@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Agreed @craigreucassel, they took nearly 12 weeks to “install” our NBN modem. Friends of ours waited 5 months to get through to them and get someone out to fix theirs. Absolutely hopeless!

  • OppyPenguin Oppy Penguin (@OppyPenguin) reported

@ShaunLeaneMP @PRGuy17 @TimSmithMP 'thought network'. must be run on the NBN.

  • jollycentipede jollycentipede (@jollycentipede) reported

@markhumphries @craigreucassel The previous tenants took the NBN modem bcoz no 1 told them not to. It took us 4 days to have a new 1 & we were unable to identify port (there are several) for NBN. The rigmarole involving the reseller, nbn supplier, tech support and multiple call center agents !!! 😫😫

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Can I DM you? I’m pretty sure I can help pretty quick. Need to send you an email address that I don’t want out in the open. Cheers

@craigreucassel @jamiemanson101 @NBN_Australia Lodge a complaint with the telco ombudsman. This will speed things up a little. I have lived this exact same nightmare.

  • StevenGreen31 Steven Green (@StevenGreen31) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia NBNco don't deal directly to end customers. They provide the infrastructure for ISPs to provide you with an internet service. So you should be complaining loudly to your ISP. If they drag the chain then switch to another provider. I hope you can get this resolved quickly.

@ClareOReilly7 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I second this! Business NBN line is absolute **** compared to the Optus and they're in the same friggin house 🤬

  • MoiraR Moira Rayner (@MoiraR) reported

@TyJacks46692145 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I realised when I was shrieking after yet another hang up from the “help line” that life is too short to deal with Telstra call centres.

  • oldgreynurse Old Grey Nurse (@oldgreynurse) reported

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia It took Spock 28 months of relentless complaining to get out provider to actually supply our broadband. And longer for them to agree that 30 second bursts once a day was also not broadband service.
