the flow here, but upgrading to W11 last month was a painless experience. I don't like apects of the new system, but the upgrade process itself was fine. Worst bit: long background download over NBN.

@AsterSola My life story with internet is quite a doozy. Which leads me to Telstra, where I pay a painful $120p/m. The reason I do this is when the NBN does fail (& somewhat often) my modem automatically switches to the 4G wireless network. It's not as fast, but YouTube & games are np!

@Scamwatch_gov I have been receiving many phone calls from different mobile phone numbers the last few weeks and they claim that "we are Telstra and you have NBN connection issues". when I ask them their details, they just hung up. Can you investigate this?

@NBN_Australia no news from your team about my NBN modem melting down. When I called and got fast tracked because we are in a fire zone that goes south quickly I was transferred then hung up on. Here the ref number… ETK000000010475 I’m waiting to see how great your world
