    @Bushoi @GaryHay20023561 @LesStonehouse Turnbull was the worst as he should have known better. He might snipe from the sides now but he was instrumental to where we are now. Responsible for the NBN and the snowy River White elephant. Pretty much shut down the independence of the public service.

    Trying to get an order to move internet (NBN with @Optus) to a new address on a "specific" date. I have dealt with 6 or 7 people in the @Optus app, I've spoken to two people this morning on customer service.

    @MissMi9999 If the issue still continues then please sent us a direct message to confirm which internet service is this in regards to, I mean 4G home internet, 5G home internet or NBN home internet? And also your full address so that we can double check this for you. Kartik

    @Mikenicholls88 You've made a multi-channel attempt to contact. If they were having tech problems and doing likewise you'd either know or they're doomed beyond immediate recovery anyway (NBN and mobile outage, etc.). I'd concur, at 10 minutes that's a no show.
