Steve Scicluna (@stevescicluna) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Optus @NBN_Australia If the speed was at least getting above 50 Mbps, I’d attribute it to network congestion. However, 50 Mbps seems to be a hard limit, when I’m paying for 100 Mbps.

Lord of Origami and Bearded Giantess (@sparxnfrost) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
They mentioned '*****' in training today, a type of tech issue for a particular nbn class. I lay no claim to being mature, but the entire room couldn't keep a straight face when discussing '*****'...
-
YouthInRevolt (@NoahInRevolt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@TPG_Telecom I’ve had the nbn for a few months now and everytime it rains the internet cuts out. We’ve called support so many times and y’all just tell us to record when it happens. Literally everytime it rains. Fix this.

Dancer, your Space Dad 🐝🐝🐝🐝 (@algo_anthill) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@NBN_Australia I'm at a friend's right now. They haven't had service for four days. Same thing as last time, but then it was two weeks.
-
Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@NBN_Australia I have responded via DM. The only acceptable solution is to use the internal wiring I had installed when building the house, remove the conduit and perform any repairs needed to the property (inside and out) and clean up your mess.

Ant (@AntB77) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@kristoforlawson @iTnews_au @rycrozier Ive been getting 120 down for the past 6 years with Telstra cable. NBN should be using GB speeds

@Telstra i’m not concerned about my nbn service. i’m concerned about your pathetic excuse for customer service. when you make mistakes you never apologise. i have to fight to have issues addressed and problems solved. #DoBetter

The sad thing is with some govts we can't afford to have them in power for 4 or 5yrs. The current one is prime example. We have to endure more of what they gave us, bad self-centred, wasteful govt. Look at what we got. NBN ppl hate, money wasted on Murray River & more

💧🌱 Virginia Bowe (@VirginiaBowe) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@adamajacoby @davidbewart Sounds good to me. Plus fix the nbn.
-
Shamila Gopalan (@Shami2512) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

First world prices for third world service and quality. Great work @NBN_Australia you're an absolute disgrace. I'm not even gonna blame @MyRepublicAU because their hands are tied and you'll both handball the blame. No accountability whatsoever.

Terence Huynh 🏳️🌈👨🏻💻✏️ (@terencehuynh) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Yeah, NBN really has terrible PR if this is their response to a journo.
-
Poidah Dubya (@poidahdubya) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@katherinefeeney Mine said 2 minutes but I’m on the NBN so could be down to that.
-
Römer Jonathan | Ansett (@RomerJon17) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Andrew Wirski (@AndrewWirski) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
NBN is more evidence that businesses organized by government always turn to shit.
-
Dancer, your Space Dad 🐝🐝🐝🐝 (@algo_anthill) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Well our #nbn connection has been down more in the last half hour than it had been up. I was just trying to get some damn work done.
-
B (@BROOKEONES) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Omg i fixed the internet without having to call tech support or getting help from anyone. Turns out the modem sitting in a puddle returns it to factory settings and I somehow know how to configure the nbn. Yay now I can watch TV in bed again.

Glenn Hampson (@GlennHampson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@thatdavidhooper I am having heartburn from Optus and NBN.Having them out to repair my NBN fault for a third time in a week.Thank goodness I don’t rely on it to work from home. I would be in strife. With pretty much a duopoly on services and monopoly on network, they don’t really strive to please.

@LwHP_Token Never had that problem #nbn

-
Revd Andrew Klein ( Chaplain) (@KleinRevd) reported
@AdamKinzinger @TurnbullMalcolm While you are there @TurnbullMalcolm I have a couple of questions. Please explain to me why the #NBN is a dogs breakfast & why I pay service providers who have nothing to do with the infrastructure but milk us. #Robodebt a failure of government & governance, Australia is broken.
-
Jeremy (@QandAinPublic) reported
@AaronDodd He will go to the grave knowing he did a deal with the devil to ruin the NBN. Never will he admit to such an obvious and glaring omission.
-
Claire 包玉思🏅🥈🥇🥉🥇🥇🥉🥇 (@AuspiciousTimes) reported
@StuddertNatalie @belinduhpyne @TurnbullMalcolm That's the problem. Nobody "minds" Malcolm. But as his wings were tied he inadvertantly caused a great deal of damage. And the NBN. We have a 5th rate system. It's appalling.
-
Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported
@ABCthedrum @DivCouncilAus It never occurred to Malcolm that using old copper wires not modern fibre in the #NBN was a formula for trouble!
-
James One😷 (@james00000001) reported
Instead of fibre, a huge chunks of homes still have copper from the curb or node. The network is a rats nest of mixed technologies, instead of the agnostic, endlessly upgradable fibre Labor was laying. #nbn #broadband #LNPDisgrace

ScomoCchio 🇦🇺 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@ScomoCchio) reported
What's going on with the NBN @Optus service in #Wangaratta (3677), please?
-
sadan01 (@sadan01) reported
@news_australian Mr Broadband / NBN. The guy that helped **** over the internet infrastructure in this country for another 50 years. All to eventually sell it off to Telstra (Telstra recently completed structural separation).
-
Eeee! long Musk rat (@ARealJourno) reported
@james00000001 We had FTTP in my last home, and it was great. In five years I had to replace one NBN battery. No other issues at all. But this place has FTTC (or is it K for kerb) and it's so damn slow, some days I sit and watch images loading block by block.

twilighttime (@twilighttime5) reported
@AaronDodd Why r we not surprised, same fail as the NBN. Piss weak👍
-
Aaron Honey (@AaronHoney) reported
So recently had the @NBN_Australia fixed wireless upgraded - managed to get 277mb/s down on a speed test but now think I am being shaped by @AussieBroadband as I can’t get much above 30mb/S at any time. Was nice while it lasted! #NBN
